I can always depend on the Red Level Dollar General to always be neat, stocked, up and running and to have good staff. I cant always expect that at other locations around. I appreciate them and the pride they are taking at their location!

That's store did not know how to take in a fedex drop off. I do not know why they haven't been trained for this service. Associates where nice. But I had to go eles where to drop my package.

Clean, well stocked store with a little bit of everything. They even have a little craft section, which was a nice surprise. It does take a while for a worker to make it up to the check-out if they're not already up there, but other than that, it's a good store.

Not very friendly to some people? I feel that no matter your opinion of someone cashier's should always treat customers with respect and in a professional demeanor. Otherwise isn't acceptable nor professional demeanor!

So happy this store is located in this area. Being living in a rural area, 17 miles to the nearest store can be trying, especially when you have an chocolate, milk, or snack attack.Always find needed items, plus the store is not congested with people or boxes of items waiting to be stocked on shelves....

Its a small town dollar general so everyone knows everyone the staff are super friendly and everything is quite organized I know I've been to some that were plain disgusting they sell beer everyday but Sunday and any alcohol or tobacco you must have your id no matter how old you are/look. (Just a heads up so you don't have to make 2 trips)

All the labels for the digital coupons are all in the wrong places. Better read the labels good if u want the discount by using your digital coupons because you won't know that it is ringing up full price until you have already paid for your items. And you won't get a refund or discount after your purchase is complete. And when I say all the labels was in the wrong place I do mean ALL OF THEM WHERE IN THE WRONG PLACES. not even close to the items that actually have the digital coupons price.

Was in the store in Red Level Alabama on Sunday July 8, 2018. Decided to pick up a new pair of reading glasses, noticed 2 signs buy one get one 50% off. Didn't need 2 but decided to get the deal. After getting in the car looked at the receipt and didn't get the discount, went back in and the small print on the sale sign said sale good July 1-3. This happens often

It was a very clean place but it was not organized at all alot of missing product and randomly thrown around things. They had plenty of staff on the clock but they didn't seem very interested in working especially the very rude and uncaring none customer service having a** cashier who just threw stuff in bags and never once spoke or smiled at me or the people before me

Store was perfect. Very clean but the person working was very rude and apparently could not count money. It took 30 minutes to check out due to she was counting a silver dollar as a quarter

I shop here for convenience purpose only...But lately I'd rather drive a few extra miles. ..They never seem to have a product that us frequent shoppers want..It's the same problem every week...So I'm taking my business a few miles up the road where they dnt seem to have this problem. .smh.

All bathrooms were closed. The store itself looked fine and I would have made a purchase if I would have been able to use the bathroom...but both bathrooms had closed signs.

Dear God, I'm obsessed with DG. And the lady that works her is super kind, helpful, and friendly. We stop at this DG on every beach trip we have!

Absolutely the worst. Broken beds broken toilet seat period dirty walls. Slept on sheets. Suspected drug dealing going on all through the night.
