Dr. Smith was so wonderful to us. Returning our after hours call when we weren't even her patients, taking care of our Coco and being so sweet to her. I will be going to her from now on and I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone whether they ask or not. Lol. What a blessing Dr. Smith is to the animal world and us.

RV needed repairs, so we stopped in Red Bay Alabama.Our dog Jake, a beautiful strong chocolate lab, was complaining about a sore ear. We called & we're able to get him in right away. The Dr. was so gentle, even sat on floor with him! RX that was prescribed worked so we are all very happy with Smith Animal Clinic.

Absolutely love Ms Smith. She has always taken wonderful care of my dogs! I drive an hour just because she is so incredibly and reasonably priced. She also is not quick to judge large breeds and loves my rotties!

We were traveling through Red Bay and one of our dogs tore a toenail first thing in the morning. Dr. Smith worked us in immediately. Took our Smokey and treated his foot. She is kind and caring. We were so grateful for her help. If I lived here, she would be my vet. I’m so impressed and highly recommend.

Dr Smith was so compassionate. We came into Red Bay last night with our RV and our 10 year old Great Dane was not doing well. We had to make the hard decision to let her go and Dr Smith who came in on a Sunday evening (emergency) was so patient with us and let us take all of time we needed.We are truly blessed to find a Veterinarian on the road who treat us and our girl like family.

We were stuck in the area and realized our redheaded step cat needed his booster shots. We called and got a next day, afternoon appointment, but wound up being free earlier, so we stopped by to see if they could accommodate a walk-in. They happily obliged our request and made our fur baby comfortable and took care of business. Turns out he was their 10,000th patient, and now his photo resides on their Facebook page.
