Very friendly atmosphere and they operate quickly. I had my screen replaced a few weeks prior, only took 45 minutes. I came back 3 weeks later because my screen started to glitch out and give me problems with touch, and he replaced it for free. I would recommend this place to anyone on the mountain in Dekalb County, this is the place to go for phone repair.

Called this morning to see if they could fix my iPhone 13 pro camera lenses, he said he could!went on my lunch break and it was fixed within 15 mins!! SUPER quick! 10/10 recommend. It was only $21 too!

I had a great experience. Bought my phone, it's been a great phone so far.Bought a cover for my husband. Ended up grabbing the wrong size because it was intermixed on the shelf, they swapped it for the right one with no issues.Been pleased.

Cracked my screen. Took it in around 2 pm. They ordered the parts for overnight delivery with a $20 deposit. The parts arrived before 11 am the next day and I took my phone back to them around 2 pm and had it back, good as new, before 4:30. Excellent service!

The problem i had with buying a used phone from the ReCell Shop was I paid $220 for a used phone that the hot spot does not work on. If they would have only let me know that before I bought the phone I could have choose a different one. I'm pretty sure they were aware of that when they sold it to me but did not mention it to me. To me that is bad business & now I have to buy another phone because I needed a hot spot . My advise to anyone thinking about buying a phone from them.. check every feature before you buy it.

My phone screen was broken, and I couldn't use my screen, and they fixed it within 2 hours, and now it works perfectly. Would recommend for any phone, or tablet. They fix and sell Samsung, Android, and IPhone, for a low price.

They have always been nice to me and helpful. I had a heart attack last year and couldnt make it to the store to buy mins for my phone. The owner paid for my phone mins his self and let me pay him back when I was able to get out and back up to the store a couple of weeks later

Got a screen replaced on a iPhone 8 the very next day the right side of the phone screen was black I talked to the one who fixed it and he said the screen is broke which he had just supposedly fixed and said it would be another $120. Well not no but HELL NO

I would definately do business here! Had my phone repaired here and was told it was still water proof well I dropped in tub and it turned out not to be. The owner or manager paid my deductible for a new new phone on my at&t insurance! They definately stand by their work!

Had a cracked screen requested he replace it. Was willing to replace the screen and lcd. Now I have more issues related to this. New screen issues are as follows. Screen separated from phone, screen is darker than older one, there is a dot on screen where he used clamps, touch response is laggy as hell, there is a line that comes and goes at the bottom of screen. Fix it or get a bad bbb review and law suit.

Shady bait and switch. Beware of the Verizon prepaid promotional bait that sounds too good, then the switch to the other service offered.Shady: For one month then we can switch you over to VerizonMe: In a month the promotion will be expired.Shady: Oh well we will have another deal then.I repeatedly asked for an explanation, yet no logical reason was given, leaving me with the conclusion that the promotion is a scam.UPDATE: I stand by what I said. I repeatedly asked for a more in-depth explanation and none was given. All I got was some mumbling in between double-speak and evasiveness. The promotion time was still in effect yet I was told I would have to take a different carrier for one month before I could get the Verizon at which time the promotion would have ended. If that isn't bait and switch I don't know what is!

The first time i took my iPhone there to have fixed, they lost it. But they gave me a new one to replace it. The second time I took my iPhone there because it was having charging problems, they told me it was unfixable and sold me a different one. But after I got home and cleaned the charging port on my old one, it's been working ever since. So I kinda have mixed reviews for them.

The Dollar tree has some very good bargains. My shopping stores was dollar General and Walmart. The Dollar Tree has some surprises, like Bleach at a Dollar where the cheapest you can find is around $3. With the suddenly cleaning that everyone is involved in, well check out the bleach. Check out the whole store. Groceries use to be Foodland or Shop and Save. While I do bounce back and forth hunting specials.now I can add Dollar TREE ALONG withTHE Dollar Store. A dollar saved is $.90 of merchandise with the $.10 tax included.
