Not friendly. I moved here, and the people in Alabama are so friendly. You experience it at foodland, ace hardware, tractor supply but not here. They act as if customers are a bother. No smiles for anyone. If you ask where something is located, they act like you are just an inconvenience and literally frown at you. Wont be back.

This is a good place for great meats and fresh veggies at a good price.It's not the best Stop to Save I shop at but it is the best option on the mountain.

They purchase closeout items at rock bottom prices by bulk and mark up for consumers. Close dated out dated food. So much product stacked around. Makes it hard to get around. Plenty of people on the floor, but only one cashier with an attitude to check out customers. They smoke too close to the doorway. Place stinks. Dirty bathrooms.

This place is really growing on me! They have great meat sales! Now that I'm familiar with the meat cutters, I love this place even more! They will cheerfully do whatever you need! You never know what deals you'll find.

This store has really improved in every way. The ground beef was very fresh and no water was added. Other meats looked great and are priced right. The workers are friendly & helpful. I will be shopping there often.

If you know your prices and stick to what you want you can get some great deals. Great experience. Great bargains for the weekly specials. Courteous staff. Only one register open. Staff gave prompt attention when I had an of being overcharged. Great shopping experience.

They always have everything I want at a fair price and if you have their app, you get weekky special deals for just a few cents or even for free. Last week, it was 12 eggs for 10 cents! The staff arw friendly and helpful! They have better prices than any other grocer in this area! My favorite place to shop!

They're bad about selling foods that are past, or very close to, the expiration dates, (especially when the items are on sale.) You've got to look at the dates when shopping there.

I love stop to saving Rainsville is a really good grocery store especially for the prices. It's in the building that used to be the former Lucky's. They have a lot of name brands even though they seem to be a discount store that doesn't normally carry those Brands but this one has them. They're meat selection is deadly gotten better over the years for example I went there this weekend and I had T-Bone and ribeye and sirloins on sale for 898 a pound that's a great deal considering the price of me now. You said they had these prices but the meat was inferior or always real thinly sliced Etc these were Black Angus that cut Ribeyes for that price very good deal I bought some and they were excellent when cooked everything there is very solid basically you're getting a discount grocery store without that discount grocery sale and product

I've been very sick lately and this one certain younger cashier always hrlps me with my app on phone fir my coupon and always gets someone to help me with my groceries to my car ..best store I feel so comfortable their and I suffer from major anxiety hard for me to drive n go to store by myself but this store I CAN ALWAYS DO IT CAUSE I KNOW THEY ARE SO KIND

I like this store so much better than the store in Henagar. This store feels cleaner and parking is better. As you're shopping keep in mind it's plus 10% at checkout. Then you add tax so it'll catch you off guard.

It is an okay store. Nothing super spectacular in my opinion. The staff is usually very friendly and the store is clean most of the time. Not the best selection on some things but others they have more options than a store like foodland. Remember though it is the price +10%!

Store is dirty and prices are deceptive. They add 10% at the check out and they tell you that, but they are not charging at cost. Another grocery store less than a mile up the road has several identical items that are cheaper than this places “cost”.

Is mask and gloves for the safety of employees and customers not a thing??? Because I’ve been in 2/3 times in the past 2 weeks and have never seen one employee with mask or gloves on. Take better precautions!!!!! If not for yourself for the community and customers that come in!!!

It was ok, what I went in to to buy was a higher price than I usually have to pay for the same thing at the store I normally shop at, this was my first time shopping here. But I had to get what I needed. So,, I guess we pay extra when we're in a tight. Lol
