We found plenty of sofas and mattresses but we were shopping for a dining room set and there seem to be a limited amount on display. Nonetheless we found one we liked. The staff was patient and very helpful with our purchase.

This is by far my most favorite furniture store. I was blown away at how much they cared for us, and I am in love with the living room set I purchased! The staff at Thomas and Son are like no other. They give you very helpful information, without pressuring you into buying anything. They what you to buy what you want to buy, and if you don’t see what you want, they wish you the best somewhere else! The kindest furniture store I’ve ever been in. Also, we received a thank you card in the mail after purchasing our living room set, just to tell us thank you and they hoped we were enjoying it. The next time we need new furniture, I definitely plan to be back at Thomas and Son!

Not like Dogtown in Ft. Payne. I like the people at Ft. Payne they actually want to be of help. But the guy at Scottsboro never offered to help. Didn't speak to us when we came in or when we left. If they had what we wanted I would not have bought from him. Bad representation of business.

Pretty pricey place. I went to the barter post store and saved a lot of money just down the road. The reason I'm giving two stars is only because they have pretty furniture, just too expensive.. the mattresses they had for people to try were also hard and very dirty.. Just not impressed.

Great place to shop you can pick up your furniture and not have to wait for them to order it. Out of four places I tried to get a living room suite it was the only place I could get it the day I found it

Building is old, I wish they would reflect that in their prices. They are owned by Akins Furniture in Scottsboro or Dogtown.I would look at the other store locations for a better selection of furniture.

Terrible!! Office manager was rude, unsupportive, and actually very unprofessional! I never intend to buy anything else there and I intend to tell all my family and friends how I was treated!!!@!
