They are a little pricey but that place is always clean. The food is always stocked with no empty spaces on shelves. Neat and organized as well. The lady's that work there are kind and talkative. They make you feel like family. :)

It's convenient because it is close, and we live in the middle of nowhere. The prices are astronomically high though! Like price gouging is an understatement. Also, everytime I go, something I pick up is very out of date. Or black...like the bay leaves I saw today. I go here as a last resort if I cannot make it into town. I spent 140 and could have gotten my whole shopping list plus some if I had just drove into RBC or Pell City. I didn't even get half my list.

Very convenient with good sale prices. Some prices are high but that seems normal for a smaller store. They had a great assortment of items, fresh produce, fresh meat and poultry, there wasn't anything I was shopping for that I couldn't find even if it wasn't a brand I normally buy. The staff was friendly, helpful and very efficient. They practiced great Covid-19 social distancing and wore masks or shields. The stockers would even move away if they noticed we were coming down their aisle. Great store with an awesome crew!

I do love this store. They have a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. Also I have lived and shopped in many places and I will say that Food Barn has a meat selection that not only has the same or lower pricing than many other stores, but also an exceptionally high quality. I would recommend it to anyone who lives within a manageable distance.

food barn is my go to supermarket. I need it, they have it. Also their butcher works 7 days a week to cut the meat you purchase and eagerly answers questions or fixes the weight you need to buy not the weight the store wants to sell, just the way I like it.

Best meat's in St Clair County. Have your hams and pork sliced right there too your specific requests. Or call in and pick it up at your convenience. Great employees and owner's. All very kind and go above and beyond any grocery in the area. Seriously it's worth the drive from any direction.

I love shopping here. Prices are competitive, the selection of meats and produce is wonderful. My grocery list has been completed satisfied during each trip. On top of that, the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Another great place to get good meat from not that pre packaged stuff from Wal Mart you have no idea how long it has been packaged. One of my favorite things about this place is if they don't have a product you use they do not mind ordering it.

An extremely iconic business in Ragland that's been around for quite some time, not only is it iconic but the staff go above and beyond and they're very friendly. You can't go through Ragland and not notice the Food Barn, it's one of the most notable places in ragland.

Food Barn has the best quality and priced meat around! I won’t buy anyone else’s meat. Their ground beef is the best - places like Walmart, Aldis and Publix you always get that random piece of hard fat or bone or Lord only knows what that hard chunk is in your ground beef - not with Food Barn. Everyone in my family can tell the difference in tacos, burgers, chili, etc when I use Food Barns ground beef vs others. It is noticeably of higher quality.Their steaks are great and the lowest prices you will find. They even run specials on fillets and cut to your preference.Their bacon...OMG. So good! It’s thick cut and cheaper than Hormel or Guantley or any brand you’d find elsewhere.Cheapest priced porch chops. Ever! And they always run specials on ribs and pork butt and pork steak.The customer service is fantastic! I’ve had meat specialty cut, the cashiers and baggers are always kind, the managers are so friendly; it’s really just a wonderful expiernce shopping there.

Meats are beautiful and plentiful, store in a clean orderly manner. A little on the high side though to be in the area its in! More like a Burtons in my opinion.
