It is a small space but i don't see that as a bad thing. They are a lot cheaper on many items. Especially compared to your local grocer or quick Mart. I would like to see a change in one thing. Sometimes you have to wait for a cashier to come up front. But, i don't believe that's on management. I believe that's on the owners. Maybe some of managements fault but probably the owners.

I love Dollar General. My only complaint I'd that they never hey enough cleaning supplies with bleach. 90% of the time cleaning supplies shelves are empty. There are several locations in my area. It's the same issue with each of them.

Register 3 is the only window open. You always feel like your cramped against the wall.Employees always right outside the front door smoking.The up grades inside the store are great.Just need and up grade in employees.This would bring my review back up to 5 stars...

The Dollar Generals that I visit around me have very nice, friendly customer service. One of the Dollar Generals is very crowded with product and the ladies seem to always be stocking... which is good, but it seems like they need more help in their store....Ragland, Al. Even though they are always super busy, they will stop what they are doing to help customers and they are always very polite and have very good manners.All 5 Dollar General stores in and around my city do not carry some items that are in Dollar General's ads, which can be aggravating, but it is not the employee's fault.

A lot of wait time at the check outs employees always in the back of the store not watching for customers very poor customer service at times. Stockers leave boxes all out in the ilsie instead of moving the stock to the side for customers shopping carts to pass thru. Sometime employees get up set when you get to the check out and they want to go on a smoke brake. Parking lot at times is nasty

One of the better experiences with D.G.s wasn't busy ..asked for specific items and employee showed me exactly where they were and then checked me out. Polite and good service.

Staff is rude and judgy, they sell out of date food and the store is always somewhat dirty. I've had several bad experiences here. You're better off going to sam's or food barn.

Cluttered isles, manager is unfriendly and seems to be disorganized, manager smokes while sitting in a chair out in front of the store, gossiping in the store, bullying by the staff...until management changes, won't go back. There are some really great Dollar General stores all around Ragland, especially the new one in Southside. Our hometown DG store has turned into a dump.

I think all of the cashiers are friendly but I will not go back to this store all because of the manager. She is rude as hell. Will go to Coal City, Ashville, or Ohatchee even if I pass right by this store.

They never have what you need and when the truck come and brings their delivery they have it all down the aisles and you can't shop,,all DG,s do this and no one's ever at the register so you have to wait until someone decide,s to come to the front

The DG where I live is not that great... Most of the time u have to stand at the check out counter for ever and eventually beg someone to check u out... RAGLAND ALABAMA
