Really good store for lawn and garden, plus it is great for hardware and appliances. Service is usually pretty good with the exception of sometimes they don't honor military discounts, but that's ok. Huge parking area and has really good storage sheds for purchase.

I went to the home Depot withy older brother, he's re doing my room so I can have little room to move around onAnyway, they had some nice discounts on tile flooring and paints! I needed both. Also found other things I wanted to add, I saw this beautiful chandelier that would look great in my room! I'm gonna check it out next time we go!

I like the fact that I can easily locate items within the store (e.g. aisle, bay) using their app or website. I don't have to seek out an employee, even though they are very helpful and courteous.

Well it's pretty much the same other than some areas, are seasonal like the garden center it's changed quite a bit !!... There are less vegetable plants out now seeing how autumn is near and well when autumn comes the holidays are not far behind... So the holiday plants are now moving in,, like the mumms and they have all sorts of sizes and colors... They are beautiful well I think anyways... And they also have all kinds of shapes sizes and colors of pumpkins... (Yaaah !!...And I believe id taken some pictures of them 😃... They also have winter gloves out on display and miniature jackets like and hats and other assorted stuff... Very clean on the outside and inside.... I didn't seem to be really busy and the employees stayed busy though like always and they're very nice and friendly and helpful like always... And I like to say thank you home Depot for everything that y'all do for all of us out here thank you... Sincerely ETA

5 stars because Stayce at the return counter knows how to treat a person. And her managing skills are on point. Not only did she help me but helped two other customers at the same time. Thank you Stayce and Home Depot for having an amazing employee like Stayce that knows how to treat customers!

I recommend shopping here early in the morning or late in the afternoon.Prefabricated, 6ft tall 8ft wide pine fence panels. You will still need to purchase the posts. The panel is about the price of the material. It's a good deal.

We were able to shop and compare prices easily. The staff was polite and very helpful. Everything was easy to find and I liked the variety of items they had. We bought ourselves some lights for the driveway because they were on sale. We will be back!

I found what I was looking for after pleasant assistance from the young woman working the return counter. I do not know what to say about a home improvement store. It is the employees that make or break a shopping experience. She was very pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. This was my first time shopping at this location. I recommend it.29 December 2022

Home Depot is losing contractors all around all because terrible store management with an attitude. Forget it if need help without listening to a smarty pants. Hey, it's 7 am if you had bad night floor manager then keep your smarty mouth at home. Likely Prattville store is your last stop as others wouldn't hire you. Who'd blame them, I wouldn't allow you to smash an ant on my jobsite.

One of the supervisors, Brooke helped me while I was at Home Depot today. She was absolutely great! She helped me with everything I needed and had a wonderful personality. Very professional and helpful! I really appreciate all of the help!

Ms Angela and Ms. Peggie, at the customer support and pro counters, were super helpful in helping us return some extra supplies for a project. Even through computer confusion and back orders of other supplies for this project, they were such a blessing, and might i add, more knowledgeable, kinder, and more helpful than their managers on duty.

Sales Agent was PHENOMENAL!!! Very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Even though store staff were minimal, Agent assisted throughout entire transaction. I attached my thank you card just in case it doesn’t make it to the staff of Home Depot for some reason! Jan 12, 2023 my kids, our inside dog, and I left our home in Prattville minutes before the tornado hit our family farm looking for somewhere safe to ride out the storm. We wound up at Home Depot and while there I got the call that 4 family members (my father and step mother included), our home, and our entire farm had been taken by the tornado. To say that we were devastated would be an understatement. Several of the staff gathered us up and took us to a room away from everyone to wait for someone to come pick us up as I was not in a state after that phone call to drive us anywhere. The amazing staff of Home Depot Prattville gave the kids and our dog drinks and snacks while we waited. They came in and out constantly checking on us and bringing us comfort during such a difficult time! I cannot say enough thank yous for their kindness! I pray so many blessings over every one of the staff members that were there for us on that day! God bless you all, Brittany Gardner

This was such a stressful major purchase. Home Depot employee Trent all but held our hand and walked us through all we needed for a smart hot water heater new install. He was knowledgeable and intuitive and SOOOOO very helpful. Service was amazing with him and at the service counter. This store should be held as an example of what this store is all about. You manager should take notice of Trent. He is a great employee. I will be back even though there is another Home Depot closer to my home.

Good selection of common boards today. Had everything in stock that I needed to build a bookcase. The team member at check-out on the lumber side is always awesome. She frequently works evenings and is super friendly and always helpful!

Tbh, I almost hate coming here at this point. The things I need are often out of stock. (Pond related) I can't think of the last time there was a friendly staff member to engage with. You can no longer buy appliances if you need them the day of.They've made it impossible to show your military i.d. and receive the discount.I did try to set it up online but wasn't able to due to my email address being attached to an account I never made.I'm still giving 3 stars because I still have to shop there from time to time due to my job. I just hate that they've lost that friendly helpful vibe that used to be the reason I chose them over competitors.

What would have been difficult and or complicated was smooth and easy transition. She was understanding and careful with my products. Advertised sale on charcoal for Labor Day weekend. Drive to store to find no charcoal in stock the entire weekend. Store unwilling to give raincheck despite advertising a product on sale they don’t have in stock. Unimpressed.

I had to get a last minute Christmas gift for my husband, and I was able to place an online order and pick it up within less than an hour. As soon as my order was ready, went to the customer service desk to pick it up, and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. So needless to say, I am very pleased since I was already in such a rush to get the one last gift I needed.
