Just another target. Only employees I saw were cashiers. The power shopping carts were dead so there were older people and a lady who had just had back surgery that couldn't shop. Store was organized and clean so its definitely s good store. Just was a lazy rainy Sunday evening so it wasn't busy.

Great store, you can find a little bit of everything here. They even have a small grocery section. Check out is busy during peek times. But the self checkout usually moves pretty quickly.

We love Target and go to our local one in Florida multiple times per week. You for sure want to skip this one. We have stopped here multiple times traveling to get items we needed and every time is the same. The bathrooms are disgusting and messy. Having a baby and needed to change them it is disturbing to have to go into somewhere like this. You are better off at a random gas station. Walking around, the store usually seems to be in disarray at times. Just drive to one in Birmingham if you need to stop at Target. Bud

Really not a fan. Had to return something and they made me take a gift card to Target. My credit card I used to make the purchase had to be replaced and they could not put the refund on my new card. They would not give me cash instead. 🤬

This morning, I had gotten off a 24 hour shift before going into Target. There were a handful of items I needed, and they were things in which I needed assistance with. I was exhausted and not in the happiest of places…until-(And I can never say I’ve ever had this experience as a consumer before in any shopping center), I received the help of Kamile, Antonio, and Clyde. All three gentlemen had to assist me in some form or fashion today, and all three gentlemen made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. My frown was turned upside down. I was greeted with huge smiles, southern charm and respect, and a genuine desire to help me in any way I needed.I’ve just never had that happen before. And the excellent customer service was translated across my exhaustion, frustration, and personal struggles today.So I really felt it was necessary to shine the light on these three amazing individuals. It’s a very rare thing to meet people in department stores who go out of their way to help you without being asked. 😊

Because I order the product online. I got a sealed bag at the counter after waiting for a few. Then I get to my car and look at the box it’s shirk warped and the pull tabs are missing. Mind you I was extremely excited. So those 2 red flags didn’t click until I saw the “AirPods pro 2’s” they were the pros the case gave it away. That’s when everything clicked. I took the bag back with the shirk warp that apple doesn’t use and tried to get an exchange the worker. Was saying this is what you order arguing with me. I stayed calm and pull up pictures of my order and pointed out the differences between the cases and that’s my main reason for buying the product. After me threatening to get the manager she refunded it to a card then I had to go all the way to electronics find someone which was difficult. Mind you I’m on lunch and was late 15 min. But once they came upfront they went back got the unopened box of AirPods Pro 2 and then after I did what l expected to already be done for me I was satisfied. I guess the saying is true “if you want something done right you have to do it yourself”. Very disappointing I hardly shop at target but that’s not likely to help me come back anytime soon.

I was in the self check out and apparently something didn't scan right, so the light came on. An employee came over and acted like it was my fault, told me I needed to back up and give him some room! I was over to his left! Then he got all nasty when I touched the screen, mind you, at the SELF-CHECK OUT!I even told him hedidnt have you be so rude to me. I have never been treated like that at Target before, as it has always been one of my faves. This employee was so rude, I was tempted to return all my items and walk out the store!

I always can find what I am looking for inside of this Target. I find it fun to walk around this store because there is not much else to do inside of Prattville. There is a lot of variety inside of this store so I would recommend it. Overall, good store.

I really enjoy this target. It's located in a convenient location with other great stores around it. The outside looks very approachable and very much on "target brand".The people inside are great. I've had issues with finding items within the store but have been quickly helped by the team members at target. I've never been harassed for my receipt at the front door like some other big box brands which resides well with me.All in all a great place to shop.

There was merchandise on the floor (which is a strip and fall hazard). Merchandise laying on the bottom shelf that had fallen off the pegs, shoe boxes open. I walked passed 6 employees and not one of them greeted me. Acknowledging the customer is one of most important things an employee can do. That customer will remember if they we greeted and asked if they need any help.

I made a return of a pair of boy’s jeans this afternoon to the Prattville, Alabama Target. During the return, I mentioned I had recently purchased an item that was now on sale for $25 less and that I’d like to receive the difference. I was told by the guest services clerk that I would have to return and repurchase the item. I didn’t have it with me nor do I even still have the box. She stated that I’d have to have the product for her to scan. So I said fine, went and found the exact product on the shelf and returned to the guest services desk. She then informed me that since the item was an electronic (it was a PS5 controller), she wouldn’t be able to do it without the actual item I had already purchased. She said the computer required the serial number. There’s no serial number or alternate barcode to scan on the package outside of the usual product barcode. After telling her that didn’t make any sense because she couldn’t have pulled the serial number off the box anywhere, she called for a manager. The manager was just as unhelpful. She went on about the serial number as well. I asked her to just try to make the return/repurchase and to show me where the computer was asking for the serial number info. She said that each PS5 controller had its own DPCI number. After getting very frustrated with each other, she asked how much the difference was. I told her $25. She said, “Well, if it had been $10, I would have just done it, but not with it being $25!” After more arguing about the serial number and DPCI, she finally said she would “manually” do it and told me to give her the DPCI from the Target app. She successfully returned the item to a Target gift card and then made the purchase leaving with me with the difference on the gift card.The nasty attitude and incompetence displayed by the manager is definitely not what I expect out of Target.

DONT EVER WORK AT THIS STORE , they are very racist and choose sides, they also pick on employees with disabilities, There is a tall black lady who wear glasses that work here name “Martesha” she jokes with the HR lady “Anitra Brown” about how people dress at work, I overheard them talking about a girl who was deaf; they kept saying “SHE IS CRAZY” every time the girl asked what did they say and they just laughed, and shook there heads. They dont let there employees get there full 30 min lunch and also rush you during your break(s). The store is very tacky; with merchandise all over the floor, which is very dangerous, and also they tell the employees to just put the product/merchandise anywhere in the store, and don’t train anyone at all, very rude staff, Not professional at all either, they need a new HR person and new management, nobody knows the answer to any questions employees have, I would rather go to the Montgomery target or elsewhere. Not here.

I have grown to like my local Target store, and have found myself visiting quite frequently recently for reason or another. I've gotten some great deals via the app. The sales associates are always courteous, smiling and willing to assist; providing great customer service. However, Target's phone representatives customer service skills suck! I've placed online orders and had to contact them, each time my calls have ended without a resolution in solving my problem nor was I offered one; nor an apology.

So I went yesterday. I was searching for some copy paper. I do not like to ask for help because I feel like I bother people. A young worker (lady) was so nice and she asked me hey do you need help finding anything? And I was so thankful because she helped me. The targets in Montgomery are just talking to each other and goofing around. This target is awesome.

This used to. Be a wonderful place to shop, now, not so much. This place is a disaster! There were clothes EVERYWHERE! Undergarments scattered across the floor, shirts & pants unfolded & randomly placed. In the dressing rooms there were mounds of clothes that were discarded and clearly no employee to put them up. I am very disappointed in the environment that this place has resulted to.
