I stopped in to look for an office coffee table, but did not find anything, however, one of the managers Mrs. SONDRA ROBINSON spoke to me and we talked for a minute and she along with the check out staff were pleasant and refreshing. I enjoyed my short time in their store located in Prattville, Alabama. The store was clean and they were unloading more items. I ended up bying a few item for my daughter and the house. Awesome

T.j Maxx is an awesome store! They have everything for the home, the kitchen, the bedroom. They also have some furniture pieces that are unusual. They have a lingerie section and closing also an exercise clothing area with some exercise equipment as well as shoes and jewelry. They caring beautiful purses and then they have a whole section of toys and books and high quality items for children. This is a great place to go for Christmas shopping or any time of the year!

I am a MAXX girl. I find the most amazing shoes, purses, dresses, one of a kind gifts at Tjs. My husband even surprises me for no special occassion with giftcards. Not only do I love this store, I love that my husband loves it and me enough to encourage me to visit.

I had a great visit to the store. It was very easy for me to find everything I needed. I looked at a variety of items because there were some nice pieces and displayed so well! Checkout was easy which provided enough manpower to accommodate the customers. I don't shop much, but my choice might be T.J. Maxx.

This is a brand new store in Troy, AL. It was well stocked and I came out with several items. If I can't find something at the Montgomery store, I'm just a short drive to look at this one. Masks are required throughout your visit.

Who doesn't like a bargain, right? The store is clean and orderly for the most part. Some of the staff members don't seem so friendly. I know that sometimes you're just having a bad day, but I shop here frequently, and the grumpy ones have been consistently the same.

Clean, well organized, and staff are always helpful and friendly. The fitting rooms are closed right now due to covid. They are cleaning between every customer at the registers and masks are required.

Always love coming in here!! I like to set up layaways for the future...so today I went in and put some clothes on layaway that I can't fit now but a month from now when I have to get them off layaway my goal is to be able to fit them. Fingers crossed!

New Vendors are needed! The same old look for years now and most of the apparel looks cheap! The music selection is always horrible! Most of your customers are not teenager's.Their parents/grandparents buy clothing for them. Your older customers prefer more of a calm shopping environment! Thank you!

TJMaxx Store In PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA - I don’t get out much because of my illness but decided to come on 12/27/2019 around 3:00 PM CST - the Manager and checkout cashier acted as though I was stealing items when I was trying to purchase the 50% off Christmas items - I had verified with the associate in the department prior to going to the register the costs - the manager and cashier refused to honor the sales associate verified items - they returned half the products to shelf because for denial of price - the items should be marked in the future to avoid confusion- I got home to find out the cashier did not discount all the items as instructed by the manager
