Don’t take your dogs here!! I brought my pup here for grooming a little over a week ago and when I looked at him, he didn’t look like he got a haircut. Despite them keeping him for over 4hrs, his hair was the same length. I questioned !it, but the lady did a demo cut and a small piece of hair came off suggesting it was already at the length I requested. Turns out that wasn’t true. First, the guy tried to charge me extra because he said it takes him longer to scissor. Mind you, I never asked him to scissor cut my dog. I only told him what blade he usually gets cut with at other Petsmart. And no other pet smart has ever tried to up charge me for the haircut. About 2 hrs after we left, I noticed he was squinting and couldn’t open his eye. I took him back to Petsmart and the lady at the front counter was very helpful, but the groomer claimed nothing unusual happened during the groom. But upon closer examination I found that he had been cut above the eye. So the only logical conclusion is the groomer cut him and held him for over 4hrs to see how he would react. Didn’t tell me anything!! So I paid them for a full service when all they really did was give him a bath and brush to mask the injury! Save your money and your time, don’t take your dogs here!!

The only thing my partner and I would complain about are the price tags. I think it’s quite alright 🤷🏻‍♀️My Ruby love being here, lots of new smells. She loved the bully stick I got her, and her treats, especially anything that resembles a stick or a bone. She carries it with her for a couple of days before nibbling on them.I also met a very cute calico cat there who seems to be very affectionate. I hope he gets adopted, very lovable kitten.

Juls is the best! He has been grooming my girl for about 7 months now. He ALWAYS takes wonderful care of her and listens to my requests. She looks like a million bucks and smells/feels incredible every time. The cashiers are also always very kind.

The worst place to take a pet. They do not now how to work with a dog. Unless it's a small dog or puppy, they might not be able to work with them. It's the last place you should take to be groomed. Would be better off to buy your own stuff and groom yourself.

Nice Staff. Restocking at the time I was there and too many of the aisles were blocked at the same time.Keep the food I buy on the top shelf and they need to put a pole to help get it down so you don't have to waste your time hunting up an employee every time I go.But they only had one bag when I wanted two & she did get me a second one.

This one was OK. But they didn't have the biggest selection on animals. I was expecting kittens and puppies or maybe rabbits and hamsters. But they only had bearded dragons and fish if that's what you're looking for.

Long time to check in, and they never called when the dog is ready, adding extra money for special handling. While this is their role to handle all kind of dogs, they are not responsive for any note and try not to do any effort to solve any complaints like when I told them that nail trim is not good enough, they just said we cannot trim it any more because it may bleed.This is the worst experience, I do not recommend them to anyone at all.

Needed clippers for grooming mycat, asked a person who works there, she took me to an area that had the clippers for dogs. She understood what I needed, but I'm not sure she understood there is a difference. Oh well, left without the one thing I was there for.

Had a 1pm and 1:30 pm appointment for by dogs to be bathed, groomed and nail grinding. Was asked to have dogs there by 12 noon. Dogs were there at 11:30am. Went back to store at 5pm was told by Juls he could have one of the dogs ready by 7pm but I would have to bring the other dog in Monday. I have been taking my dogs there for years but never again.

Very gd experience with the grooming section of Petsmart :) had to take my American Bully in to hav her nails trimmed...she's 10yrz old and sum how they made her feel young again bcuz she came home and acted like a puppy again ;) thank u Petsmart...

Always enjoy visiting PetSmart, but there were no kitties available for adoption today. Clerk did not know why. Great selection of pet supplies tho.

I called up here for some questions about my hermit crab tank and they answered super quick! The woman who answered Had a bunch of knowledge right off the bat! Which I wasn’t expecting because I asked a lot of questions and I have neurological problems so sometimes I say things wrong but Mrs. brenna knew what she was talking and was the sweetest while doing it! Even went and checked to made sure everything she referred was in stock and told me different brands and prices!! I was so impressed by how well the customer service is! I just had to write a review!!! I’ve been inside here many times with many questions and they’re never annoyed with it and that means so much! Thank you petsmart!

We come here for most of our pet needs. The staff are mostly friendly, and the store seems clean. They do seem to have what we need, but sometimes the dog food we get tends to run out of stock. We've certainly benefitted from having them in our town though as we've added fish and other pets to our lives thanks to petsmart. We even adopted a cat.Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is the occasional staff member issue or lack of inventory.

I realize its the holiday season and things are crazy but customer service still needs to be remembered year round. I went in yesterday for 2 treats. I saw signs all over the area I was searching buy 2 get 3rd free. So I grabbed a 3rd from the same area. When I got to the checkout the clerk rang all 3 at full price. I explained the sign and he mumbled something. I finally said remove the 3rd item as I had not wanted it in the first place. As I was leaving I tried to explain to another associate that he needed training on customer service. Again tried to explain the situation of the signs and in a non-customer service response she said the signs must be out of date. Not at all what I was trying to communicate. Customer service, work on it.

I wanted a T-Shirt for my baby girl but they only had a few & they wear all ugly or for boys. Nothing cute for little girls.They didn't have very many clothes..😔We also feel rushed as it was getting close to closing time.
