We recently bought a refrigerator at this Lowe's on a busy Saturday morning. Honestly, this is probably the nicest Lowe's I've ever been in. There were plenty of employees available to help us from the appliance department all the way to check out. Everyone was very pleasant and the process was seamless and efficient. Even better, the refrigerator we were interested in cost $1399 online, but when we visited the store in person the price was $1199! Definitely a good idea to shop in person.

I have been in there multiple times now. On work related trips to pick up most of the time lumber and electrical supplies. I am always by myself when I go So there’s never anybody to help me get lumber and it’s always big orders of lumber. Well I will ask for help and nobody ever shows up but the last time I was there, they just stood and watched after I had asked for help. They said no one was available.

We personally haven't ever had any issue here. They are always friendly, except the normal few that you run into like at other stores that have an attitude for whatever reason. Other than that it is clean in there no issues finding things or getting help. Now the plants can be hit or miss sometimes

Absolutely worthless associates working the floor. I needed 4 pieces of paneling cut and after 30 minutes of waiting after they had been called twice, they never showed up. Hardly any customers there and saw plenty of associates on the floor. Got tired of waiting and walked out and went across the street to Home Depot. I was waited on immediately there. If you want excellent service, go to Home Depot. If you want incompetence, go to Lowe’s in Prattville.

Called and was looking for a price and availability and after 4 calls finally got a human. She then sent me to another department and so on. After 5 calls and over an hour of being on hold I refuse to shop at the Lowes in Prattville ever again.

We were at the Prattville Lowes. We picked out a ceiling fan that was marked down. I took a picture of the yellow sales tag. When it rang up the original price we showed the cashier the picture. She informed us she would have to see it for herself. She walked back with another cashier to see for herself. I walked with them to show the sales tag. They both ignored me and would not respond when I pointed it out, trying to help get the correct price. I did not appreciate being totally ignored when I was trying to help.

I was shopping for some pegboard and was assisted by a very nice young man. His name is Bladimir. He helped me load two sheets of pegboard on my cart. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I needed some construction film and some male and female ends for extension cords that needed repair. He gave exception customer service. He took me to all of the items I needed. He even helped me with my cart to the checkout and helped me load the pegboard into my truck. He was awesome!! He provided exceptional customer service. You don't find this kind of service in most places.

I give it a 3 because of they have a nice selection of Garden stuff, but every time I go in there, the workers do not speak to you. Lowe’s must not train their workers to talk to customers like Home Depot does.

Always Lowe's. Friendly, got what you need and military/veteran friendly. Cant ever reach their appliance or delivery groups when I call in but have better luck with customer service people. Got my new fridge. Its great.Update.... Well, after a terrible run in with the garden center manager, being miss lead to by the flooring staff, and waiting over 5 weeks for a product that never came, I have decided Lowe's of Prattville will no longer see any of my business. I canceled over $4000 worth of orders and the managment was apathetic. The service is non existent. I saw a young girl pick up the phone receiver, press the hold, and then systematically hang up on each line. This went on for 15 min while the 'service clerk's giggled. Anyway, buy local and support local businesses.

We asked an African American woman worker a question. She never answered us. Another worker answered the question. Very rude!!!The workers didn't seem to care about, if we found our merchandise or not. It's a shame

Love our hometown Lowe's!!! Great prices& actual customer service desk personal is great BUT cashier's need a bit more training, they don't ask for your MyLowe's number& when you tell them, they look it up for the discount part not for the contractor, almost everytime I check out I have to ASK them to push F-10 on the keyboard(sad part, I nor anyone I know has ever worked there) to put in MyLowes for my purchase tracking& PO #'S!!!Honestly, they need to bring back self-check, it's so much easier, faster& more efficient for the small business owners! Especially when you have to check out 5 different times to make sure your MyLowes # is put in with the 5 different PO's you have to do because of being a contractor!!!!

Myself and my elderly Mother shop here for cleaning supplies, light bulbs, ect., And we are always able to find appropriate assistance on those out of the ordinary, fix-up items that every home owner needs. This Monday was our monthly outing to Lowe's and we got all of the smiling help and assistance that two slower old folks require sometimes. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Prattville store, Asked for particular size electrical wire, was in and out in less than 20 minutes plus saved $6.00.Oddly when mentioned stopped at Home Depot across highway first, all Lowe's employees there around me said, "we all used to work at that stupid management is reason we came over here. I replied hope not cause of that floor manager, he's definitely a problem child. "Oh yea black hair guy?" Yup stood at door when walked in, asked him 3 times for help. A customer gets tired having to walk back up to front to ask same person for help 3 times. Fourth time walking back up where he still stood doing nothing. I said, you're lazy I asked you 3 times for help, but you not once seemed to give a hoot. Then he said wrong words: and I said, don't care who mommy or daddy is, likely they know you have smart mouth too; so what got to say now. Guys guy actually moved behind a counter room, hope he did call mommy 🤣

Ordered a black stone griddle from here that I’m supposed to pick up today. All of a sudden it says pick up Tuesday July 25th so I call the store to see what’s up. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and seemed irritated the whole time. Tells me that the “assembler” is only in on Mondays and Thursdays so my griddle won’t be assembled until then. Not at all what it said online when I ordered it last night. I picked the free assembly option because we sell these where I work and I’ve already assembled 4 this week. I don’t want to have to assemble another one, especially one that I’m paying for and was offered free assembly (said nothing about a specific day.) The reason this is so disappointing is that it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to put these things together. The instructions are right in the box. So now my options are go pick up a box of parts and spend a half hour of my Saturday assembling it or drive all the way back to prattville on Tuesday. Neither option is a good one. Would give this experience zero stars if I could. Sincerely hope whoever manages this store shapes things up a bit.

Purchased a zero turn mower on Friday and is supposed to be delivered the following Monday. I got a call Sunday to remind about delivery. Monday, I get a call saying it won't be delivered until the following Sunday. There is no reason given. Tried to pick up ourselves, nope, stated assemblers not there none are put together. Called Tuesday, got the run around assembler, and said he put together and is on delivery truck. I asked associate to verify nope not on truck. The only thing they will tell me is it will be Sunday delivery, and they are not sure when it will be put together other than before Sunday. Website says 5 available and pick up in three hours.

I went in thinking door kickplate, and that's all; I was lucky this time. I actually got a representative who knew right where it was! The item was actually there with a limited variety, but I was able to get one that would work. The cashier was friendly and courteous. What I enjoyed about this visit was. Go in, get what I want with little to no difficulty. Locating it, paying for it, and leaving!

This location barely have any staff whatsoever. We needed help getting the bar stool box (required forklift), one guy said they were out and we were literally looking at them. He went to page for extra help, mentioned the wrong aisle. It took over 20 minutes for someone to help us get the boxes. Then we needed help in the plumbing area, someone paged backup, we waited close to 30 minutes, no one never showed up and we couldn't even find an employee to flag down. One guy was the absolute best! We caught him and he helped us out and even help load our truck with our merchandise. I wish I could remember his name because he need a bonus or a raise. I think his name may be Ron or Mike.

Generally I am pleased with my Lowe's experiences but the Lowe's in Prattville,Al needs improvement. What should have been a relatively easy 15 minute online order pickup turned in to 2 hours.

Way to go Lowes. Make it a PITA to get a military discount. Service desk tells me I need a my lowes card, that I can only do online. Online it says to go to your local store. Now I only shop at Home Depot, they don't have a problem giving me a military discount. I have been buying for Lowes for 20 years. Two years later they have this problem fixed. Now they are picky about what you can receive a discount on.

Placed an order online for a washing machine 2 hrs ago, waited until got a message that the order was ready for pick up, then drove 30 mins to get to the store. Pullled in pick up parking spot, checked in and got a message that someone would be right out...... but we waited and waited and finally an associate called to say the wait is because they dont have the washer in stock after all because their inventorycount is wrongUpdate:My husband and I are very disappointed with this pick up experience ..it shouldve been a lot easier than it was this evening. Frustrating to be told the item was not here and so they cancelled our pick up order. We insisted the matter needed to be looked into further, something just not right for the pick up order messaging system to show it was prepared and ready to pick up if the washer never actually here. Someone had to put the info into the system saying it was there and they had gotten it ready to be picked up. So we suggested the gentleman in appliance dept go to check in the back again.... and finally he came out to say he DOES have it, that it didnt have the sticker that was supposed to be put on it ...well, whatever happened during the process-- whoever did or didnt do what they were supposed to correctly --made for a stressful pick up experience. Will definately not make us want to choose this purchase option in future at this location.

Went into the store to look at dishwashers. Decided on a model. Went to customer service to have them use my card that I didn’t have with me, but wanted to take care of the 12 months interest free promo. I was told the card declined. I was wondering how that could be cuz I had previously bought a new fridge, stove, and dishwasher on the card with free interest promo a couple years ago. Synchrony sent me a link to my phone for security purposes. That’s great, but the information I filled out wouldn’t send to confirm. Waited a good 15 minutes to see if it would go through. This was after spending a good hour in the store, looking and talking about the different models with the salesperson. Told customer service I was getting it but would locate my card and definitely would be back tomorrow.Get home, call the credit card to see what is going on. Told me since it hasn’t been used in a few years, reduces the credit limit, which went down to $1500. So in the call at home, they increased it back up for me so it would go through. Called the store, explained who I was and what had happened and that I’d like to get it ordered. They couldn’t find my order. Somehow the order got deleted. I guess they didn’t want me to deal with me since it was almost closing time. At this point it would have been nice for the manager to ask me which model it was, and the extended 5 year warranty, ready to go for tomorrow, but he didn’t even act like he cared. Going to go to get he Montgomery store. Hopefully, their customer service will be better. Wanted to pick it up Friday so my husband could install it.

Very poor. Curbside pickup. Not only was order not ready after confirmation that order was read. Park of order was cancelled without notification. Took 30 minutes for them to find a box of roofing nails for my order, very unorganized. Will go to home Depot next time.
