A big wiff of Indian food and spices the minute we walked into the lobby. And it wasn’t a good smell. The whole lobby and halls smelled of it. The beds are hard and springy, it’s very out dated. No charging stations for our devices, a really small desk top tv, the hot and cold water handle is switched, the bath Matt is coming unglued from the tub, only one bar of soap, no conditioner and the decor is mustard yellow. Like I said very out dated.Food & drinks: It is very convenient to many shops and chain restaurants

Generally ok but cleanliness is questionable. Visible dust on things is lobby. If the forward facing public area is dirty, how much attention is paid to the private areas? A couple of stains on the cover blanket/duvet upon check-in. Had a large cockroach in the room. Where there's one cockroach you can bet there's more. I'll spare the pictures but I have them. A reasonable bargain but I wouldn't stay again if I had the option. Stayed 5 days and 3 of the 5 days there were many boisterous small children. That in itself isn't a problem but wanted to note that this may be a budget place for families with kids

The facility was very quiet, and clean. I did however have an issue with the clerk trying to force me to pay for one night at a time. After paying for my room, the hotel charged my card another $80.91, this was over a week ago and no one can tell me why they charged me and they still have a hold on my card. I will never stay here again.Nearby activities: Great area to be if you want to shop

We had a great stay at this hotel, and here's why ...We were in town to attend our daughter and son-in-law's baby shower, and many of the other relatives who attended were asking me where they should stay. We're not familiar with the area, so started reading online reviews, and all the feedback pointed to this hotel because of it's cleanliness (one of my top priorities).I'm happy to report that our experience exceeded our expectations. All relatives reported that their rooms were clean, as was ours, and every hotel employee we encountered seemed to go out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and satisfied.The bed was comfortable, the bathroom counter was big, and everything was clean. Additionally the breakfast was good, the price was reasonable, and as I said, the people were friendly without exception.This will be our home away from home every time we visit Prattville (unless the guest room is available at our future grandbaby's house :).Thank you, Days Inn Prattville-Montgomery!

I was charged twice for a one night stay. When I brought it up I was told it would come back to me In a few days. It’s been 5 days and nothing. I called and the guy didn’t seem to care just said to wait. Also he agreed my card shouldn’t have been charged that many times but nothing he could do. Breakfast was terrible. Lady at desk who swiped my card twice was rude. Don’t recommend at all

Had my stay November 8 2023 needed a place to stay because the drive was taking longer than expected. Good price.One thing I must say is this hotel prides itself in being very clean. I was pleasantly surprised that how not only the hotel was fresh and clean but the room as well. Staff was nice there was a lady at the front desk and she was helpful and kind. Large tv in the bedroom , sheets felt crisp and clean. No pets allowed but had no issues accommodating our service animal for my disabled fiancé. Free Wi-Fi and parking! I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a clean place to stay on a dime

I came for a funeral and our heat did not work asked to talk to a manager the first guy called the manager and he said he would be here in the morning. After not sleeping and freezing I talked to the other guy at the desk who was rude and brushed me off. How am I suppose to take a shower and get dressed for the funeral in a freezing room. THE SO CALLED DISCOUNT I RECEIVED WAS 15 PERCENT WHIS IS 17 DOLLARS FOR FREEZING ALL NIGHT AND GETTING DRESSED IN THE COLD FOR A FUNERAL

This was the nicest Days Inn I've seen in a long time. Front desk staff was nice. Room was fine. Good location overall - next to a couple restaurants that give a discount if you show your room key. I would've given this hotel a 5-star rating, except for the cockroach that joined me in the shower. That tainted my experience a little.

The beds were so uncomfortable, after the last night my vack just ached. It is a thin mattress on springs, so it makes tons of noise(we had a king bed) couch is old compared to the other updated items. The hotel has been reminded and looks good. The pool is small but a refresher. Towels are thin and horrible. When housekeeping came, we asked for extra towels and were told we had to provide the old ones first. A new policy started and staff was a buzz talking about it.(see pic)Nearby activities: Lots of food nearby and shopping centers.Staff was very friendly.

We stayed here to escape an enhanced weather risk day due to the type of housing we live in. Everyone was great! The manager was kind and very helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the main thing, it was quiet! It's in the middle of a busy and populated area, but you wouldn't know it from being inside the room. Plenty of eateries around, even places to go shopping if that's your thing. The only negative thing I have to say is housekeeping tried to get into the room before we had checked out, while my children were still sleeping actually, which scared my teenage daughter. Of course, we had the room latched so they weren't able to get in, and I called the front desk and made them aware of the situation, which they took care of.

This hotel is not the best ever my family and I saw 2 HUGE roaches in the hall and in our bathroom! Spent one night at this hotel to see an ASU football game. It was an older hotel, but it was clean. I slept well in their beds. They also serve breakfast. You could make waffles, oatmeal, and grits. They had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, 🍎, 🍌, 4 different types of cereal, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice and apple juice, bagels, and Danish. So, the free breakfast was enough to get you back on the road with a full stomach. So, it's a good budget hotel. You wont break the bank, it looked to be in a safe neighborhoo, and they had plenty of places to shop and eat near the hotel. Also, at some restaurants, you are able to get a discount on some meals at certain restaurants. I would definitely return here.Rooms: Older hotel, but the two queen sized beds in the room were comfortable. And the place was clean!

From the first step in you'd notice how clean and neat it was, even though it was being remodeled. The staff was very friendly, helpful and no one was rude. The rooms were nice, clean, neat and smelled amazing. The only issue that I had was that the breakfast was a bit cold at 7 a.m. Overall, I'll say this will be my goto place when I'm in the city!

Don't take a room close to the lobby. Trust me. Its so loud, including the employees at the desk. Idk if the walls are just paper thin, or the guy was hard of hearing and felt the need to yell everything he was saying. Room was clean tho. Check in took a lot longer than one would think when there isn't a line or a bunch of people in front of you waiting. Not worth the price tho. Breakfast was disappointing as well. Just happy I didn't get bed bugs or lice, though 🙂

I love coming to Days Inn. The staff is friendly and considerate and promptly attends to requests. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly furnished and kept in excellent condition. There is enough variety in their breakfast offerings to accommodate a wide variety of appetites. The breakfast bar attendant keeps the tables immediately cleaned and spotless while making sure that guests don't go wanting before the breakfast time ends. There is plenty to do in the area, and a variety of activities are suggested. More in the adjacent counties can be offered by contacting the front desk.

Great location to shopping, restaurants and the interstate! We stayed one night on our way to Gulf Shores; it was so nice and clean. Honestly, it was the best Day’s Inn I’ve even stayed at and seen! The beds were super comfy, room was a nice size, bathroom was clean and put together, no issues with the air conditioning and decent breakfast! Only thing I would say negative is that we were told they don’t honor member pricing on the weekends. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard with staying at hotels. Nothing is on the website or paperwork that states they don’t honor member pricing on weekends, that I saw. That said, we didn’t get points for the stay. I’m going to call back and see if a manager or someone has a solution to this. The stay itself was fabulous and would stay again!

A very nice Days Inn. They are currently doing some renovation in the lobby and hallways but it is not really even an inconvenience.The room was clean and even smelled clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. We had all the amenities we needed. We didnt try the breakfast bar due to Chick-fil-A being less than a mile away.The staff was friendly and courteous. The location is safe and secure but just a little congested due to the growth of the city in the area around it.I would not hesitate to stay here again when travel requires.Only one issue....our "double" room was just that....it had two double beds. While renovations are underway, perhaps management should consider upsizing those smaller double beds to queen sized beds..

Came home to Alabama to spend my 45th birthday with my family from Atlanta. I booked a room on my birthday for $92 and wasn't able to check in but I couldn't drive anywhere else because I was drinking. The lady refused to let me check in so I had to sleep in my car on my birthday and was charged a $25 cancellation fee the next day and still havent got a refund. This is ridiculous because I only just needed to sleep there for a couple of hours to sober up before I could drive. A nice way to end my birthday.Noteworthy details: Pitiful

Every room has been clean and I would give five stars and I gave a five star rating before I gave my experience anyway and I will be back soon very soon! Extremely clean and well maintained hotel. The grounds on the outside was amazing, rooms were very tidy, and the pool was quite nice. For the value, it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years.Kumar was very friendly as well and I’m in Prattville again, I’ll definitely be staying there.
