The Pharmacy staff is excellent, but the store has trouble retaining them for some reason. Consequently they are harried. Took almost 2 days to get my Flu medication after diagnosis. Meds late to diagnosis happens often due to poor manning. Not enough to process Rx's and wait on clients. Don't know why they quit. Check for toxic leadership. I hope that's not the problem.

CVS pharmacy on Cobb Ford won’t answer their phone and I have held twice for 30 mins. CVS on Main Street has 2 rude ladies in the pharmacy that needs to find a different job and maybe they will be nicer. Don’t say bad day cause it is every time snd not just to me.

I never post reviews, but this has to have the worst pharmacy dept. out of any CVS I have visited. Staff is rude and have NO idea what is going on. I have been by 4 times over 3 days to get my prescription and been told everytime to come back tomorrow. BUT the kicker is having to argue about getting the prescription filled then basically being told to go away til tomorrow. Checks depth my doctors and I have 6 more refills left on the RX. Call their customer service dept get the same run around. DONT USE THIS CVS

Oh... Justin was awesome. He taught me how to print items and pictures off my phone. Took his time and was very patient with me. Can't leave Ms. Kelly out.... she was great. Both went past the call of duty to help me. I also observed how they both really took their time and patience with other customers. The elderly customers love them also. Very kind. Extremely patient. You do not see employees take pride in their jobs anymore.

I just started shopping in this store\nbecause ! just moved here. I was\npleasantly greeted by a nice young\nman, Deron. He was very nice and\nasked me if I needed any help. The\nStore was very neat and clean. The\nStore Manager Ray greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. I will certainly be shopping in this store.

After my wife dropped off her prescription, then returning twice over 2 hours, I returned to be told it would be another 30 Minutes. After 20Minutes, the customer ahead of me, who had been waiting more than an hour, inquired on his order to be told, “30 more minutes”. I then inquired if it would be another “30 minutes” for my order as well. The worker’s exasperated response was, “we are no longer comfortable filling your prescription and you will need to go elsewhere”. INCREDULOUS. This pharmacy is not functioning and the people working here are operating as if their customers are the problem. Total fail.

It had improved once the person from the cvs in target got there. It did improve sort of. Well the person is back at target, and I'm going back to target. The people who work in the pharmacy are flippant curmudgeons who don't appear to care about you or your health. People go there for there medicine and not to get a bad attitude. They have disrespected my wife so many times it's become a real problem to chat about these stories with my wife. We're taking our ailments elsewhere. It's not like we want to take medication.

Clean & organized.Severely understaffed though.One cashier in the entire store. Said cashier also has the responsibility of stocking the entire store.Therefore no one is available to check people out.Yeah there’s the self checkout, but sometimes you need a human.

I have utilized this particular CVS since I moved to Prattville , Alabama (from your Tennessee location in Decherd, TN) in the Spring of 2020. The personable and helpful employees, the knowledgeable medical professionals in the pharmacy, the weekly sales, the ExtraCare coupons, the availability of necessary merchandise, and the cleanliness, order, and layout of the store itself brought me and my family back about once every two weeks+-... till now. My own worked since I was 12 years old resume is Jill of all trades including 51+ years in small business, retail, public service, education, healthcare, motherhood, and personal consumerism so I more than understand what the COVID debacle did to American business, but my last visit to your Cobbs Ford facility exemplified the service industry disaster wrought by faulty government intervention and overreach. Your hustling to keep up pharmacy crew is shorthanded and overworked. You've lost and or replaced the reliable, responsible, work ethic store crew that once championed this particular location with inexperienced, devil may care, I can't be bothered by customers, there to be seen and socialize, ignorant of company policies children. After picking up my maintenance meds from your drugstore section, I searched the aisles for weekly/coupon sale items. Supply line snafus have understandably affected your sparsely stocked shelves also. So I headed toward the front registers to seek employee assistance, passing several flustered customers attempting to guide each other through the self check out to find three CVS red/blue IDed young girls giggling together in the photo/passport department with their backs to the cash/card exchange counter. When I approached I requested attention... twice... before one child turned to look quickly at me, almost turning back to rejoin her nonchalant coworkers, but then thought better and asked how she might help. I mentioned my need of a "rain check" for a few items on sale, but currently out of stock. She exhibited a deer in the headlights blank look, but shyly retreated to her cohorts and whisper quizzed them. I heard "what she want" and then all three turned to glare at me with arms folded and the one loud one flippantly replied "we don't do that here, but the other store downtown does" before circling back up and snickering again. The initial response, remorse driven individual did look back regretfully so at this "old lady" just standing there shell shocked absorbing the quality of customer service I was just bone tossed. I re-shelved the sundry of items I had time consuming collected, gathered up my extensive shopping list and many coupons, waltzed back to my parked truck and headed toward Walgreens... downtown... where I intend to move my prescription. The pharmacist was so rude. We dropped a script off on Tuesday and were told to call Thursday to make sure it was filled. When we called on Thursday the pharmacist said at 1st he couldn’t fill , it was too early.Then he says that they are out. The notes from the Dr. on the script said we were going out of town and it could be filled early. We advised we do this every year, travel out of state for a couple of weeks. He stated that the law was on his side and he didn’t have to fill it and if we continued to argue he would just rip the script up. We went in and picked it up and took it to CVS in Millbrook and had it filled there. It is a script that can’t be filled out of state or we would have done that.This isn’t the 1st issue we have had with this CVS and we won’t be back. We will be moving our prescriptions.

This CVS in Prattville is so nice - especially Jessica & McKinsey. They gave me more help than I expected & were kinder than most employees are in stores these days. And today - I really needed that!

My wife just had a very bad customer experience at the Pharmacy. They should hire people that care about people. Made my wife wait close than an hour after they told her Tricare is not being accepted at CVS anymore. Three people finger pointing on where was the prescription she just turned in. After she asked the counter lady why they did not tell her about the insurance, the girl just raised both of her hands, her tone, body language speaks very high of her bad attitude and lacking in customer relations. They asked my wife if she needs help after they got done taking care of the line, one of the girls said my last name was not on her screen and she did not care to look where it was, she just kept on. I will not recommend this place. Very bad customer service. My wife tried to call the District manager, no response yet. I need to talk to somebody higher up to elevate this. Thank God for social media.

I have been using this pharmacy at this location for years. They change staff every so often. I was in there 4/6/2022 to pick up script. Two new girls workingSince January 2021 I have had both my debit card and my flex spending account card ON FILE. I have always since Jan 2021 went in and paid for my items using whichever card was needed on file. The two girls that checked me out yesterday kept telling me we dont have any cards for you on file. I told her yes you do recheck it. Neither one of them could find a card period. I just picked up a rx last week and my card was on file at the drive thru. I had some items that were to be paid for on my flex account so I got the card back out and used it and asked her to put it on file again. The girl told me I cant because you didnt pay for a rx with it. OH MY GOSH. Yes I was furious. This particular little girl didnt know what she was doing besides giggling at the drive through. PLEASE HIRE MATURE adults like the other two great gals Robin and Becky. And when I got home I went to the CVS app, logged in and low and behold both my cards were in file in the app. What is the problem?

Made an order for pictures, got a cal they were ready, then went to pick them up and the guy at front told the machine was broke and he seemed to not care when it was going to get fixed. Not impressed with service

Am in there every week. I coupon and use their app. If you are purchasing sale items, use coupons, and follow the guidlines, you can save 50% or more. The more you spend, the better the coupons. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and all are friendly. They also have a drive through pharmacy which can be a great time saver. You can sneak through the light by dollar tree and head behind the bank to get to the parking lot. Always avoid McQueen Smith and Cobbs Ford intersection if possible.

No matter what time you go in there this store is always neat and clean as if no one has been shopping there at all. The employees are always helpful though there never seems to be any around except for the cashier who has to stay up front, so I've found myself having to ask the pharmacy for help at times.

The pharmacist at The cobbs Ford road location is very unfriendly and has no customer service skills. I always used to CVS on main Street in Prattville, they have always been very good to me, if I can possibly help it I will never use the cobbs Ford road location ever again.
