Casey in Prattville has been great to work with. She helped us pick out the flooring - keeping in mind our needs and budget - for our second floor and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. There were little glitches along the way that were handled with excellent customer service. Any company can do a good job when things go smoothly; the test for a great company is how they handle the bumps in the road. The flooring installers were awesome, and Wade went the extra mile on our stairs. The previous homeowner had a dog that used the landing as a bathroom. After pulling up the old carpet, the urine smell was strong. Wade used his "grandma's secret recipe" to eliminate the odor. He also built a custom piece to fix a gap in the stair risers. A company is only as good as their employees - and Carol's Carpet is excellent!! Oh - and my floors are BEAUTIFUL too! We will be visiting Carol's Carpet when we renovate the kitchen/livingroom/diningroom!

It was a project as time and $ allowed, a few years, in fact. Eliminate carpet, rolled vinyl, and the dreaded ‘Pergo’. Carol’s Carpet in Prattville saw us through it all. i was looking for new flooring. Specifically Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. So I decided to shop at Carol's Carpet in Prattville. That was the best decision i ever made! I walked in and her comes this wonderful, cheerful and so happy you stopped by lady name Kasey. i instantly felt like i was home after a long trip and my family was so excited to see me. Kasey has a natural way of making customers feel like she knew you before you ever walked in Carol's Carpet. I told Kasey what i was looking for and my budget. I also told her the color of my kitchen cabinets so the color of the floors needed to work well in the kitchen and throughout the house. After that Kasey completely took over.
