Please use this wrecker service if you ever are in need! They have a really cool tow mater truck and one day they put it to the back. My nephews were coming into town and they moved it back out by the road for them to see. Thank you for taking the time for them to smile!!

I am unsure how we got so incredibly lucky with 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service. They are truly angels in disguise. Our family was stranded in Pratville. AL along the side of i65 with a dog and a 4 year old. We were towing a 45ft 5th wheel as well. 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service Was able to assist us with all our towing needs. They are a 4th generation family owned business, and it shows. They not only take great pride in taking care of your vehicle but your family as well. We first had the truck towed and then the 5th wheel I was by myself as my husband and child went with the truck, Dylan picked me and the 5th wheel up in the pouring rain and towed us to an rv park. I NEVER felt uncomfortable in any way, he even asked after he dropped me at the rv park how else he could help and to call them if we needed anything more. To our surprise we did need a 3rd tow, when we called we spoke with Sammy Jo, she was so sweet and transferred us to her brother Bubba. When I say this man is incredible I mean it. He got our truck towed to a new location, asked about our family as he knew the rv park we were in was not the best. We were trying to get to Nashville for a family trip. He could have just asked and that would have been the end but no he found us an incredible gentleman to tow our 5th wheel and family 430 hours to Nashville.. he texted and checked in during drive and ensured we all arrived safely. Every step of the way this family including their momma who I called and cried to a time or two were more than you will ever ask for. Pricing is very reasonable, please ask your insurance companies for a reimbursement, call them they are prompt, and amazing. This company did very well by me. They were here on the date and time that we agreed upon. The driver was very knowledgeable and took all of the precautions while loading the vehicle as well as securing it afterwards. The vehicle was a classic Chevy being taken in for restoration updates and they treated it as if was their own. I can’t believe how they hustled me out of $100 with help from Prattville city police— curious to know what the officers cut was for the night. I just wanted to let the owners as well as the shady staff here know, it IS POSSIBLE TO MAKE A GOOD LIVING WITHOUT ROBBING OTHERS. I don’t mind paying for my mistakes or paying my dues at all. It was the way they ROBBED me AND did me and my children (we had to stand out in the cold while waiting on them to complete their paperwork, take my 100$ payment, which took 45 min) I took my children to the tree lighting event in down town Prattville on November 30.this was our very first time going to this particular event/location. I noticed the people in front of me were going to the same event so when I parked I followed behind them. We were inside the actual event for a total of 22 minutes when we were coming out to go get into the truck to leave I noticed there were three individuals and they were trying to load my truck to a wrecker truck to tow and I immediately asked him what they were doing to my truck and one of them responded that I was illegally parked that I was in a tow zone. He also informed me that I was the fifth car that night during that particular event that was beingtowed they hadn’t yet loaded my truck onto the wrecker yet but they did have me blocked in where I was not able to get in my truck and leave so I asked him what did I need to do in order to be able to leave in my truckthey were not letting me out of the parking place..they said I had to “pay $100 for call out fee for them to come all the way out there”the man just told me that he had already towed 4 other cars before mine, so he wasn’t called out there because of me!worst part about all of this is as we’re walking into the event we walked past all three of these individuals to go inside of the event -not only did they fail to tell me that I was illegally parked— which is what any decent human being would’ve done. They literally waited on me to walk in that event and get out of their sight to load my truck on up, the time that they have on my receipt is about four minutes after I had gotten there and parked …FOUR minutes People! they were literally sitting at the entrance of this place that I parked at waiting on people to come in there and park in order load their vehicle up. They made a killing that night on towing peoples vehicles that didn’t even know they were illegally parked theyjust like I didn’t know, also I came back out there the next night because they had another event there at that same location. I wanted to see if they were there that night. Yep waiting on people to park there illegally that didn’t know any better and yes they were there that night also making a killing! when I asked the police officer where do people park then for the event he said “at churches, places of that nature “but that’s also PRIVATE PROPERTY another five minutes inside the event my truck would have been GONE .another five minutes and I would not have had a vehicle to get home with my two children that night,That isn’t the right way to conduct business even if you’re just a tow truck driver buddy! Have a little dignity for gods sakes The Pratville city police must be getting a cut of the small fortune they are robbing people of police officer that came out that nigh—This is his quote to me. “Well it is what it is ..you know now if you didn’t know before ,now you know …there’s nothing really we can do about it now,”the Pratville City police officer quoted me that evening when I was so upset that I had walked past all three of these individuals and they neglected to tell me that I was a illegally parked —They also said it was all over Facebook-ohh.It is NOW bc I mentioned it! be careful out there. literally nothing or nobody to tell me not to park there but yet for my truck to be allowed to leave that parking lot /me to driveoff in my own truckI had to pay these people $100 right then and there and it took 45 minutes just to take my debit card and write me a receipt -beware

After being stood up by another tow service, Sammy Jo at 82 Auto Parts and wrecker service assured me they would help me. Bubba and Lewis came out and knew exactly what needed to be done to get my trailer lifted, axle and broken springs tied together. They carefully and slowly drove it to the repair shop. They even recommended a nice place to spend the night as it was late. I cant say enough about their service, care and understanding. I highly recommend them.

Our van lost the serpentine belt during a bad storm and they came out in the storm and picked up our van and got me home safely! Best service in the tri county area, prompt, courteous, and always professional. Great place for new and used auto parts and towing service's. Called my roadside assistance and and after the first provider didn't show at the scheduled time, I requested a different provider.Bubba, from 82 Auto was scheduled 40 minutes later.
