My sister recently got her cat fixed there and loved the experience. Originally we looked for a more affordable price on getting milk, (in the pictures. We were a bit tight on money but wanted to be responsible at least this much for now) fixed and found this place. We are considering changing to this clinic from our normal one!

I love Dr. Wood and his staff! We have 5 dogs and 1 cat and they have treated them all for 3 years now. Very reasonable prices and are more than willing to work with you on payments. I love the fact that the techs and Dr. Wood get down on the floor with the dogs/cats and love on them as they do the physical examination. So lucky to have found them!

I took my cat here when my vet, I had been using, prescribed her the wrong medicine and by the time he figured it out my cat was near death and we couldn't save her. They were so compassionate with my situation that when my dog was itching like crazy I decided to use them again. I've got a Jack Russell / Shih Tzu who doesn't trust many people but she immediately opened up to the vet and she was actually holding her when she brought her back out. They gave her a shot that lasts for a month and my dog has not itched since. She's back to playing and loving us instead of hiding under the chair all day. They also trimmed her nails because Sophie will not let me near her feet. The prices were reasonable as well. I've found a new vet that I will use from now on.

I have taken all three of my babies to the clinic. They are amazing! From the time you walk in the door with the desk staff, to the assistants & Dr. Wood, everyone is patient, attentive & thorough. The staff keys in on any shyness or discomfort the babies had and Dr. Wood's as well as his staff even sat in the floor to examine them and make them comfortable. Definitely recommend them for your furbabies of all ages.Updated 8/15/22I have a senior dog that I rescued in bad shape. They have helped her out so much! Always kind, returns messages and calls promptly.

Great place awesome staff I brought all 3 puppies had them wormed and vaccinated considering with everything going on and having three patients we were in and out in about an hour and a half that was mostly due to the fellow with me talking try he final bill for vaccinating and worming the three puppies plus flea medication for them and cortisone based fleas med for 2 grown dogs totaled to right around $200. Dr woods is awesome!

I am extremely picky about my vet. I want them to care more about the pets and the people than profit. I want them to be compassionate and understanding and also know what they’re doing. I usually like them old, but you can’t have it all! Dr. Wood is very young, but so awesome, he got on the floor to visit with my buddy, because my dog was a rescue and he was nervous.Dr. Wood is so kind, and takes time to explain his concerns and gives you treatment options. He also tells you upfront the prices of everything. So far everyone I’ve met who works there is amazing. I don’t trust just anyone with my dogs health!

Excellent vet. We had our Yorkie at a different vet & they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. On our 1st visit with Dr Woods he found the problem & my dog has never felt better. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place! The entire staff is so caring and so loving. They helped save my boy Mr. Chewy. Doctor woods took great care in treating my dog who has a rare disease. He was very thorough in researching this disease and answering all of my questions. Lol its funny my dog gets excited every time we go. Even he loves this place.Update Nov 2019: still using this place & still loving their service. Now we have another dog (Buddy) & a cat (Tigger). We had to put our other cat, my baby (Roxy) down summer of 2018. They were so supportive and compassionate when handling the situation. I will not take my my fur babies any place else because I want them to have the best care possible and Palmerdale animal clinic offers just that.

I had been searching for a vet I liked for over a year when I brought my dog in to see Dr. Wood. His staff greeted me warmly, gave my dog a treat, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Wood took the time too introduce himself to not only me, but also my dog. Their prices are reasonable and they offer wellness plans (which I totally recommend). Overall, I am glad I chose Palmerdale Animal Clinic to take care of my dog.

If I am persistent about my dogs illness that won't get better and I call demanding something be done, I am told they did as much as could be done and that I no longer needed to come back though I have 2 other dogs w/records there! The Dr is more on holistic healing and Im more on whats going to make my baby feel better quickly. Personal issues in Dr's life at start of my bringing my pets and that to me is not going to cut it. He is educated but not too keen on more than 1 options. The staff are sweet but some I have liked better than others.

I've taken my animals here for years and Dr. Wood and his staff are amazing. They always take the extra time to get familiar with the animals and any issues they may have. The Annual Plan for approx: $22 per month that they have is a financial lifesaver. It covers shots, gives a rx discount, and reduces the rates for boarding all year round.

What I love about Palmerdale Animal Clinic the most is..... Everyone there is so nice and caring, my dog has had to spend a lot of time there lately and while she's normally a very timid baby she got excited every time we went practically dragging me up their steps in a rush to see everyone. They were great with working with me on scheduling and payments. I love this place and have been telling everyone I know who has animals to take them there. You won't regret choosing this clinic to care for your special babies. Great people, great service, and wonderful environment!

My poor sweet puppy (Finley) got in a fight with another dog. Well he got bite in his eye,he was scared and frightened and hid....a couple days and I finally got him and it was gross,, invected. They were so good to him . The eye was lost, but he is young and has adjusted very well . Thank you so much for your kindness.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The young veterinarian almost killed my puppy. He said he had worms and gave him worm medicine. My pup the very next day was in such bad shape I went to another vet to get him seen about. DOING THE SAME TESTS AS THE PALMERDALE VET, my new vet (Pinson Animal Clinic) found that my puppy had coccidia. The new vet said it was very hard to overlook because he was so infected and it was in his system for a long time. I went back to talk to the palmerdale vet to see what happened with the tests and why it was missed because he almost killed my dog with the wrong diagnosis. He walked into the room, slammed a book down on the desk and said it wasn’t his fault and that I should be lucky I even have a dog. I left there crying because he was so rude and so dismissive to the fact his neglect to pay attention to tests almost killed my baby. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! Also, my boyfriend’s parents boarded their dogs there while they went out of town and they found out they weren’t letting the dogs out of the kennels. The dogs just sat in the kennels the entire time in their feces. They had to go get groomed when my boyfriend’s parents picked them up. Palmerdale Animal Clinic doesn’t care about your pets. They care about the money you bring. Photos show how bad my puppy was the day after going to palmerdale.

Dr. Donaldson and her staff have always gone above and beyond to provide good care to our pets. From dachshunds with back problems to a kitten with a cough we have always gotten help when we needed it. When we were forced to leave our elderly dog to attend my daughter's wedding in another state, we were kept aware of her condition, and Dr Donaldson assisted us in picking her up early so we had time to say goodbye when her condition worsened. Dr. Donaldson always provides sensitive and compassionate care to all our pets. Her staff provides a friendly and helpful atmosphere whenever we come in.

We love Palmerdale Animal clinic. We use to live in Pinson, but has since moved to Helena. Whenever our dogs need to be treated or boarded we always seem to end back up at Palmerdale. The wellness plan just a great deal and the staff is really sweet.

Dr. Woods is amazing. He cares about the animals and not about money. He went out of his way to save my baby girls life. (7 year domestic cat) She got an upper respiratory infection and it quickly turned in to pnemonia. She was on her death bed and they saved her life. She was in the clinic for over 14 days, on IV fluids and antibiotics and my bill wasn't over $250.

We love the friendly people and professional services provided by Dr. Donaldson and her staff. My family and I have been taking our pets there for over a decade and have continued to attend as my animal family has grown. Dr. Donaldson has cared for the majority of my animals since they were young; she is currently providing wonderful care for my 7 dogs. Staff are always very friendly and know me and my animals. In addition to providing my babies with all their shots and check-ups, Dr. Donaldson has also been available for emergencies and any additional needs. I know I can always call with any questions or concerns. When we are in the office, the dogs always get lots of positive attention from Dr. Donaldson and her staff. I have been through broken legs, heartworm treatments, stitches, injuries from animal attacks,eye injuries and surgeries, ear infections, and thyroid issues and treatment. The list goes on and on. I can't imagine going anywhere else or getting the perfect blend of professional and family-like quality of services.

I carried our cat, Blondie,to Palmerdale Animal Clinic on Monday. Before we left the house to go to the clinic he hid. We looked everywhere for him. It seemed like we were looking for hours. Anyway, he caused us to be late for his appointment. Thanks to everyone at Palmerdale Animal Clinic for performing Blondie's annual exam and vaccinations. We won a cute basket while we were there.

I like the fact that you have ability to oen a well-care acct with this clinic. Not an option at any of the 3 other vets I use occasionally. This allows me to have procedures done that I cannot out of pocket pay. It automatically comes out of my chkg acct on a certain date every month until the procedure balance is pd. Because other clinics don't offer this, Im not able to care for my babies properly. I LOVE Alice & Stephanie(no longer there) & honestly if not for Alice, doubt Id use Palmerdale as much!! She knows her stuff and is so pleasant to do business with. Dr Woods is very thorough & takes time to explain issues. Never seems irritated to have discussions.
