The employees are rude. I wish we another pharmacy in town that I could use & my insurance OTC card would work at as well I’d switch my mother to it. My mother gets text saying meds are available but when we go nothing is called in and the pharmacist treats most of the customers like they are ignorant.

Love how clean the store always is! Rachel in the pharmacy is awesome. She went above and beyond to help me get my prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy. She called and gave me updates until everything was ready. Tina is also amazing, she always has everything ready and accurate! Everyone is very kind throughout the entire store.

Called two days in advance before picking up my sons inhaler. Was told the medicine would be ready. Came today and was met by a woman named Rachel who claimed to be the manager and had the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. Had to get my wife on the phone to confirm that the person two days prior had said the medicine was ready. After Rachel was very unprofessional and rude to me I stepped to the side about 20 feet to speak to my wife about how we would be able to get the medication. Rachel came out of the side door from the pharmacy ease dropping on my call and interrupting it several times even after I told her she was being very rude she continued. I informed Rachel that I would be calling corporate about my experience, another female working in the pharmacy Laughed at me and i decided to just leave and have the medicine transferred to a different pharmacy all together. Piedmont is a small town and professionals should hold themselves to a higher standard however Rachel and the other employee working at the pharmacy today simply do not seem to care about being professional, customer service, or the people in the community. I’m have filed a complaint with the CVS corporate office, hopefully they will be able to address such issues and train these employees better.

They are usually pretty fast and since I use them regularly, they know me by now. The lady manager is very friendly and tries her best to make filling and picking up my medicine fast, easy and as cheap as they can.

Everytime I go in this store for a money order only 1 person can get it to work if it doesn't work maybe they should put a sign up what sad is i come in once a month to pay my rent with a money order the only place I know of in piedmont. If they would turn the money order machine on in the morning this wouldnt be a problem

Dear God! They gave me the wrong medication! Then when I told them they told me I would have to bring the. Medicine back for them to check! I called the corporate office! They did nothing and I never got my medicine or refund! Beware
