UPDATE: New merchandise arrives regularly. The store is filled to overflowing with items, but it is well organized. It's bigger on the inside! The variety and selection is plentiful, the store is clean and the staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Edit: They have added a Quick Load area with pavers, mulch, wood benches and tables and an expanded lawn and garden area. The inside is packed with seasonal merchandise! The staff has been wonderful, they listen to the customer explain their needs and then work to find a solution for their project. The inventory is bulging, almost off the shelves. They put in a large grill area. They have expanded the Benjamin Moore paint line, more to choose from!March 11, 2023. The Quick load area has a circle drive with an exit onto Cropwell Drive! More landscape items for yard needs. New Solar lights section. New grills and smokers too. Great people, quality items and the prices are in line with a local hardware store, very affordable without driving almost an hour round trip to the big box. Update: the lawn and garden section North of the building has been redone. The merchandise is refreshed weekly and the service is still personable, friendly and knowledgeable.Update: transitioning seasons means clearance prices and I am cashing in! The prices are better than employee discounts. Still plenty to browse and buy, with Stanley cups and rows of grills. Oh, and spud guns lol. Update November 2023. Same great staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Many changes in the store adding new products and fleshing out the ones they already stock. There is a great selection of paints, coatings, grills, knives and an added bonus, a clearance rack on the front porch!

You know I loved this Ace hardware. But when I bought a skill saw and bought the premixed gas for the skill saw it ruined my saw. They said it voided the warranty. Well it was their premixed gas. I thought things got somewhat resolved. But, as usual the customer is no longer right and the employees and management lie just to appease you, until you go to the store and expect the "25"% off next order or a free bag of black rifle coffee which was promised, which I got neither. As much as it pains me I will not shop their any longer. It's unfortunate when businesses like Ace hardware lie and lie again. What a shame. Oh and just found out by another repair shop that our COIL was bad on our skill chainsaw. We knew it. Not bad gas like they said. They did not want to cover the warranty.

I am painting my bathroom. Thomas has been the most helpful and knowledgeable employee. Upon his warm and welcoming greeting as I entered the store, he walked me through all the paint textures and undertones. (I thought I had done a thorough Google search. Boy was I wrong). Not only did he help me pick out the color that I wanted, he helped me pick out all the necessary tools that I needed. With employees like that, I will continue to patronize the store. I look for him every time I shop to get that personalized shopping experience. Thomas is such a valuable associate.

This is an awesome location and I definitely will be back multiple times. I actually just dropped in because I didn't want to go to one of the big box stores to pick up a piece I needed. What turned out to be just a run in the store and get what I needed was like a changed event I felt like a kid in a candy store. I was amazed at how everything I needed was in this one place and the service was above and beyond anything I could ever imagine. They not only had home repair stuff but have stuff to decorate your home with. Awesome awesome awesome can't wait to go back.

Went in to get 2 gallons of paint, the young guy asked what grade of paint I wanted and said Aura was top of the line and they had a medium grade also, I said I wanted the mid grade and he went to mix, At the check out the cost for EACH can was $75.00++. I told him I didn't want the top grade and he told the cashier he picked up the wrong cans. He went to get his supervisor which had NO customers service skills, the "supervisor" said that if I didn't buy the mixed cans he would not sell me any other paint!!! I said fine and left, so instead of him maybe remixing or reducing the price to mid grade and making a sale and having a satisfied customer, he choose to loose 100% of the sale and now had a dissatisfied repeat customer. I went 6 miles down the road to Webb and purchased the correct product. Ace and management handled poorly without consideration of the customer. Good luck selling the paint and loose again!
