Such a great place. A really nice addition to my home town. I'm glad my family uses the pharmacy here. They caught a mistake in my Grandma's prescription once that could have gone very bad. The people here are nice, and I also love the very cute gift shop that has many quality, hand-made items.

My regular pharmacy did not have the prescribed med nor did other pharmacies in the area. From each, all I heard was we don't have it. At Main Street, they, too, did not have it but took the time to get it straightened out and a substitute was filled. That is great customer service and they have earned future business from me.

Went healt for some allergy benedryl pills today and a new razor with additional refill blades. Thats when I noticed and was so delighted to hear that they would put me on the booked list of people wanting a covid shot from them. And just call me to notify me of my appointment time and day so I could come back for Covid shot when it was my turn. Watching all about these shots on the news, I really thought I would end up having to go to Walgreens or CVS for one. I just cleared last week that m9y pharmacy had the vials to vaccinate us too! From all my most trusted people to handle any and all of my monthly healthcare needs for the pat 6 years or more. Thats for helping recieve all of our heathcare needs from Main Street Pharmacy in Pell City. With your friendly and concerned attentiveness as always.

I have used this pharmacy since June never had a problem until now. I was told by the Pharmacist that my doctor had cancelled my prescriptions, so I contacted my doctor to learn that he did not that the pharmacist did. So I contacted the pharmacist again to learn that he did in fact cancel the prescription and would not be filling anymore prescriptions for me cause the only medications I am on are Percocet, klonopin and zanaflex and it makes them look bad. First off how can a pharmacist cancel a doctor's prescription? Second why am I being treated like I am doing something wrong? I get this medication every month and always by same doctor for a few years now. I was using J's pharmacy. So I am confused and frustrated. Thank you.

I have used them for almost a year to get my prescription filled and each month to begin with the prices were different each time. I am on disability and dont have insurance yet so at times i have to get partials on my monthly prescription untill i can get the rest filled. I have asked several times why there is such a price difference... Each month when i go i get looks as tho im a drug addict or something worse. I feal as tho because of the type meds im on i am treated as such. This month there was a 24 dollar jump in the priceing on what i take. I am now looking for another pharmacy to handle my monthly prescription due to the way they act every time i go. If a person chooses a certain type of meds to treat their condition doesnt make them a junky or addict. I choose the meds i get simply because i DO NOT want to take narcotics plain and simple.... I truely hope that others that use them don't get the same treatment i have gotten over the months. My money is the same as any red blood americans and only ask to be treated with respect i give that and deserve no less.

This is the best drugstore I have ever used. If you have an emergency they will open up for you at any time even after closing hours. The staff is so friendly and the pharmacist are wonderful

I love this pharmacy, we switched from a chain pharmacy to mainstreet, due to that hometown family feel, they care and you get to know them like family, my family wouldn't go anywhere else....and lacey is AWESOME.
