Kristy is fantastic grooming both our babies, she is patience & sweet plus they get to play with other dogs while there. Clean place & great pictures on windows & walls inside. Has car beds & other beds for dogs staying there. Family owned. Taking my 2 babies there every 4 weeks for full grooming. 💖🐾💖🐾

Miss Kristy is the best groomer we’ve ever had. She’s always so kind and does THE BEST job. We moved 5 hours away but if ever we are in the area, we make an appointment to see her bc no one else does as clean or precise of a groom as her.

If I could give more stars, I would. Kristy and her staff are absolute miracle workers! My fur babies love when it is their spa day and they get to spend the day at L La Pooche. Everything is always so clean and the staff is extremely friendly. If you are looking for a safe and friendly environment for your fur baby, then L La Pooche is perfect for you. Their grooming skills are absolutely top notch !

Kristy and her staff are the absolutely best groomers around. My Sampson gets so excited when he realizes that he is getting to go “play” with Mrs. Kristy! He loves to go and be pampered and see the other fur friends. She has never disappointed me. Her boarding facilities are top notch also. She always puts your fur friends needs upfront. One weekend we were away and she called and said he was the only one being boarded that particular night, could she take him home with her so he wasn’t lonely. Of course I said YES! Melted my heart that she loves her charges so much.

Milo and Molly have been going to Kristy for over six years. Milo has anxiety and needs special attention (loving), Kristy and her staff are very aware and take good care of him. And Molly, the lab, loves going there for doggie daycare and the occasional bath. They both always come home happy, tired and loved! Lastly, Kristy is the only one I let keep my pups overnight. She updates me by sending pictures and videos.

My baby girl perks up when she hears "let's go see Kristy". She LOVES her spa days. I don't think she even missed me the few times she's boarded there. Thanks to Kristy a posted picture showing how happy she was in her bed made me relax knowing she was happy, healthy and in good hands. I've had a few groomers, but none who went the extra mile to treat those babies special, every one of them! I highly recommend L'La Pooche for all your boarding, daycare and grooming needs...they just don't come any better!

My dog loves staying with her so much that I don’t feel the usual owner’s guilt over boarding, because I know he won’t even miss me - he’ll be having too much fun with her! I live in Birmingham but drive out of my way for their services because she and her whole team absolutely adore the dogs they care for and they work incredibly hard to ensure a five star experience for pet and owner.

I have a Maltese who is a senior dog and Ivy at L’La Pooche always does such a wonderful job with her! They’ve even given me recommendations on products that would help some of her issues! They even do photo shoots around the holidays. And since they are so great they book up fast so I recommend booking your next appointment when you pick them up!

Mom has a Shih Tzu that nobody seemed to be able to cut properly. Someone told me about L' La Pooche and about how good Kristy and Kelly are with the dogs and how professional their work is. Took Sweet Pea there and they were very nice and took the time to find out what I wanted. Went to pick her up a few hours later, and I knew she had found her salon! Now I tell her the night before that she's going to the salon in the morning, and when we get ready to leave, she tries to get in the car by herself! ALWAYS happy with her hair and she loves the women. Only place you need to go. Period.

Kristy has been taking care of my dogs for a few years. She does a wonderful job. So pretty when I pick them up. Clean, shiny coats, smells great, cute bows and bibs, perfect cut, perfect pups!! But the most important reason I love taking my fur babies to L’La Pooch is the love and care she gives to my babies!! My little one has arthritis and doesn’t like to be touched, but Kristy and her crew know how to lovingly handle my sweet pup. I am thankful to know they love on my pets just as I do❤️❤️

I am not happy with them! I dropped my Australian Shepard off at 8 am and she was not ready to be picked up until 4:30! I called them at 3 to ask if she was close to being done and they did not answer the phone. My husband came by when he got off work at 4 and she was not ready yet and they said I have not called yall yet. They called at 430 and said she is ready to be picked up and we close at 5. I said okay we are coming to get her. We live 20 min away from the shop and we got there at 5:05 and they had left for the day! I had to pay an 25$ boarding fee! And let's don't forget they were not friendly and actedlike they didn't know how to trim up an Aussie's hair. They made me very uncomfortable. They shaved her instead of trimming her edges off! At least she smells good!

I just love the owner! She is so patient with our girls. GiGi and Rosie doesn’t cry or act up. At other places, they cried and wouldn’t let go of me and really acted up. When I pick them up, she has a cute collar on them, they smell good and even though they have short hair, she has them trimmed. Give them a call! The price is very reasonable and they are reliable.

Kristy and her staff have a complete love for animals. They treat them all like tiny humans. Our Chihuahua - Lucy and Maltipoo - Henry love when they go there. We always board them for vacations and trips. They don’t even want to come home. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

My Chi stayed 5 nights here! They took such good care of him. He even got a bath & his blanket was washed!!! Highly recommend & will use again. Also, the facility smelled very nice, was very clean, & the staff was friendly.
