This place is HORRIBLE!! Took my little baby to them and told them Do Not shave her just trim. They shaved her so bad that they burnt her skin! She had beautiful pink skin before and they shaved her so close that they actually burnt her skin. She is still traumatized. Her skin is still peeling the burnt scabs off. I was reluctant to leave her and now I know why. I will NEVER take her to this BUTCHER SHOP again. I'm sure she had been crying 😢 My poor baby girl.This photo is 4 weeks after they burnt her skin. It's pretty pathetic 😡

Based on recommendation, I took my dog, Winston, to Jazz'm Up Pet Salon. Theresa (owner) was super nice and everyone I saw either said hello or waved. I picked Winston up a few hours later, he's safe, happy and looked cute as can be. Reasonably priced too. They stay busy so definitely make an appointment a week in advance.

Crystal always does a great job on our Maltipoo! Crystal listens and does exactly how you ask her to do it. All of the staff is very friendly. Lucy loves going here because she can run around and play with the other pups that are waiting to get their hair done also.

Teeny Tiny hates to have her nails trimmed! The ladies here were gentle but thorough, and the price was fair. I will go there again. It is clean and professional.

This little guy was found covered in fleas and absolutely filthy. The ladies at Jazz'em Up gave him a much needed bath, hair cut, and flea medicine. He was so happy and dove into the toy bin for some play time.

I absolutely love this place! Crystal the owner is such a blessing to our family. We have an old dog who’s nails are very hard to trim but she is the only one who will do them! My vet wanted to put her to sleep.

I have a Tiny teacup Chichuahua, and he's HARD to cut his nails!!! But they took him in their arms and immediately began! He was so excited to see the other dogs, and they only charged me 5 dollars!!!! I gave them 10. HIGHLY recommend them!!💞

Love this groomer. We bring our 3 girls here every 2 weeks for baths and it makes a huge difference in the amount of hair in the house. They do a great job.

If you have a dog I highly recommend this business for all of your furry friends grooming needs! Took my Pitbull Roscoe this morning and it was his first time at the groomer. They took such good care of him and he looks and smells great!

We have taken our Golden Retriever here probably seven or eight times in the past two years and would recommend everyone to try them out. It has been a perfect experience until our last one. We dropped him off in the morning as always, to pick him up after work. When we went to get him, he wasn't ready yet, which is fine as they know this and probably did other dogs who needed to be picked up sooner. However, it seems they may have forgotten about him and rushed him. We have always done the same thing: hair cut, nails trimmed, paws trimmed, and a bath. It almost seemed like he only got a bath. We ended up cutting his nails ourselves and his fur looks the same. I truly think they just forgot about him and they seemed very busy that day so I will give them the benefit of the doubt as we have had great experiences prior.

I bought a miniature schnauzer from a dog breeder in Atlanta and he was not clean! My husband and I often go to Pell city to eat at the Mexican restaurant so that was the first place I thought of when we were in route coming home. After calling a few salons Miss crystal was the only one who picked up. I explained to her my frustration of how my puppy looked and smelled and said bring your baby on!! She’s a rockstar and made our precious baby looks so handsome! Pell City is abt 2hrs from my house but We will definitely be back!!!

They took our dog at a moment notice which I'm highly grateful. They did a good job on her. What I'm surprised at they didn't have a a signed release on taken the dog on a group play period with other dogs.some dogs are not friendly and they would responsabilive with injuries if any thing occurred

The first trip was perfect. Every thing was precise. Excellent job. 2nd eas very amateurish . I did not notice until I got home as it was raining very hard. I called and told them I was not pleased with cut. They said return and we will fix it. The fix did not work but to get out I said it was fine. So mixed results.

She didnt file my dogs nails and would not do it and did not trim her underside and bottom area right. I had finish trimming my dog and file her nails. For forty-five dollars they are not worth it.
