One of the best dollar general around! The shelves are always stocked whenever I am there! The cashier are always friendly and welcoming! It's worth the drive 😜

Unfortunately, every DG I've gone to in the last year is often out of products I use, the Digital Coupons seldom work anymore, & you often get overcharged. In other words, check your receipt. You'll see that shelf prices are lower than receipt shows. When I've complained, I'm told, "Oh, we just haven't been able to change the prices yet." It's been a year already!!!

Keeping aisles less crowded. Not keeping dairy products stocked. Stopped carying my preferred wine so having to go other places so I usually pick up other items I need at other stores. I used to go about 3 times a week but now only go about once every other week.

Friendly service from the cashier. His name was Timothy and he helped answer every question with a smile on his face. It's hard to find great help like that anymore.Wish there were more friendly, smiling faces eager to go above and beyond in retail and the customer service area.He deserves a plaque or a raise.

Very kind and helped me find an item even though they there was a lot of customers. I had waited but in line. They helped when i had been there longer than the next customer in line. But that customer knew i had been waiting and I'm sure was grateful because they knew it could've been them. That's what i believe. Whenever there's kindness people will take notice. Especially in this day and time. God bless America

the shelves were so Barren it looked like we were having some type of weather emergency. LOL no milk no sugar none of the basic necessities that are usually there. Also the cashiers couldn't take the 50% off of an item that was on sale they did not know how or didn't have the rank to do it which is just silly. usually I would give it five stars but today was just an off day

Check out is slow. Store stock out-of-reach often at peak shopping hours & weekends. It would be nice if store was bigger but add more help, definitely. Employees friendly always & helpful.

This place is very convenient. Staff is friendly and heloful. It is always well stocked. I would much rather make the quick run to this place and spend a little more rather than having to drive further and fight the crowd at the local Wal Mart.Was so happy to see this little community get this store it was much needed. They tend to stay open later than some of the other DG do and so in the area in which it is in that saves people the much dreaded trip to Wal mart.

Love the convenience of the store but they have begun to be as bad as wal mart with not having even the simplest of items in stock such as peroxide orajel or tums. They seem to have plenty of stock and no one to put it on the shelves as there is always carts of stock up and down the aisles of the store even making it difficult to shop the items on the shelves for them being blocked with the unstocked merchandise.

Always have a love hate relationship with dollar general .Th customer in front of me didnt know how to use the coupons and app. THE girl working the cashier was trying to be helpful but was confusing the customer even more ...I gave her the quick minute tutorial she saved a good bit of cash and was happy and 3 customers and the cashier all had a good laugh ...Anytime I leave anyplace after dealing with the public or the workers if they have made me smile then they have helped to make my day better and spread a smile ..one smile leads to another and another and another One Frown , can ruin the entire day .......SMILE ......AND MAKE PEOPLE SMILE WITH YOU !!!!

The staff is helpful and always kind. But it's completely evident all DG stores are understaffed. The merchandise is never all put on shelves. And the employees are kind but exhausted. Pay raises for all and triple the number of stock staff, cashier staff, display placement staff, assistant managers and head management.I am not a past or present employee at DG or related to a staff member or friends with anyone employed by DG. It's common sense. I hope I never have to be employed at DG. and yes I did Google the work load, conditions and overworked employees.

Dollar General is my favorite place to shop. The employees are friendly, the parking lot is never crowded because you can be in and out within minutes. They have a little bit of everything and I can always find what I need.

Wait time for checkout is long when waiting on a cashier. Store is unorganized and at times shelfs are almost empty in good section. Some employees have attitudes about checking the items you are purchasing that's says 50 percent off

The people are friendly. But they are always out of stuff. And there is always stuff in the way. Boxes step stools. And they get mad when u get cash back. Its so close to my home but its really frustrating when you go to get something they are out. I mean water, food, cat litter, cigarettes, milk, medicine, laundry detergent! That's just in the last 2 weeks. They also do not sell hair products for ethnic hair. When I asked about they told me they was getting some. Never happened so i asked again and they said they have no need for it. Smh!

The service and customer service was wonderful. I love this store #13152. Everyone there is always working and always very nice. If I had a complaint it would be that it is hot in the store. Something needs to be done about the air conditioning.

The Ragland store is always full of stocking carts that you cannot maneuver around without asking employees to move it. (When you can catch an employee). I hate this bc this is our hometown store and i do not wish to go out of yown for my basic needs. There are complaints on social media weekly and seems even when corporate is contacted, nothing changes. Please help our store!!

It's a super convenient place to pick up a quick couple of items and is the only store within miles of my home that is open until 10:00 p.m. I am thankful to have them in the neighborhood.

U cant find anything in this store. Nothing is ever put up. Never have any stock to out,and the parking lot looks trashy. I will drive to another store before I go back in there.

Store is always low on merchandise. The lines are always long. In my opinion, this particular store is always understaffed. The workers are always friendly but that's about the only good part.

The store was nasty from the floors to the checkout counter the credit card machine not to mention the terribly trashy parking lot. I will not shop at this Dollar a general again. I dont usually give bad reviews but this store was just dirty and very unorganized.

Crowded, messy, over stocked but can't get to shelves. Takes forever and ever to check out... ALL of the Dollar General stores arenthe same way. The restrooms are horrible; filthy and only one in use!!

Dollar General has a serious issue. They are putting too much emphasis on building stores, and not maintaining the ones they currently have. They are poorly stocked, and they do not ever have anyone at the register when you need to purchase something. While I still visit Dollar Generals, I'm finding that it's not my first choice if I can avoid them here lately.

Just got back from DG....man I love shopping here. All needed items in one place and not a lot of people crowding the store and as always the employees are very nice to all!
