Once again, rudeness continuously seeps from this store. I called in to get a prescription that was on hold filled. After going through the lengthy process of press one or two, I wait and wait until a very rude human answers. I’m trying to ask her why I can’t use the app when a prescription is on hold and she becomes angry and hangs up on me. I have to find another pharmacy!!!! This is ridiculous. All the reviews are the same. Horrible.

When I put in for a refill request, I expect that refill to be filled THAT day, especially when I put in the request HOURS before closing time...5 hours to be exact. If I wanted my refills the next day, I would have put in the refill request the next day but I didn't. When I call hours before closing and specifically ask to have the meds filled that day and you tell me no without any reason or explanation...that is rude customer service. There was no reason why I had to wait a whole damn day to have my meds filled! After my refills are out, my next renewal will be with a mom and pop pharmacy. I hate big chain pharmacies so much!

This morning is the third time the pharmacy was not open when they were scheduled to be open. Saturday hours are open at 9am.55 minutes later and no pharmacist! Not to mention they can’t keep my Rx in stock than a refill every 30 days. The Rx took 8 days to get last month. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great pharmacy and great for quick trips when you need a gift as well. I love the pharmacy online service. They send me reminders when I am due for refills, send me text when my meds are ready and will even call my doctor for me if I should happen to run out of refills between office visits.

The store is arranged well and it is easy to find things. The cashiers are very friendly. The pharmacy checkout had a line with several people waiting. There was only one register open which is ridiculous considering how busy CVS's pharmacy always is. It would be considerate of their customers's time to have both registers open in the pharmacy.

Made me waste time showing up for a scheduled shot and waiting in line to then find out they didn’t have any. Could have called or prevented the appointment.
