They are a joke!! I called yesterday to see if they have a medicine in stock to get my prescription filled there and her exact words to me were "are you a customer of ours?" I said no (mind you I am needing to find a local pharmacy and wanted to use them) and she said "then no we don't have any for you." What the heck? I didn't know CVS was an "exclusive" pharmacy....I guess I am not what they desire in customers. SMH I will definitely not be shopping there...so CVS you don't have worry about me trying to become a customer of yours....your reputation is still intake.

I have used CVS all over the United States and I hate to say they have the worst customer service. I really wish I didn’t have to give them any stars because the service gets worse every time I use them. I realize that in this day in time to find people to work that has interpersonal skills and respect is very difficult but then you speak to the pharmacy manager and he is just as rude something needs to happen. My prescription was called in two days ago. It was not ready and will not be ready until tomorrow even though I attempted to explain I was going out of town for the holiday. He rudely said it will not be ready until “ at the earliest 8:30” in the morning. I can’t transfer the prescription so I am stuck. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!

This pharmacy is a complete joke. My wife has had 3 different cancers, 2 hip replacements, a leg amputation along with a laundry list of other medical issues so I’ve been making pharmacy trips several times a week for over 10 years. We just recently transferred her prescriptions to this location because it’s closer to my work and easier to get her meds since they now close at the same time I do. We were HOPING transferring them here would make our lives at least a little less difficult, we were wrong. Every time I’ve closed the shop to run and get her prescriptions it’s always been something. Either they are wasting time chatting with a customer about non medical stuff for 10-15 minutes while a line forms, or they won’t prioritize helping a customer who just needs to pick up over sorting prescriptions for customers who aren’t there or entering data for customers that aren’t there. OR they are just off to the side talking. We NEVER had these issues at the Moody CVS.

Great pharmacy from top to bottom from management from picking up a refill. The team at Pell City is over all amazing and anyone in a white coat is even better! So professional and all over understanding... With questions and concerns come answers and nice hints to make sure you’re getting the care you need from which they so amply apply to their customers. I being one of them. I recommend this place as a store as a pharmacy, even more so! Glad to have dealt with them thus far!

Dropped off a prescription last night and she said it would be ready in the morning. Came by this evening and they said they didn't have anything for us. Explained we came last night and she got our information again and then she stated it would be ready in another 20 minutes. So where did it go? No apology for the inconvenience or anything.

I called because my son had an appointment for the covid vaccine at 9am. They never once called me to say his insurance didn't cover and proceeded to say 18 was the age restriction when that's NOT true. The rudeness of the Pharmacy Manager and the tech was VERY unprofessional!!!

This cvs always makes me smile, one Halloween there was a worker dressed up, smiling, being kind, giving out candy to kids, teens, and adults! I thought to myself “she could be anywhere on Halloween, sleeping, spending time with her family, hanging out with her friends, trick or treating, but she’s here being positive and impacting others!” She inspires me so much! Workers are spectacular! 100% recommend!

The pharmacy department are the rudest individuals I have ever had dealings with. Need scrip filled fairly fast but person behind counter said it would be over an hour. Would not make exception and my wife had just had oral surgery and needed for pain. Actually threw scrip at me and informed me I could go have it filled at another pharmacy. So much for customer service.

I would give zero stars if it was available the pharmacist is rude you call up there and they claim your stuff is right but when you get up there it’s not and you get a run around it might take a week to get something straightened out if your lucky save your time and sanity and go to Walmart

I hurry up to get there before they took lunch. I was there to pick up medicine at 10:00 am. It TOOK them THREE Hours to get me 15 pills.. Please be aware that they don't care about you walking around the Store for 3 hours. No problem there. ( Warning ) they take there time for SURE !

Horrible! Lauren is so rude and nasty to people that are brown. She plays the “Your yelling at me”! “Omg! To hang up in your face. Had her on Bluetooth in my car. Two other nurses could hear the conversation. She was never yelled at and hung up the phone! Why? Because I asked to speak to the pharmacist. Who by the way didn’t care what had just happened. Made sure she didn’t say a word. Shame on CVS!!! My father could not receive his procedure that he really needed. I’m a medical traveler I could never treat someone’s health care like it’s not my own. CVS is not the hospital, but they are apart of the health care team. Pharmacy plays a vital role in health care. Standards are everything.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a pharmacy. CVS across the board has gotten lazy and is lacking in so many ways. I personally watched them answer the phone and continuously put patients on hold only to stand and talk to one another while counting. Two technicians and a pharmacist ran their mouths while the phone echoed “1 pharmacy call” over and over while they laughed and talked about their day, only to answer and ask the customer to hold until the phone started echoing “one pharmacy call” again and again. While a third was inputting RX into the computer at drop off. I watched them tell a customer in the drive through to hold while they pulled her RX only to stand and talk more.Coming from surgery I was told that the wait for my RX it would be 2 hours minimum. We all know there is NO 2 hour wait for a “waiter” as Cvs calls them. I’ve never called this particular location and not been placed on hold less than 10 minutes. I now know why. CVS does not seem to care about the quality service they give like they once did. They do not appear to be understaffed, they appear to have a lazy work ethic and VERY poor bedside manner. In my opinion they need to clean house bc I wasn’t aware that the Caremark brand was willing to be represented in this manner.

Wait time has gotten ridiculous. Then tell you to come back. I come back then tell me they don't have enough to fill my prescription. It seems they lack communication or are under staffed not sure. But I use to love them it now seems like a circus everytime I go now. So will be moving pharmacy.

The lady inside the pharmacy that stands at the drop off point is very rude. She always seems to busy to take another customer and when she does take one, ask if she can help as if she is bothered. Very poor attitude for someone to have that interacts with the public for a living. I called in to have a script transferred and refilled this morning and she sounded annoyed that she had to do her job. I'm sorry if you don't like what you do, then find a new job or don't work with the public.

The store is usually well stocked, but prices are high. The pharmacy is absolutely too busy. The line for the pharmacy outside wraps around the building and there are two lines inside 4 and 5 people deep. I switched pharmacies.
