They were very nice and the manger that was on duty on 2/20/24 around 5pm was Super Sweet to me. This was my second time because me and my husband went just before Christmas and I bragged how nice they were that I will take my business back there. Glad I discovered this place. Amazing service and staff and they had everything you could ever need at a pet store and then some. My wife and I have two cats and a parrot and the three babies are VERY satisfied as well.

Pelham was wonderful. The girl that help us with the right dog food for my 3 dogs was great. She was informed and helpful. I will not go anywhere else to buy dog food. They won our business!!! Thank you!!!

I highly recommend this pet store. Their employees are knowledgeable and kind. They love my dog and treat him like royalty every time we walk in. They even go to the trouble to open new bags of treats that do not contain chicken since he is allergic to chicken. They do this so he can still get a treat. I also recommend this place for bathing. They just did an awesome remodel. This remodel of the bath area made it a lot easier and smoother. This was the easiest and smoothest bath I’ve ever given my dog.

They never have Frontline plus for cats despite have the cards on the aisle to bring to the cashier. I'm just gunna start getting it on amazon. It's cheaper anyways. And there's an elderly gentleman cashier that's started working there. You better not be in a hurry if he's manning the register.Edit: I will not be calling anyone to discuss anything. I put all my concerns in the review.

The door had great aisle spaces and it is a very relaxing place.They have a lot of great options and great prices.The cashier's are nice.Make sure to join their pet program and create an account. You will need to check your points every so often. Cash in your points for more savings when you earn enough.It is never too busy and it is quite peaceful when shopping after 4 p.m.

We come in here weekly. We have a dog, leopard gecko, guinea pigs, and rabbits. I have noticed in the last few months that prices are not labeled correctly. The price at the cash register for various items has consistently been higher than what’s listed on the shelves. (Regular priced items, not sale items).

We came in with our newly rescued German Shepard on Tuesday Sept 6. The 2 ladies working were absolutely amazing! The most knowledgeable pet store employees I've ever met. They were so kind and helpful. They didn't judge me because he is severely under weight, I'm trying to get him healthy, he was found in the wild. This will be our new 1st stop for our boys pet needs, due to these 2 amazing ladies!! I highly recommend.

PSP has the friendliest staff ever and oh so helpful. I just love this place. I'm going to try to take my dog tomorrow since she has chewed 3 leashes I bought from a different retailer into. I guess the next leash will have to be metal or something she won't want to chew. I'm also in the market for a harness for her. I mean look at those eyes!!

They sell pet supplies. But make damn sure you check your receipts. The price tags may be marked down, but the system may not reflect that. Apprently they under staffed and cant be bothered to correct this.

Staff is always helpful and polite. They have everything I need so only 1 trip needed. I love tbat they send out gifts on birthdays for your pets. I also love the reward points to get extra $$$ off of your purchase and buy 10 bags of food get 11th free. Whenever I use curbside service if I have the babies they bring treats out to them. I'd HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent service from really awesome staff. They adopted masking early and have been reliable. They offer curbside service where you don't have to come in at all, curbside/online pickup where you have a separate checkout to help keep from waiting in line, or regular checkout but with precautions. Products are fresh, quality, and well priced. This is IMHO the best pet supply in the area. ♡ I have never had a bad experience here.

Honestly I use this place and their "smart" competitor quite a bit. Pet supplies though has become my more frequent visit for several reasons. Firstly, they usually actually have stuff in stock that I need. Second I haven't ever had to wait in a line 5 people long like their competition. I appreciate that the staff is willing to spend a little time with you to find what you need as well.

Wonderful shopping experience! I am a stickler for great customer service and I found it at your Pelham store. The associate who assisted me had excellent product knowledge. My picky cats were very pleased with the choice of cat food that I brought home! If my cats are satisfied then I am am ecstatic!!

Great location and great selection of products. There’s only a few places that sell the brand of food I feed my American Akita. And I am thankful I found it here. I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years and with the new additions to this location it’s great. I use the self service Bathing station and it is awesome to have a place locally that I can use on my own. My Akita doesn’t want anyone else to touch him…. lolThe multi bath card is a great value and saves me money. The bath area is clean and has shampoo, towels, aprons and blower to dry our babies after baths. I highly recommend pet supplies plus. Even when in other states I still shop at this chain. The others are good also, but they don’t sale the high quality brand I feed him…I also am a rewards member and the 30% off coupons are awesome !!!!
