Our dog Beau attends daycare here and he spends the night in boarding when we go out of town. Not only does he have a fabulous time during every visit, he LOVES all the staff. Everyone at Camp Scotty is kind and friendly but, most of all, they love and treat our dog like their own.

This place was OK. I had no other choice. The building is run down and it didn't give me a super good vibe. It felt like a puppy mill. They said they would walk my dog every 3 hours and I am convinced they didn't walk him at all, or at least it not every 3 hours. It had to be more than 8 hours. I have a standard poodle and he can hold his pee for more than 6 hours and his bed was completely soaked in pee, it had two different pee spots. This was just a secure place with a roof to leave my dog. Not very pleasant.

Been coming here for years and my dog loves it. I’ve used day care and boarding services (including long term) with no issues. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The new renovations and expansion were a great upgrade to the facilities.

I will never use camp Scotty again!! My boy Duke was there for 5 days, when I picked him up I was told he had an accident on his bed,, he doesn’t have accidents, so I left without his bed and the 17 lb bag of food he went with, the boy can eat but between both my dogs they don’t eat that much in 5 days,, we had to bathe him as soon as we got home because he had poop and pee on him, that’s not ok!!!!!

I haven't had my dog in daycare yet but I am taking the obedience class and the leader is so good. He knows his stuff from beginner training to advanced. I would highly recommend it. My neighbor told me about camp Scotty because her dog attends 2-3 times a week and she also boards her dog when traveling

SELF-SERVE DOG BATH - Wonderful experience; and, so worth the $10 I spent to have that quality time with my best friend. The wash basins are the right height (no leaning over and killing your back), water, soap and deodorizer provided. It was Diesel's first experience, the attendant helped me get him into the basin, and once the warm water hit him, he thoroughly enjoyed it.

I am a dog sitter and transporter, and a regular client of mine attends Camp Scotty multiple times a week. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and every pup I see come in and out of there always looks so happy.

I can’t say enough good things about Camp Scotty! My pittie has really bad anxiety and has never stayed with anyone other than my mom until now! Steve eased my mind so much and gave me updates on him every time I called (which was A LOT) and the cameras in his kennel allow me to see him whenever I want! These people really care about your dogs and take GREAT care of them! We will definitely be doing doggie daycare and boarding with them again! ♥️

It was our first grooming visit for our 10 year old toy poodle at Camp Scotty and they only charged me $25 as a first time customer! We are also interested in their obidence training packages for our new Irish Wolfhound puppy, too. Great place, clean, friendly staff and the groomer did a wonderful job.

Wow. They can’t give you a price on how much a bath will cost and they will only give you a price after you bring them in and they have given them a bath then they will tell you how much it cost after they bath them. His reason was they need to see the dogs first. So I said don’t worry about it I will just bring them in one day at my earliest to get a quote in person. He then calls me back and says I can’t bring them without booking an appointment to have them bathed. On top of that they don’t even have a groomer at the moment. No wonder I wouldn’t want to work with a bunch of Clowns 🤡 either. That makes zero sense and sounds shady as you know what.So they can just make up some crazy price potentially and you would have to pay to get your dogs. What a weird business. Not sure what happened I used to take my previous dog who passed way there years ago and had no issues.Next.

Normally not one to leave poor reviews but I can’t let this one slide. The first two issues were irritating but I tried to let them go given it was a busy holiday weekend. They lost his blanket I brought with my dog, and I also had to wait 15+ minutes for them to go to the back and retrieve my dog, and I was the only one in the lobby. Nonetheless I tried to overlook these issues. But when I got my dog, it became unacceptable. He had mud and dirt on his face and back legs. Poop smeared on his butt. Something yellow, presumably piss on his rear leg. And an open sore on his elbow that was not there when I dropped him off. Small things I can overlook and chalk up to a busy holiday weekend but leaving my dog covered in dirt, poop. and pee just doesn’t sit well with me. For $40 a night I expect my dog to at least come home as clean as he came in and without an open sore. I called to ask about the sore and the phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. Will not be trusting them with my dog again.

Camp Scotty is awesome! My dog Frankie loves to visit for daycare and boarding. Their selfbath stations are so easy to use. But most of all they have a friendly staff.

I have used them off and on for boarding, dog washing and some doggy daycare over the years. However, I recently lost my 13 year old lab mix, who they always took great of. I was devastated yet concerned about 1 year old German Shepherd puppy and how she would cope with the loss. Doggy daycare has been such a blessing - my puppy has adjusted well and the staff treat my puppy like their own. I very much appreciate Steven and the staff (especially Parker) and the great service they provide.

Camp Scotty is fantastic! Our pup is over the moon when he realizes he gets to spend the day at daycare, and comes home exhausted every time. The staff is phenomenal and cares for every dog like they are their own, and they have on-site cameras so you can check in on your furbaby at any time. They have fantastic pricing and packages for daycare, and they can take care of any grooming needs as well! Hands down our favorite daycare (and our dog's favorite too!).

I just had my second bad experience with this company. The first time we boarded our Great Dane and they lost a full box of treats we asked them to give to our dog 1 per day and when they brought him out to us on the last day he was bleeding from a cut near his eye. I pointed it out and they told me that it couldn't have been from their cages and he must have just scratched it.We decided to bring him back to do a self bath due to the fact he is too large to bathe at home easily and the other place we normally bring our dog was remodeling. When I tried to put the collar they provide to clip him in the bath on my dog he started bleeding. The collar had a cut in the wire and caused a small laceration on his chin and ear. I immediately took the collar off and bathed him without it. I let the woman at the desk know about it and she handed me some paper towels to apply to his ear. I informed her that it was the collar they provided and asked her to remove it so that another dog would not have to go through the same experience. She did end up removing the collar but did not seem like she was concerned. I will not bring my dog back a third time for any reason as it is apparent they do not care about the safety of their facility. I would recommend caution for others as well. I normally do not write negative reviews but when a person or pets safety is in jeopardy I feel the experience warrants being shared.

Camp Scotty is my favorite place to take my dogs! I take them every few weeks for a bath and Camp Scotty never disappoints. The tubs make it so much easier to bathe my dogs and it is very clean in there! The employees are all so kind!!

We love camp Scotty! Our dog Rupert gets so excited when we arrive, and the owner/staff treat him like he’s their own. It’s wonderful to have a place our dog enjoys when we need to board him, the peace of mind is priceless. Would recommend Camp Scotty’s doggy day care/boarding to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Camp Scotty! I use their boarding and grooming services for my dog, Buddy. He is not dog friendly, but gets just as much attention and comes home exhausted! The staff is very friendly & always happy to answer any questions, provide advice, etc. They know him by name (which might be a bad thing ;) ) but I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

My wife and I took our dog to Camp Scotty recently after using the same kennel for the last couple of years. I was so impressed with their dog boarding facility. They have a huge back yard where the dogs can play, and a nice size indoor area for them to roam. Steven was super friendly, and you can tell he loves taking care of your pet. Great place

We loved the experience. Clean. Wonderful tools and a great selection of soap and conditioner. They even have ear cleaner! They trimmed our dog's nails (for a small extra fee). It was inexpensive, friendly and clean.

We love these guys. They know our dog Jake and treat him like part of the family. More importantly, he knows and loves them and gets so excited when he figures out that we are taking him to Camp Scotty for the day or the weekend. The staff is very friendly and flexible to our needs, and the owner Steve runs a well maintained and very clean outfit there.Take your dog there and let him/her tell you about the experience. That's the truest test!

I took my dog there so I could give him a bath myself. They have everything I needed and I was able to leave the mess there! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!!

The girl who was closing was EXTREMELY racist and rude to me and my boyfriend. I called about thirty minutes prior to their closing to see if I could wash my dog and there was no problem... until we got there. She doesn’t greet us as we come in but instead actually ignores us. We clean our dog with no issues and upon getting ready to leave, I thank her for letting us stay 10 minutes after they were set to close. She doesn’t respond and then gives me a price that’s $4 higher than the normal price for a do-it-yourself bath. I asked her did they raise their price and she informed me that “for every minute past this time, it’s a dollar per minute.” It’s crazy because she didn’t think to let us know this beforehand or warn us of them closing or anything. But I didn’t hear her charge anyone else an “extra amount” for staying past 7pm, except for my boyfriend and I, who are clearly African American. Oh, and not to mention the receipt paper “ran out” when I asked for MY receipt. Convenient. She ignored our “have a good night’s” and seemed pretty disgusted with us just for being there. All in all, it was a bad experience and they clearly do not welcome ALL races of people so I will NOT be returning to Camp Scotty.UPDATE:The owner called almost immediately the morning after this review was posted to apologize on the employee’s behalf and offer us a free bath and our money back. VERY pleased with how he handled and corrected the situation.

Our first visit to Camp Scotty. We brought our two dogs for grooming. We are always a bit anxious taking them to a groomer for the first time.Needless to say our fears were unfounded. We LOVE how they look! The groomer did a fantastic job!We took a tour of the location and were very impressed with the facilities. Everything was clean and you could tell all the staff loves the dogs.We will be taking our "babies" there for the foreseeable future.
