3 of us stood in line at 10 minutes until 11:00 and was told unless we have cash we had to leave our items. I have worked in these type stores for 35 years and know that you have to have a register open until the time to close regardless what you are paying with. This is the third time this has happened. Unless you are going to close before the time you have posted, something needs to be done about this.

Okay place to shop but bout a horrible place to work. The managers cut your hours so their bonuses are bigger and when u bring it up to them they try and talk to you like your below them wouldn’t recommend working here. Me myself I’m looking for a better company and better environment

This place just keeps getting worse. You can't get through regular checkout, without waiting for an hour. So I have to use the self checkout. Using self checkout, it stops ringing me up. The machine says I have to wait for an employee. I wait several minutes, only to find out that it plays a replay of a supposed missed scan. I was spending hundreds, but it thought I was trying to steal a $5 bottle of A1? I detest walking into this place more, and more, with each visit.

Can only edit an order three hours before pickup. They start removing items they said were available two hours before pickup. They can't figure out how to put two cans of chickpeas in a bag in under two hours. Why even offer pickup if you can't perform the service?Edit: After picking up there were items I paid for missing.

I live close to Troy, but I drive the distance to this Walmart. The store is cleaner, has great produce, and workers are friendly.

Won't ever go back to the Ozark location. Team lead was very rude from the start of our interaction and was not helpful at all. Went to the Enterprise location right after and had friendly service with no problems.

Stood there for THIRTY MINUTES trying to get someone to open the perfume case. none of the workers had the key or could find someone who did. so i just left this is the worse walmart around here

For the last few times that I have visited here (w/exception to 1), there was no Pure Life water out on display. However, my compliment is that, each time, I stopped a male associate to assist me; each was always respectful & courteous. Sometimes completed what they were doing, sometimes not, but returned to assist; by checking to fine water in the stock area, then filled my cart with whatever number, I requested. Therefore, I give a 4 star rating for good customer service...would have been 5, if water had been available w/o assistance. Thanks.

What a joke for a Walmart. Obviously it is a Walmart but the selection is zero unless you enjoy unhealthy food. You cannot request any items to be stocked as the manager does not care. Filthy place. Gas pumps are always out of order with no receipts. This store has no redeeming value at all. It should be shut down

I'm pretty much here at least 3 days a week. Not to mention using the Grocery Pickup APP that is used once a week. I can do all my shopping from home and select a time that fits my schedule and it's done. You will get a notification of any items that may not be in stock with an item that is a compromise to the one you chose. If you don't want it you can dismiss the substitute and your billing is updated. I've been using the APP for over a year and it's been 100% correct every time. Plus you can build up a cart so you can make your next weekly grocery order much quicker.

Needs better selection of firearms along with cheaper ammo prices. Needs a display case similar to one at Crestview Walmart that lets you get up close and look at guns without having to hunt down an employee.

The pharmacy is led by a bunch of millennials that play with their phone all day. They Don't pick up the phone if you call the store, you can't get them to pick the phone up in a timely fashion. They are protected by a child manager That can't look at a camera and see his employer playing around in the pharmacy that allows them to call Patrons. Drug addicts even though their prescription was called in by a doctor Legally with all the information needed.Because the prescription was out of state, the millennial pharmacist was too lazy to pick up the phone after having the prescription 4hour And the doctor leaving a message twice. He finds his way to call me after 7 days. To deal with this issue and blames the patron. And says his employee would never do that. As for the manager, hes too busy standing Around looking self-important to do anything about the rudeness of his employees nor the insinuation of calling his patrons drug addicts. And the district manager is no help seeing how she. Let's her employees do whatever they wait's because she's too weak to do her job.

Everything I needed was easy to find. The store wasn't crowded, it was clean, and the shelves were stocked for everything I needed. I chose to go through self check out, which there were plenty of open stations to do with no wait time.

Despite a plethora of hard workers in the auto center, not long ago we had the unfortunate experience with a "technician" named Colt. He seemed very unsure of how to actually do his job. While not outwardly rude, he was not what we would call "helpful". We ended up making the smart choice and went somewhere else. Hopefully no one else has such a negative experience. We are not native to Ozark, so, luckily we won't be in this position again.

The store was clean. Employees were friendly. The only problem is they hang the clear produce bags up to high I had to help 2 people in a matter of minutes to reach them. They should be lowered for wheelchair bound individuals.

Kay, the girl in customer service, is rude for no reason. Along with another girl, I felt like I was being teamed up on. There are way easier ways to get things done besides yelling embarrassing accusations. Kay was wrong 3 times and yelling like I was making a run for it. So the more wrong she was with her accusations the more hostile she became. Nobody told me I wasn’t allowed to take the TV out myself and it seemed easier than waiting for even longer for someone. I mean I did pay for it. Home Depot doesn’t require employees to carry out expensive merchandise. And yet Not a single apology. She had the two guys that brought the tv out barely put it in my car and said good luck, while another guy said you’re going to have to ride with the trunk open. I didn’t have to ride with the trunk open, The TV did fit. They would know that if she wasn’t intentionally being rude.I’m afraid to know how many days she’s ruined for others with that attitude. Clearly she’s not listening to what the cashiers say either. I went to my car to move the car seats to be courteous to whoever helped bring it out so they weren’t waiting. She said the cashier said it wasn’t paid for and I had to go to the car to get a card to pay for it. Clearly the cashier didn’t say that because I gave her the cash for it. So So Wrong because I paid cash. And even still…. No apology. Please don’t treat customers like this. There are So many better ways to get things done other than yelling “she’s stealing” in front of everyone.

I like Walmart but they have gone down hill since they installed self checkout. Prices haven't e gone UP. Service is non-existent and if you try to return an item there is a black, assistant female manager who is God awful. You may as well toss the item in the garage than return it.
