Bought my second pair of Ridgecut boots here. The price is extremely affordable and they can take the abuse of everyday wear of plumbing and electrical work. The employees are all helpful and friendly.

Zero stars, Poor return service. They would not honor an exchange on a purchased with an extended warranty. I was treated like I was cheating this company somehow. wont shop with them anymore.

Employee was outside the front entrance sucking on a cigarette. Shouldn't be done near front entrance because that smoke can come inside the store and many people are allergic. Employees should go out back to smoke. In addition, since he wasn't officially in a break (was putting up a shopping cart), he threw his cigarette butt over into the front of the store on the ground.

This is our go to place when we need anything for our animals and/or garden! They always have what we need, the staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are fair, and this location isn’t overwhelmingly crowded like the one in Enterprise!

was to busy talking to the woman behind me in line to even push the total button so I could pay. They are rude everytime my husband and I come in. If you dont look like their main demographic you wont recieve good customer service. We will go ahead and take our business elsewhere.

I generlly use this store for their nut and bolt isle cause normally i can find what ever I need and they have the biggest variety in Ozark and if you're working on fixing up a car or building a hotrod this is the place to go. They have lots of other things but they know me as the bolt guy 😂🤣😅😂🤣🤪

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and there was one other customer. I wanted to fill my propane tank. I got my 1 yr old out of the car and we go into store. The cashier was no help and told me to take tank outside. Didnt offer to help. I asked if manager could take my tank to the back to fill since I had my baby. She wouldnt do that either. I had to load back up and drive around back and then drive back to front and unload to pay. I never ask for help and the one time I did they refused. Just poor customer service...

Website says they’re open on Christmas Eve as a matter fact it says it open right now. I don’t know what time they close the back it is 609 and I’m in the parking lot and the doors are locked and no one is inside you would think someone would’ve thought to update the website with the new hours I didn’t get off work until 530 so I didn’t make it over here in time for a expensive purchase that I will be sure to find Elsewhere.

I went for bolts. Bolts are sold by Pound at best price in town. I also bought fuel line and fuel shut off for my lawn mower. I checked on vet supplies. My wife bought Christmas ornament. I could stay in this store for hours.

Cashier was very nice and i found plant bulbs that i did not even know i could get in my city, much less my STATE.........RUBBARB!!!! AND for less than half price!!! Thanks, TRACTOR SUPPLY!!! WOW, BIG SMILE😀
