I LOVE the down home atmosphere. I love it when they greet you as you walk in. Customer service is beyond reproach. The employees answer any questions that you have and don't just point to the aisle, they will walk you to the item!!

This is my store! I love it and the people who make it great! I have become unable to shop due to a disability. My wish is that they would offer curbside service, so I can continue to buy my groceries here.

I am from PA and was so excited to move near a Piggly Wiggly. I love this store however I hate the 10% markup/charge, what is that. Just add it onto the cost of individual goods. They usually have everything I need and the meats are really good and if you go certain times you can get an excellent deal on them. The staff is always friendly.

Wanted to buy a couple of pounds of shrimp and have them steamed. First, choose the $10.99 shrimp and the man behind the counter rang them up as $15.99 per pound. Caught that and amount was corrected. Second, requested that the shrimp be steamed with lemon pepper and was advised they only had Old Bay on the shelf. Smiled and remind him we were in a grocery store could he get some and steam the shrimp with lemon pepper. He went to the asile and got a bottle and then advised me if I want lemon pepper that I would have to pay for the bottle of seasoning. Spoke with the "Weekend Manger" and was told if it (the seasoning a customer wanted) was not open in the deli I would have to buy it. She stated it was per the deli manger's orders and only the Store Manager could over ride that policy but that he was off. Left without any shrimp!

Waited 30 minutes for someone to get us 5 pounds of shrimp. No one ever showed up. Cashier paged someone 3 different times. Nothing. Have been buying oysters and shrimp here almost 30 years. Really disappointed 😞

The store is always clean and fully stocked. I think they have the best meat selection in Ozark. I've heard if they don't carry a product you buy it all the time the manager /owner will order it and put it on the shelves. The cashiers are always very nice. They have a deli that serves breakfast and lunch and it's so good. The reason for my lowish number is the prices that charge. Now I do understand the world we live in today and everything is inflated but charging double or even triple for what you can go get Walmart is rediclious. Also, even precovid the prices were still doubled. I only go occasionally for there meat department or if walmart/grocery outlet is out of what I need.

Employees are very friendly and always smiling. This location has a good stock of most items. I have never found empty shelves at any time. Always very pleasant shopping experience.

Not too crowded, had what I came for, staff was helpful (I couldn't find what I came for....), cashiers were pleasant, store was well stocked and clean. What else could you ask for?

Prices have gone through the ceiling. A RC cola which usually Sales for $1.09 or $1.22 is now $1.98, a 99cent can of biscuits is over $2.00 Prices are out of reach now.
