They won't even do a store exchange if you don't have your receipt so I spend $45 on light bulbs that I got the wrong size. Went back a couple hours later to exchange them for the right ones and they won't do it and I can't find the receipt. At least at Lowe's they can look it up by your debit card.. They say shop local but you can't They make it so difficult

Customer service is good. However, they fall short on restocking, supply and prices. Further, they don't cut anything (wood). I'd rather go their, but I just can't find many items .

Good hardware for just about anything I can think of. Freindly helpful staff, just a good place for stuff to do home repairs and building supplies.

Good selection of products but not everything. Several of the staff could benefit from being better informed on items and what they are. Example: I'm looking for a reamer. Employee: uh... what's it used for? Yes, not everyone is familiar with tools and what they are; which is why training would be recommended.All in all, it is a really great store and is very convenient. Four stars only because better training for employees could be helpful.

Customer service doesn't exist here. I went in for multiple items, I couldn't find the first 2 items after wandering around 10 minutes, I was passed multiple times by an associate clearly on a mission, another was helping someone, but no one acknowledged me until I left and the cashier said have a nice day, I went online and ordered my thousands of dollars in items elsewhere and won't be back for the many more things I still need for a huge remodeling project.

Their employee literally screamed at my fiance and tried to deny him a return because he wouldn't tell him why he needed to return it an item. Finally after back and forth of just some of the worst behavior from the cashier and their supposed supervisor they gave him a refund after threatening him. After a complaint was made over the phone we were told the distract manager would be in touch to get all the information regarding the incident. That was a month ago and still haven't heard anything from the district manager. Obviously the district manager approves of that behavior. Would recommend going to Townsend or another marvins location somewhere else before ever going to the ozark marvins location.

If you’re into getting accused of stealing or being a thief just go here to Marvin’s in Ozark, AL. They’ll talk about you on their little radios/walkie-talkies, and they’ll follow you around the store the entire time even until you leave. If I could rate this place a zero I would. I’m gonna tell everyone I know to never spend their hard earned money here.

Soon as I walked in the door a gentleman guided me to where I needed to go. They had exactly what I was after. Brought my empty propane tank with me and exchanged it. And the price was about $5 cheaper than anyone in town. Score!!! Store is well stocked too by the way.

We're welcomed in by a young lady at the register and she pointed me in the direction I need to go, but I had to ask for assistance. I was the only person in the building at that time. Would have been 4 stars if not for that. 5 stars is hard to get from me, for that is what I would call a perfect score and hardly any business is a 5 star business.

Overall a good store to have around. They don't have the inventory Lowe's has and their prices are a little higher. But for small purchases and to keep you from running to Dothan or Enterprise I like it.

Never in my life have I seen such rude behavior from staff. I tried to schedule a delivery and was very polite with a "Mam I would like to schedule a delivery" To get a hand waved in my face aggressively dismissing me as she continues walking past by the older woman in glasses that works that counter... UNBELIEVABLE

The store is clean. The girl at the front was friendly. It is a smaller store compared to others with the same products. They had some stuff I needed but not everything. Reminded me of the old West Building Supply.

They have no prices on the flowers! I asked what the was on the plants out front and was told "you have to bring them inside and I will scan them at the register." Which means it very hard to comparative shop.I wanted a large variety, so I guess I am supposed to bring them all to get a price check...hmm. Cashier was not helpful or friendly. I wasted a trip and my time .

Not a lot to choose from as far as hardware stores in Ozark I stopped in Marvin's this morning and they had just what I needed for this drywall remodel I got going on in skipperville, al. And I noticed they had a good amount of drywall material also this will come in handy!! T&T drywall Shirley appreciates it

Marvin's has most of what you would need for a basic hardware and home improvement store. Variety is limited and they don't have items that they should in stock. I had to go to Walmart after I left there to get what they didn't have.

Selling remanufactured items as new. Beware, Marvin's sells junk and will not accept returns. Purchased a pressure washer not listed as a reman that worked for less than 15 minutes. Marvin's refused to exchange.

Noone around to help, only one checkout with more then 3 people in line, associates behind the counter talking to cashier, making her slower, a little pricey, but convenient if you know what you are looking for.
