Elliot has such a positive experience every time he goes. He loves it there and the groomer (specifically Amanda) adores him! I can go to her with any questions at any time of the day. She has experience outside of grooming which is nice if you need a little reassurance. I drive from Birmingham to get Elliot groomed every 6-8 weeks. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Everyone will have different experiences, give them a try and see how you and your pup enjoy it.

My Coco has never looked and smelled better. Her nails are great. We used to take her somewhere else for a nail trim monthly. They still looked like talons. Now they are just right! Thank you, Dramatic Paws, Coco will be a regular customer.

These people are horrible , they don’t communicate with each other at all , if it isn’t convenient for them then forget about it , our dog sheds but not near as bad as he did when we picked him up from being groomed. They don’t know how to run a business or use a brush. The boarding is just a room lined with cages and they only give your dog water at night , definitely will be finding another groomer/boarding place.

My sister takes her dogs here. Holly is great. It's nice to have someone who knows how to cut and groom a westie and a scotty. They do such a great job. The place is spotless a s smells great when you walk in. It's no wonder they are super busy.

Terrible grooming ,lack of communication,non professional attitudes..didnt listen to directions..the red stud privates burnt and knicked,knocked, suppose to do top knot and ears only ,blk poodle was suppose to leave the top knot and shave the rest ..she was very tangled my bad ..but the groomer assured me she could do it by a certain time frame and they weren't ready after 6hrs ..I took them like this due to I had to go ..but REALLY ???

We left our 15 year old rat terrier for 5 days boarding. I absolutely do not recommend this to anyone. They may be good groomers but do a terrible job boarding.

I have a rescue that has a traumatic past so I am very uncomfortable leaving her places. I took my girl there yesterday and they did a fantastic job. She kept me updated throughout the day, which I appreciated. Plus the price was great.I will definitely take my girl back to them.

My puppy ran to the road when i picked him up and they did not even acknowledge it and put him on the list to not accept. When it happened I didn’t say a word but later I mentioned I would have expected some concern. They refused to do so. It doesn’t matter how good your grooming skills are if you don’t know how to deal with people. I will never recommend this place!

Retail store is nice, got my dog a new sweater! Groom was nice and clean and neat, you can tell the owners love the dogs that come in! Highly recommend this place!

My pup Roxy looked amazing and she is aggressive with her feet! She was also a bit matted, which I felt bad about but the took care of it great. Excellent.Definitely plan to return.

Not even going to address the poor grooming done on my dog but rather the after effects of her being at this salon. She has been skittish since coming home, winces at me or my husband trying to pet her, she’s been shaking nonstop and won’t eat. The owner reached out which I can appreciate but do not appreciate the backhanded statement of “I’m sorry you feel that way”. Also, do not trust the reviews posted on July 2nd. The owner posted that I had negatively reviewed her services on her personal page and her friends positive bombed the business’s review section to bury my comment.DO NOT USE TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Holy cow! I thought the name and banner were really cool, so I thought, wow, I got to take a picture of it so I can remember it.Then, after I took a picture of the shop, some opportunistic heckler steps outside and starts yelling at me! She's like, "I saw you taking a picture of my shop, you got a license plate in the picture, I am super angry," the gayly irate person then even suggested she needs to call the "authorities," all because I took a picture of the storefront and there was an employee car parked in front.Then, guess what!? Some contemptible bickerer followed me down the street to a gas station I visited just to complain again! This over-entitled Karen even demanded to see the picture, just because her license plate was assumedly visible.So, this shop, while having a nice name is certainly run by a couple of highly unsavory characters. I guess then, how about every take pictures of her shop (with her treasured license plate)?My best guess is they're running an illegal front, from the behavior I just witnessed, but it is merely a conjecture of incomplete evidence.Nonetheless, the point remains, this place is evidently run by heartless and careless wretched and soulless people, with far less good and cognizant intention than the dogs they advertise to care for.

Appointment was at 12 didn't get through until almost 5. The dog looked terrible. Looked like parts were hacked off... put it this way I could have done better blindfolded and saved my boss $40.00 .

Be prepared to wait a very long time for your dogs to be finished. I had an appointment for my dog to be groomed at 9am. It’s currently 3pm and my dog still isn’t ready!!

I asked a very legitimate question regarding Dramatic Paws bribing their customers for positive online reviews, and instead of responsibly replying or even ignoring my question, they deleted my question entirely.I then questioned you deleting my question with a screen shot, which you once again deleted and then blocked me on Facebook.A good business takes all feedback seriously, positive or negative. How a business reacts to negative feedback speaks volumes about how the business values their customers.

Convenient local groomer.But they do keep the dogs for an extended time. Last time I went it took over 8 hours before my dog was ready for pickup. I think this made it a worse and more stressful experience for my dog.

I was in town for business, and had my dog in tow. They were able to get her in and out for a bath and nail trim so I could get back on the road. Very friendly. Would use again.
