Went to get some snacks for work, it was a total mess. Freight sitting everywhere and half the shelves were empty. Don't get me wrong it was fine, I work in retail and know how it is. The cashier was nice and polite and respectful and reminded me that the buggy could not leave the store. Which I totally understand. But today my visit was special because I saw the most beautiful woman I have ever seen in Ozark. So the whole trip was worth it and more.

A pleasant experience with the cashier today even though she was working hard with no help in sight! She was very friendly and professional unlike my last experience with the older cashier lady who is so rude to all the customers! I believe she just needs to retire!

Why is it called the dollar tree?! Nothing is a dollar anymore. All the prices went up a quarter which wasn't that big a deal but now you can't even buy a drink for less than $2 some even $3 they need to just change the name since they want to continue to raise the prices. Not to mention the new $3/$5 section....might as well go to the dollar general

The Ozark location is the worst. The staff is always rude, they usually have one cashier and lines all the way to the back and management will not come help

Ozark dollar tree needs to SERIOUSLY clean their bathrooms if you are going to make it public to the community clean it. I went it there to use the restroom, there was no toilet paper in there, and urine was all over the toilet seat and then blood under it. BFFR!! CLEAN YOUR BATHROOM!!!!

I was in disbelief......a store without cluttered aisles. I understand that merchandise must be put out and might be in the way. That's fine but when I have to struggle to get my cart through every aisle...well that's not okay. So hats off to the Ozark Dollar Tree....you made my shopping experience easy and the workers were helpful and efficient.

The associates are SO nice. I've received excellent customer service every time I visit. I'm always looking for something that I can't find, and they always stop what they are doing to help me. The store is also tidy and clean, which is an improvement on many other Dollar Trees I've been to in the past.

Dollar Tree is always a great store to visit. They have everything you need at much lower prices than bigger box stores. This location is always clean and it can be busy but the staff always helps to keep the lines moving.

Don't get me wrong we all love the Dollar Tree! But with that said the last few times that I have visited the Dollar Tree multiple sales has been empty they have the same exact merchandise that they have had for the last year I know they only get a couple of anything then here in there and what are they saying but I've heard Dollar Tree supposed to be getting vinyl and more less cheaper cricut stuff. Where's it at Dollar Tree? LOL.....

Store has many many items however the staff was arguing in the back room and not taking into account that customers were there. They kept things semi clean but due to switching holidays I understand the overflow of boxes on the floors. Shelves where semi straightened but they could definitely reorganize the products that are displayed.

It's very quiet. No music at all today . And very little merchandise I was looking for. Which right now I'm sure they cant help that due to covid. My store has very little also. Everything was out and off the floor and thr cashier was nice and quick.

There are plenty enough staff to not have the lines backed up to the back of the store with only one person ringing folks up. One visit we was backed up to the freezers in the back. Two folks standing in the office. I'm assuming they think we can't see them standing there but you can see through the glass. They was just standing in there watching everyone stand in line and the poor cashier swamped in people. There are some good finds in there, but you dread having to go when you know you'll be standing in line for 10-15 minutes because they only have one cashier up front.

I absolutely love Dollar Tree! I have been a loyal customer for many years. It has great variety & adds new items regularly. Great customer service! Associates are friendly and helpful.

I love shopping at the Dollar tree , good prices for the product. BUT the public bathrooms in the Ozark dollar is always nasty.and dirty. No one cleans them and there's never any hand soap.

Employees were rude. First of all let me start off by saying I love the Dollar tree, I don't like what happened to me there! I have never stole anything a day in my life! Much less a $1 worth!! I had had a bad week and went shopping there as usual, my Friend had me side tracked, when I had a small notebook and I think some stickers for my daughter in my hand, and a receipt from CVS in my other hand. I was mad and didn't realize I wadded up the paper and stuck it in my purse. Well, needless to say, the girl who works there that don't like me called the cops. Now mind you, I had 50 other things in the buggy to pay for and would have realized the note book was rite on top my wallet and paid for it! No! She said I was stealing it! Yep, I went to jail TOP 4th! I was humiliated and mortified standing in the store! I even offered to pay 3xs what I had in the buggy! She just looked at me with a devilish grin and said I'm just following procedure! Really? $2 worth that I didn't even walk out of the store with! Nor did they even let me pay for it! That was inhumane! And down rite nasty! I found out tho that since I didn't go out the door with it I was wrongfully arrested!!! I will fight this in court! I promise you, I won't go back in that store again! I'm a 40 year old woman with more value to myself than this. I've never even had a ticket, much less a run in with the law! I won't get the last laugh. Who goes in the Dollar Tree to steal a $1's worth anyway? That's funny! I don't mind not going back to this store, it's not as good as the surrounding cities. I think that employee owes me my $120 bond money I paid to get out of jail! Maybe she needs to say I'm sorry also! I wouldn't suggest going in that store, go to Dothan! Plus the employees change so often this one may be at another store down the street soon, lol! Oh and to top it off, it was my birthday! Ugh # $1tree woes only in OZ! Just telling the truth out there! Don't hate! Can't wait to see you in court!

Absolutely love Dollar Tree! I shop here as much as I can! Good variety and nice associates! And even with their price increase to $1.25 an item, it's still a good deal 👍
