Went to CVS Pharmacy in Ozark, AL 2 days ago to pick up my wife’s refill prescription. It wasn’t there and the associate told me to try back the next day. Next day I go to CVS and inquire about my wife’s prescription and the Pharmacy Manager, DeChelle very rudely told me that she will not fill my wife’s prescription! I told her I was there yesterday and was told to try picking it up the next day. DeChelle said she knew that and she said that my wife’s prescription was right there, pointing to a stack of red containers. She said those haven’t been processed yet. I told he that was okay, I have my grandchildren here and we’re going to shop around. DeChelle said, “it doesn’t matter, I will never fill her prescription again”. I asked hey why, she said, “ Your wife called me “girl” and I told her that I guess we are going back to the 60’s” I told her that I was unsure if any conversation that had taken place and I just wanted to pick up the prescription. She refused and told me that she would never fill my wife’s prescription again and that we would have to transfer our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I asked her to let me speak to the manager. She said she is the manager. I told her that she was a poor manager and needs some EEO training.I have Tri-Care and Medicare for insurance and now I have no other choice for filling prescriptions in Ozark.CVS needs to remove DeChelle as she is a horrible manger, person and has a seriously bad attitude. Her attitude is terrible and reflects greatly on the CVS Staff and her employees.

One star is generous. pharmacy personnel are incompetent at best. Horrendously rude human beings who cannot do their job in any capacity. They have literally been holding my family's prescriptions hostage for a month. I have the other pharmacy calling them multiple times a day for a week trying to get them to transfer it and they hang up on them or just don't send it. I called over the last month, daily and requested the transfer. I have spoken to corporate four times and this issue has not been resolved. Please save yourselves the nightmare and go elsewhere.

The pharmacist and the pharmacy dept is rude and slow, when I was just there to get my very sick mothers meds, I waited 30 minutes and I’m the first in line. One of the customer service representatives said I was being hostile, when all I was just trying to do is to get my mothers meds. They should be under new management.

Pharmacists are supposed to be here to help and provide info on medication. It's sad that a company as big as this allows their employees to be rude to customers. The woman who answered hung up on me and my wife because we were frustrated we had been waiting on meds for our very sick son only to be told they weren't in stock. (Hours after prescription was sent.) Hanging up on someone thats trying to get info on their childs meds should be unacceptable for someone in her position. We will be following up with a complaint to a store manager and anyone else that works for corporate CVS.

Was scared to get a script filled here because of all the reviews, but walmart changed policy and couldn't fill it, and this is the only area open when I gett off of work. Was immediately impressed when the robot on the phone automatically could tell me I had a script ready because it recognized my number, and with a little more info from me could tell me the script. Showed up 30 minutes before closing and it was ready, insurance info already in the system, copay exactly what it was supposed to be, and the staff member kind and smiling. *chefs kisses* I don't always expect my prescriptions to be ready same day, especially this one because of shortages, but it was and I'm grateful.

I've never had a bad experience here. The people are friendly, the pharmacy techs are just lovely and as patient as can be in the face of awful treatment. Treat them with the respect they deserve and you'll be surprised by the respect you receive in return. 💖

Slowest damn pharmacy ever. Said it would be done in an hour well 90 minutes later still working on it. If Buy Rite was open I would have been there. Never again

Sharon in the drive thru pharmacy is literally the best thing that has happened to this cvs the whole time ive been coming here. I would have moved every prescription were it not for her understanding patience and kindness. She treats people like they matter and that matters a lot when youre here trying to fill scripts that keep you from stroking! Way to go Sharon. Youre the GOAT she took this cvs from a 1 star to a 3. If she were there everytime it would be a ten out of five.

Dechelle , the pharmacist is so rude and nasty to people . I've never seen a person with such a professional career act like they hate their job/people in my life . She really makes it horrible experience every time you need a prescription filled . It's almost like she's a bully to customers . She needs to coached on how to treat people . I'm not sure if she feels that because she is in such a high position that she has the right to treat and talk to people any kind of way . She's giving CVS pharmacy in ozark a bad reputation . She called out my medicine in front of everyone very loudly because she was trying to rude and embarrass me . I really think at this point she should be let go in all honesty .

I always have a problem with the pharmacy. It is something every. Single. Time. It took them days to fill a medication that was suppose to be taken a certain day, certain time. I’ve got to where I call a week in advance to make sure they will be able to fill my meds and make sure it won’t be a problem. I have to take my kids insurance cards, every single time, because they either don’t scan it in or save it? They tell me outrageous prices for meds without even asking for insurance cards because I assume they have it on file (since I’ve given it several times) and they don’t.

Horrible. DECHELLE needs to be fired immediately, after going to the hospital and then making me wait for over an hour for 1 prescription she stayed on the phone and took a car drive thru customer before waiting on me. I have a torn retina from my 6 month old baby accidentally scratching me while rocking him to sleep. I cannot open my eye and she told me I needed to go to church bc I finally demanded service. This woman is the devil and this is the dirtiest and rudest CVS I’ve ever seen.

The pharmacists at the CVS are rude and extremely unprofessional. You’ve completely lost my service; which includes everyone else in my household.I shouldn’t have to yell me name and birthday across the pharmacy for you to look me up.I was told yesterday that my medication was going to be coming in on a truck today, so I left my prescription with the pharmacist. Today I was told that I can’t have my prescription back and that I had to go to a different pharmacy in town, have that pharmacy call over to CVS to have my prescription filled. This is absurd. My daughter and I are both sick, but THANK YOU for making me go out of my way and go into another pharmacy because you wanted to lie to my face.Also, whichever pharmacist was on tonight, your attitude sucks and you should learn how to have a conversation with people without cutting them off.

I changed from Walmart to CVS due to Tricare changes. My first prescription was not fill due to expense and requirement for pre-authorization. It was sent back to the doctor. I never got a call or message. Two months later I learned the doctored prescribed an alternative, but CVS, nor my doctor, notified me. Terrible customer service.

I give the service a -50!!! Rude, rude, rude! The personnel act like it's a chore to serve you. I went in to pick up my prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday only to be told that it wasn't ready. I could wait for it if I wanted to. I said I'd come back but decided that they really don't want my business so I will not be back!

Only use this pharmacy if you feel like waiting in line for them to not have the prescription filled that you called in seven hours prior to arriving.Told to pull around front after being in the drive thru line for over twenty minutes.Rudeness from the woman working the drive thru when I advised her I had no clue what the one medication was she was handing me.Buy-Rite is a far better location.

I went to go get my daughter’s prescription, was told they are 3 DAYS behind, how does that even happen? Not to mention the rudeness that was present during the conversation from the employee. Needless to say our business was transferred to another pharmacy. Definitely don’t recommend.

Every time we get a prescription filled here it always has issues. On re-occurring prescriptions they either don’t get refilled on time or have odd issues that aren’t brought up till purchase. Today’s fill issue was on a re-occurring refill that was supposed to be automatic. I wasn’t contacted on it so I called yesterday to have it filled and ready for pick up today. Pulled up to a backed up Drive-thru like usual Just to have the teller explain to me that my prescription is not ready it’s not even filled. Waited at drive-through window for the clerk to put the pills in a bag. Now I know why the drive-thru line is always so long. Don’t waste your time here go to another pharmacy unless you have plenty of time.

I got my vaccine here and they were so calm and quick. They were very nice and welcoming. I didn't even realize it was over until the lady moved away. 10/10 Would come again!

They are slow. Slower than slow. The older women just want to chit chat with people just dropping off perscriptions is slow.. I dropped off a script for my husband so he wouldn't have to wait. The doctor forgot to write something on the script so he had to go back. NOBODY CALLED HIM. i dropped off in the am and this was in the afternoon . They waited till he got there to tell him. He had 5 min to get to the dentist who wrote the script to correct it. Go back and they say it will take half hour. He goes back an hour later and he is still waiting.WE WILL NEVER USE CVS ANYMORE FROM HERE ON OUT. PERIOD!

I really like this store. The staff is super nice. They always have what I need in stock. I print a lot of pictures and the staff always helps with questions I have. I don't fill my prescription here but have had the pharmacist help me with over the counter med questions.

Horrible white older lady hates her job and it reflects asked her about Ozempic she immediately let me know people taking it for weight loss I steady of diabetes and now there is a shortage without even considering that I may be diabetic … my message to her you hate what you do or you aren’t happy in life pray you find Jesus he can help you with your anger don’t take it out on people picking up their prescription

Would not recommend using this pharmacy service they have very slow service and they never seem to have medicine in stock I have went two weeks without having my medication because they didn’t have it in stock they never answer the phone when you call to try and ask about your medicine and sometimes they’ll have a slight attitude with you so i would not recommend this his pharmacy to anyone

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone in a timely manner! The minimum wait time I've had was 10min! Also, they never have a prescription ready when they say it will be and always have to wait at least 30min in drive thru or inside. SLOWEST PHARMACY EVER!!!
