This is the best drug store ever! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacist go above and beyond to help with any questions about your prescriptions. They have saved my life several times... I have so many allergies and they will call me when a script gets flagged because it has something in it I am allergic too. I will only go to Buy Rite for any prescription I need. They also deliver if you live in the Ozark city limits. They are all absolutely amazing!!

Was once a friendly, fast, and caring pharmacy. Since Buy Right hired new help the services are horrible. The medicines received are low quality and not as effective as previous brands this pharmacy offered. I understand generic brands are supposed to be as good as brand names but anyone taking medicine long-term knows there is a vast difference from brand to brand. Another problem is this Buy Rite never has enough medicine in stock and the patient has to wait days to get vital meds. It doesn't seem that hard to know your customer base, especially those who use the pharmacy regularly and order accordingly. Lately, the staff have been disrespectful to certain customers I have noticed. I see eye rolling, snickering behind customers' backs, and other childish behavior. The rudeness seemed to be aimed at the poorest customers. Not only are the economically disadvantaged on the receiving end of this treatment but the elderly as well. Especially those confused about their meds. This behavior is relatively new and centers around some of the newer staff. Regardless it is shameful and should not be tolerated. One family member already found another pharmacy looks like we are next.

They are very fast to feel your prescription have a wide range of stuff that you need very reasonable in price if you don't have insurance and always out to help you and they will call you on your birthday not too many people do that highly recommended

My family changed over to this store right after it opened and we have been very happy with our decision. Everyone has been very professional and curious. The pharmacist is always ready to consult with you about your concerns. They treat you like you are their only customer. I would suggest that you give them all of your business.

I love this pharmacy!! I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now. I just had my first child and I had to go fill a prescription and pick up some personal hygiene items. When I got there a young gentleman (didn’t get his name) immediately took my prescription and asked if I needed help finding anything. I didn’t know what all i would need and I wasn’t too comfortable asking a young man to help me but I told him I just had my first child and gave him my list. He very eagerly took my list and gave me comfort by saying his wife had just had a baby too and he helped me find everything I needed while giving me a few pointers. I could not have been more pleased to have him help me. Once I was done shopping my prescription was ready. I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes. This pharmacy has always been extremely fast when filling prescriptions but this experience took my love for this place to a whole new level. I want to thank everyone that works there for their hard work and especially the young gentleman that helped me that day! He was a life saver.

I wish I could give zero stars right now. Let me start by saying I never had any issues until this week. I have referred many people to come here actually. I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER HERE or referr anyone else again! I have never been treated with such disregard, disrespect, and felt so humiliated in a pharmacy before! I went in hoping to get resolution to a mistake made on my refill only to be given extremely rude attitude, dirty looks, and was told they didn't have time for this and they couldn't even try to do anything until Monday. The looks and attutude i was given while talking to rhe lady was unimaginable, like i was a kid getting in trouble! This was Fri morning, my shot was due Sun. It was a horrible experience to sit there and hear myself being talked about loud enough the other customers were looking at me, recieving dirty looks from the entire staff, even the ones eating Chips & dip at the counter (which were never closed right there by people's medicines and other customers). I was being as kind and even thanking them for their help, even tho they were refusing to help me. I asked to call the DM to please help me so I can get my shot in time and they said I could go run errands or wait in my car. I told her I'm from out of town, no errands so I said I'll wait in here if thays ok, still even said it with a smile hoping i would get an answer soon. I continued getting dirty looks while I was hearing the nasty comments and complaints of my being there waiting for help. This whole time they were supposedly trying to reach the DM to help me. After 2 hours, I asked to please print the records of my previous refills so I can try to get this resolved I was told they couldn't bc the DM was in my file, then she said o wait I can do this kind of print for you. I told her I appreciated her help. I was still trying to be as friendly as possible, I was humiliated and frustrated. I left, only to be called hours later to hear I was the one reported as being extremely rude and hostile! I never ever raised my voice or said anything out of the way. I cannot believe how badly this was handled on their end only to be lied on. What they described was their behavior towards me! I wholeheartedly believe this mistake was on their end and they will not do anything to fix it. There is 2 other patients from my Dr office that had the exact same issue with the exact same medication and they were filled the same time as mine. They submitted they gave us all a 2 month supply when we only got 1. There is much more evidence to support, but it's over, I won't get that box owed to me, it's ok, I just will never ever be back. I'm not mad, just very disappointed and humiliated.

One of the best parts of my day. Strange, but true. Cornelius welcomed me with a smile (while behind his mask—I knew it was big, his eyes showed as such) and he looked me in the eyes! I felt seen and cared for… which, after a a day of being given the rope around with clinics and insurance companies… was very needed. Thank you!!

When i first starting to go to buy rite, i felt judged. However, as time went by, i realized that we all get a first impression. I am poor and because i only have medicaid judgement is inevitable. I have been sick a long time and always assumed pharmacist didnt like me because of the meds i get. I want to apologize. I have found everyone there tries to speak to me like a human. I am dying but it doesn't mean that everone looks at me that way. Thank you Tommy for treating me kind. It is a breath of fresh air. 10 years of college then i find out i cant use it. Anyway, i wanted your whole staff to know i appreciate you. The reason i had the oxycodone prescription transfered to Jacks was because the 15s from your store gave me a headache. It was was nothing nafrerios. In addition, i got my xanax at jacks was because they are right up the street from the Doctor and it was 4:30. I will now get .eveeything for you. Love the service and all the Sweeties who work there. They really take care to not let you take a med that will interfere with another. They're almost always on the ball and if not they will correct a problem quickly. I just can't say enough about them.

Very disappointed. My prescription was filled out without me picking up medications. I just hope that if someone is dependable on a life supporting medication, doesn not go through what I did. Day 2 - no medication. Just sad.

My triazolam which was picked up yesterday has changed color and shape. But my problem is it’s effectiveness seems to be quite different. I was taken back by how I had to take two pills to even fall asleep. I’m satisfied with customer service for the most part at BuyRite. They are number 1 in filling or refilling your prescription whether by phone, drive through or online. Nobody beats Buy-Rite on expediting your medication especially if you have just been discharged from hospital or a disability that prevents you from standing in long lines from IBD in its many uncomfortable and uncontrollable symptoms.12-26-2019-I have already called and spoken with the pharmacist and this pill is all they have. I thought it necessary to bring attention to it ineffectiveness in case there are other complaints about this medication.. Thank you.12-28-2019-This is my second night on the new medication that replace the original blue pill Triazolam. This pill very peculiar. I usually have an indicator that the medicine is working, so be still, lay down and remain laying down. It's after 2:00 am. I am already woke. I don’t know how I’m going to get through the next 28 days. From my understanding the pills I have cannot be returned and get the remaining pills from another pharmacy.(sigh) Blue pill is the original pill for Triazolam. The new Triazolam medication is white spear shaped on both ends.
