Cassandra in the fitting rooms section noticed I was struggling when asking her questions about my shopping list. So she went well above and beyond to help me find the items and offer guidance. I can safely say Cassandra is the best Wal-Mart employee I've ever met.

Worst place in the whole world to buy anything. They took a used speaker that was busted out it in a box and set it out on display and sold it to me for more than a 100 dollars. Wouldn't give me a refund not would exchange it. It was used and busted and I'm talking to a lawyer and going to sue them for 1.5 million Dollars.

I had the best experience here today. l had to wait for an associate to come get the lashes off the shelf for me. They have to take security items like that to the front for you to check out, which l didn’t mind at all. As he and l were walking I remembered l needed to get a phone case, so he helped me find a case for my phone as well. As someone who comes from the service industry l just wanted to say thank you to Benjamin! You were very patient and helpful. You don’t find that a lot in todays society, so thank you for what you do.

Wish I could leave less than one star because they don't deserve that.No one in the outdoor section to help with patio umbrellas even though they're all over the place and nowhere to be found and accessible for a customer to purchase.Went all the way to the front desk ask for customer service to help send someone to the area no one showed up waited for 30 minutes.This place is trash they have no customer service skills.

Manager Michelle is the most rude, unprofessional, and confrontational retail person I have ever encountered. I was trying to buy a tree at the price they had listed on the item. I wasn’t arguing, I wasn’t even upset in the slightest. She came up to me and my wife and was extremely rude and confrontational from the start. I filed a formal complaint with Corporate, but I’m sure that won’t go far seeing as they hired this person. I have worked in retail and I understand they deal with some characters, but I was never once unprofessional or even aggravated. I was more in shock how aggressive and unnecessarily rude she was. I politely told her we would just pay for the rest of our items and told her to have a good day. I really hope Walmart values their customers enough to not keep someone in a leadership position of a customer service based company who has no people skills, and is aggressively rude for no reason what so ever.

I come here and almost always find everything I'm looking for, and as a truck driver, I appreciate their leniency towards us when spending the night at their parking lot. To every trucker that sees this review, please remember to be mindful and not leave any trash or the buggies all the way out in the corner where we park, there is a buggy station pretty close, I would hate for all of us who actually know how to be mindful when staying in these lots to be vanished because of someone who was either lazy and/or inconsiderate. That being said, it's my favorite spot to come and do my 34s, or 10s, whichever I need, plus there's quite a few attractions and restaurants nearby, if not an entire walmart right there!

I love that they have a bunch of people staring at you while you shop and check yourself out instead of having them do anything, seems like we should get a discount for that and giving them something to do/look at. I don’t think the greeter/Senior Theft Protection Expert can even see at this store to check if we are thieves either, seems like that would be a required skill to have that job but not at Wally World!

Worst experience ever. Money services was closed and there was not a sign saying what time they close. Went to customer service and a young lady with cornrows was there leaning on the counter using her phone. She could’ve helped me since she had nothing to do, but chose not to. Any other Walmart customer service would help. What is wrong with these new associates.

I wish someone would instruct the loaders of your groceries how to put heavy hard Items on the bottom and light perishables items on top. I purchased 3 loaves of HIGH PRICE Bread and two half gallons of half and half liquid coffee creamer were popped right on top of it. That's not counting smashed bananas holding up 6 packs of 7 up. I've had knee surgery and I'm sorry for reporting this WEEKLY, BUT I AM TIRED OF IT!! I hate the thought of causing ANYONE trouble of their job, but couldn't you show them how at least? They probably would appreciate it. The ones slinging it in the back of my car don't care about their job so why should I ?

It’s ridiculous to have to wait 30 min for someone to unlock the propane tanks. Well we didn’t even get one, asked for a refund and took our business else where. Pretty sure it would’ve been there all day if had not got a refund.

Need to really upgrade and broaden their selection of girls clothing.. every other section has a broad selection in clothing except for girls clothing. Sizes 7-14 particularly. It's sad. They also need a better selection of clothing in general. Other Walmart stores have better clothes and shoes for children and adults. Makes you wonder who's choosing what goes to which city??? Bathrooms are disgusting!!!

I am a frequent visitor due to proximity and efficiency. It's not a need, it's a "convenience." Often purchasing household needs and groceries. Quick one-stop shop for many items. Grabbed these chicken tenders for my brother who is on crutches at the moment. I also grabbed light bulbs, cereal, and a hair bonnet. A variety of selections.

As always nothing I needed there. It said online was in stock was a wasted trip. Walmart has gone downhill over past few months. I tried to find the .manager to get into the locked cabinet for cologne. A stocker paged the manager and they never showed. 45 minutes later tried again same results. Walmart lost my sales that day so wonder how many more walked away. This seems to be an ongoing issue. Maybe the manager is an automated robot that was broken down at the time. I'm done with Walmart in Oxford Walmart period

I saw what looked like some lady of authority chewing another employee out on the sales floor 😔 so terrible I almost wanted to help the girl who was being so polite while getting a very unprofessional talking to. Terrible to treat people or employees that way. Baby girl, whoever you are if you see this please find you another job there are plenty in the world! I can't stop thinking about that poor girl. I won't be shopping at this location again.

Worker lied to me and told me that there was a product in the back storage and then didn’t go look, I went to customer service and they told me that there wasn’t any in the back… to me it seems the worker is just lazy and didn’t feel like helping customers. Customer service was super helpful though!

This store has some issues in the marketing, inventory selection, and what they stock. An example is the soda isle with more Dr. Pepper available than ALL the other types combined. Another example is in the freezer section, there is a frozen dinner brand that has only a small handful of choices, but one of those selections takes up two shelves, along with an endcap, and is never empty. I drive across town or go to a competitor to get the selection I am after. I shop at Walmart because I only have to make one stop, which saves me time and money. But if I have to drive to a different Walmart store in another city, why bother going to Walmart at all. I understand how the marketing works, an item is scanned, removed from the computer's inventory, listed as a positive item, and is restocked, maybe adding more if it runs out all the time. But the cashier scanned one of the frozen beef meals, counting all the meals as beef. Thus, screwing up the inventory, what really sells or could sell, and making one item's sales numbers higher than reality. Then again maybe the store manager loves that frozen beef meal with his Dr. Pepper. Maybe they should realign this store's inventory with the selections people want instead of a skid of one product only a few people want.

Always crowded with less than 10 self-checkouts working at any given time. Prepare to wait to do your own checking out. There may be one actual register open, but it is slower than the malfunctioning self-checkout. Store shelves are not stocked adequately and very unorganized. It appears as though the displays were set up by toddlers with ADD. God help your soul should you have to stop here.

I'm not a regular Walmart shopper, but for Walmart it wasn't bad. Isles were clear, not terribly busy and I was able to find items needed. I did have to use self checkout due to only one regular register being open.

A Blessing of God That such a nice super store is right there to fulfil the needs of Anniston & Oxford cities of Alabama state. You can find approximate every thing you want from house hold items to Grocery, Electronics, Garments, Cell phones, Fresh vegetables & fruits with a large variety of salads, Electric home appliances, crockery, gift items, sports, Auto mobile accessories and a lot more

I have been to this Walmart location many times because of its convenience for me. I cannot think of a time that I have not been disappointed with the experience. Several times I have been and just as it was this morning the store was poorly stocked in multiple locations. The Pet Care location is consistently terrible. Also went in the personal care location and a big empty box of the toothpaste that I prefer was all that was there. I am enclosing a couple of pictures in the Pet Care section. Can never find the food that my fur babies prefer. This place truly needs employees from management to stockers that know their job and care about the service they provide. I have family that works in Walmart from management all the way down and they would all be terribly disappointed with this location. If I have my way I will not go back in this location again!

Purchased a grill for $651. Get home and it has a massive dent. Return it and the customer service representative and manager are both rude. It took 45 minutes for them to get me another grill off the top shelf. I just opened it up and it also has a dent. Either Pit-Boss grills does not take care of their merchandise or Walmart does not. The first two photos are the first grill and the last three are the grill I just bought. I will shop somewhere else from now on.

I have been doing grocery pickup for a while now, I have never had a problem with anything, Saturday when I pick up my groceries (order number 2000115-08202887) a young African American guy, brought my groceries not one time did he ask my name to make sure he had the right person for the groceries. He threw everything in the truck of my car. Who ever he was texting on his cell must have been a very important person. He was in such a hurry that when I got home I noticed he threw his neon yellow vest in the back with my groceries. Not happy at all with that experience I got.
