They had some great clearance items and the store was very clean. I always like to walk around and see what new items they have in stock. This yoobi pencil holder is very cute and on clearance for only $2.69 I believe (might be $2.99)

The store is very nice but a woman working at the cashier was very rude. I didn't fully understand something and she pressed the button on the device in front of me in a harsh way. The way she spoke and the way she looked was not pleasant.

I was able to find four pairs of pants and a bathrobe for 80 dollars. The same styles of pants I saw in Old navy would have cost about two hundred. Yay for TJ Maxx! It's hot as hell in there though, or I would have stayed longer.

The sweetest, most helpful cashier helped me last week!! I had something big to carry to my car & Jennifer told me @ the cash register to get my car & pull up outside & she would bring it out for me! She did and just had such a great attitude & was so sweet!! You need more like her!!! She also put it in my car for me! She went above & beyond for me!!!

I especially love the back I feel looking for pet beds they have an awesome selection! Also at the Oxford Commons in Alabama on the far left back corner you can find some really cool blankets for 1/4 of the price of the cost for other online places I won't say the name cuz you know ....don't want to be that person

The older gentlemen that was cleaning buggys upon entrance was very friendly. The store was clean and very well stocked. I was able to get everything I wanted plus more. The staff was very nice and helped with questions I had. It was very busy but their social distancing measures and sanitation procedures were implemented and I was happy to see people were following guidelines.

What can i say about tj maxx that you don't already know? Awesome deals can be found and, of course, my lady loves this place. I just want to share a story about the dedication of management. While deep in conversation with the GM he was still attentive enough to notice a customer on the other side of the store who was waiting for service at the jewelry counter. With a quick "hold that thought" he got on the radio to make sure the customer would be taken care of. That to me says a lot qbout the dedication to customer service that comes from the top. Drive the culture you want to see in your stores. He is doing a great job andni hope to see more GM's with his mindset

I bought a wok here. It's aluminium with a coating inside . Fair quality with a lid. Not like my old stainless steel one. But it seems to hold the vegetables on the sides to steam after the chicken cooked.

Was just hanging with my eldery mom for a few minutes waiting for a friend to meet me. Walked around a bit super small men's section. Ended up finding an awesome Nightmare on Elm street hoody for 20 bucks in my size. T J Maxx surprisingly has cool stuff from time to time at great prices. I bought a super high quality Etnies hoody from them about 16 or 17 years ago. I only through it out about 6 months ago. Sure it's been house ware for the last 10 years but still. I wore that thing every winter for nearly 20 years and paid I think 40 bucks for it!!!

The store could use a remodel, it feels like your in the middle of someone moving out and its just kind of cluster fkd. In there. Services are sometimes friendly, have a good selection, prices are great BUT ROSS IS BETTER!

Found what I needed, however, there was no price and no other product to scan. I asked an employee for help, and she grabbed a skin care product of similar size, however it was a bit pricey due to the fact it was skin care, not makeup. The cashier at the register was very helpful in recognizing the difference between skin care and makeup, and went back and found an actual makeup product that was much more similar and much more reasonable price wise very pleased with the help from all employees. I will return.

Disorganized ALOT and thought it was a reasonable shopping store. But ALOT still BIG PRICE TAG.... Think like the old T'NGY, Kmart days... Then Kmart went up on prices, like jcpenys, etcPrices went up people still being paid poverty PAY...... Backbone of Country Always get screwed over no matter what, gender, race. Good place to shop for a variety of needs. But, except to spend a little more than stores such as Ross, and other outlet/discount stores. I was looking for clothes that I couldn't find in other surrounding stores such as Ross, Target, etc., but I did have to pay a higher price. Although I found what I wanted this time, I don't and will not be shopping there regularly, because I live by a budget. T. J. Maxx is outside of my budget, because if I'm going to spend what they charge, I will go to name brand shops.

T J Maxx use to be a better store to shop in. Some locations may be better. It just seems messy and not well organized. I don't seem to find much in clothing that I am interested in. It seems too one style specific. The store personnel seem to be "just doing their job"!
