Got my two male guinea pigs a year ago from them. Love my piggies. Also , go for all the fish! Never had any issues with them. Wish they still sold mystery snails tho. Also really need to keep ghost shrimp in stock. They are my favorite !

I love the cat food brands and supplies they carry. The personnel are all helpful, friendly, and efficient. I drive 9.5 miles one way to go there.

I ordered two 15 LB bags of Iams Chicken and Salmon dry cat food. I received them today- 17 Apr 2024. One of the bags has a best buy date of 3 Apr 2024. The other bag is good (2025). Called their customer service #. I have 2 options to return the expired bag. Both are going to cost me money and time. And, I got the impression from the customer service rep, that sending me an expired bag of cat food was no big deal to them. I will be returning it in person to the nearest Petsmart store, for a refund. Be very careful when buying pet food from this store. Always check the best buy/sell buy date on the product.

Easy to get in and out of for all your pet needs. A wide variety of items to choose from and it's always good to see the kitties in the condos that are up for adoption.

no rats, was a big disappointment. food prices on reptile decor. friendly staff. bathrooms where dusty on like the top off the tolit dispenser and no paper seat covers, they were actually the dirtiest with the dust then anything. the rest of the store was clean and nice. it's a good fish store with lots of choices.

I find it quite alarming to see dead fish instore, we visited Saturday it was quite busy,lots of families with kids, some of the kids were aware that the fish were dead,I made a member of staff aware so she could remove them.Not an ideal situation for the public to have to view,reflects badly on the store and the staff.Then we went round to see the cats up for adoption, one had conjunctivitis in his right eye,It looked awful, I felt so sorry for this poor little thing, surely it’s better to get it treated then put it up for adoption, come on Petsmart you can do better than this, up your game !😡

I took my dog, Sadie, through the training programs at Petsmart with Sarah! Absolutely amazing! Sarah was an excellent trainer! She truly cares for each one of the dogs that goes through her classes.The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and willing to help!

My puppy was fluffy and cute after her 3rd experience. The groomer was good and cleaned the hair from around my puppy eyes.

People are friendly, they don't know everything that they should and sometimes the smaller animals suffer from neglect. But it's not their fault it's more of a training issue

Petsmart always has my Furry Angels favorite Treats, Appetizers, Fancy Feast Can Food, & a huge Bucket of Cat Litter...been shopping here since this Petsmart opened in Oxford, Al.I also want to say that the Store Manager is extremely helpful & never minds helping me & he also helps his nice employees when they are crowded.Very clean Store!! Easy parking accommodations.

This place literally has any and everything you need for any pet imaginable. They even offer discipline classes for 🐕. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful with any questions I've had. Would recommend this store to anyone!

I highly do not recommend getting pets here unless they are cats. All of their hamsters and mice that are males have testicular tumors. All of their reptiles are premature to be selling. They are usually sold out of crickets at this location pretty quickly.

We have never been more pleased with a groomer! I only wish we had tried taking our dog to PetSmart sooner. I never imagined that we would get a better quality groom or that they would treat our "special" dog with such care, but we are so much more pleased than we were with the local salons in our area. Surprisingly, the cost was much less than our local groomers too!

Today was my very first visit to PetSmart. When I walked in I went to the cashier and asked if they had a particular product. The cashier said, "yes they did." He then took the time to walk with me to where the product was located. They had the product I wanted in stock. We walked back to the cash register with my product. I then purchased the product. The cashier was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional.
