I love this place, the staff are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Businesses like these are very important, it's better to have safe and well made products that you can buy vs. any dangerous alternative.And Kallis love stuff is the perfect place to get what you need to relieve stress.

I absolutely love lingerie. I've never had a good experience with this store. Specifically the chick with the colored hair. Maybe was just having a bad day? Every time I've gone in, she's in a mood. And how about, considering corsets aren’t cheap and are on the expensive side. Allowing someone to see if they fit or not. Over their clothing. Sooooo they don't waste their money on something that they had hoped would fit but doesnt..I will never again spend money at this store. Wasted $200. Thanks.

The workers here are always nice. Sadly everything I’ve ever gotten from this store breaks within 24 hours. And since they don’t do returns or refunds I’m left jumping through hoops registering warranties on other websites trying to get my money back for something that barely lasted a day. I know that the item itself is not their fault, but the fact that I can’t just return the thing makes this so much more trouble than it’s worth. Tired of wasting my money.I think I’ll stick to ordering online where I don’t have the hassle.

Sign said no big purses so I took it back to car. Got in there and she wants I.D so I said it's in the car because I read the sign. I'm 43 and it shows. I get back to the car and watch another woman with a large purse go in and had no issues. I will not be back or recommend.

I have been here many times and the service was great. Good products obly problem is i can no longer shop here. I am of age to go in the back. I have a baby which i can not leave. So given the circumstances i need to have my baby with me. The worker checked my id while i was holding my baby and said to go on to the back. Had time to look at 1 product and was told i could not be back there because i had a child. All the workers except one understood and tried to reason with the other worked because my baby was asleep. I was still told not that i coukd not be back there.

Saying the staff is knowledgeable and helpful is an understatement. Murphy came up to me right away and helped me find the perfect Valentine's Day outfit. She said that they sold out of a lot of merchandise because of the holiday but I couldn't tell because the selection was amazing. I found the toy that I wanted and took advantage of an online coupon that Murphy helped me set up. My experience could not have been more worth my hour drive to this location. I will be back!

The customer service here is excellent. The employees made sure all battery operated items worked before leaving the store. If they don't have an item that you want, they do their best to find an alternative.

First time I came here it was right at closing and the cashier still let me in and took the time to help me find what I needed!! No attitude for being late. Second time here the owner took the time with me and when I mentioned my frustration with the first purchase he really helped me out. These guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and they have a HUGE selection in store. I love love love this place.

Great place . The Sales lady we talk with was very helpful my wife and I had many questions and felt very comfortable talk the the young lady . Heading there Saturday. For those that have not been to a store like this you have to have I'd (I'm 50 ) and still needed to show it . .

I have been to this store and the other locations before (Birmingham, Montgomery, Auburn) and I have to say this is the best adult store in Alabama. They have tons of products for males and females and the staff their is super friendly. I highly recommend you at least stop by and check it out!

Sure a man who pulls up in a 18 wheel truck is more than old enough(I'm 53) to come in and buy adult items especially when I look older than the employee's who work there ..... yet they want to see my ID?? Really???

The store in Boaz Alabama is a joke!!!! Instead of being welcomed in ...we were harassed for our id's then asked to read the sign behind us!! This place is a joke!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone visiting it!!! Thanks for nothing!!! Time wasted on a Saturday!!!
