First visit was bad cut him real low. Second was even worse when we explained how to cut him. It’s like the clippers were set to low and no trimming with shears. Our dog is a schnauzer and cut low like a bulldog. Will not be returning.She also felt to send a note about $95 monthly to get use to being cut. If you are a professional groomer you should know how to keep a dog calm. Never again, called twice for the owner and left a message still haven’t returned my call. She finally gave me a call back today about my dog and guess what she said her girls did their job and she will not be refunding me and to not bring my dog back there. This lady came to us at Dr. Brom Animals clinic trying to keep us from giving them business and come to her business. Never ever will I return a third time. Terrible work don’t take your babies here especially in the care of Abby. You take your pet to Dr. Brom Animal Clinic to be seen , but then steal his grooming business behind his back in the parking lot.

We love taking our golden doodle, SaSa, to heads to tail pet care as we call the doggy hotel. The staff is awesome and caring to the needs of our fur baby. I highly recommend their grooming and boarding if you have to go out of town. First pic after grooming second pic before grooming.

It was okay. My dog's nails were still rough and still scratched us. Which we were hoping to not have that problem. Price was cheap but save the money if you are comfortable just doing it yourself; there is no difference. They were nice to us though.

So far so good! Allison checked us in and "Daisy" seemed to settle in pretty quickly. The boarding facilities are really nice, clean and organized. Would recommend.

We had our three cats boarded here for a week. When we picked them back up, all three had lost weight. We sent plenty of dry and wet food but hardly any of it was used. Our cats still will not eat and have diarrhea. We will never trust them with our animals again.

They were professional and was very kind and will be using them again..I would recommend this place to anyone that cares for there pet.. reasonable price and just a nice place..my groomer was very sweet. Puff will be coming back..lol

Was able to walk in with my elderly cat who had never been to a groomer. I was surprised that they were able to get her nails clipped and right back out to me when she'd been giving me fits trying to do it at home.

First I would like to say I was in a pinch to get my puppy washed same day. I called and after a few minutes, she ask if I could bring her in right away they could squeeze her in! This was the first time I took my 25 pound Miniature Australian Shepherd here to get a bath and nail clip. They did an amazing job, she smelled so good! Her hair was so soft and shiny! They clipped her nails perfectly! Her nails were rounded and cut to the perfectly length! I was charged $35 for this service and I tipped on top of that because they did an awesome job! It is all in the small details and they really did deliver! And she had a cute bandana on when I picked her up! Thank you so much for taking great care of my puppy!

Highly recommend! My husband and I have a Boykin Spaniel that we've taken there twice. Both times were great experiences. They make it so easy. Our pup loves them also! Jenny is the groomer we've used. She's fabulous! They are always friendly, kind and professional. You can't beat the prices, convenient hours and expertise. Try them! You won't be disappointed. They also do boarding! We have not tried that yet, but intend to.

I’ve used them for both boarding and grooming before but I’ll never use their services again. The last time my girl Reign stayed with them for 3 days she came home and her entire left eye was bloody red on the inside. She would wince and whine when touched. it took WEEKS for her to get back to normal. I was offered no explanation as to what happened to her and they were extremely rude on the phone stating they weren’t responsible. When I called to make her next grooming appointment (not the same people as the ones who do the kennels in the back) they’re now saying they don’t take German shepherds AT ALL anymore because of some sort of incident. Overall the majority of the staff is extremely unprofessional. I recommend using one of the many other dog grooming businesses in the area.

Staff was super friendly and sweet to our fur baby Elmo, took him for a nail trim since he fights us when we try to do it. They took great care of him and I will definitely be back with Elmo for a good grooming!

I've been very happy with Head To Tail. I've boarded my Cocker Spaniel here two different times and have had no problems. I like that your pet has someone with them on site through the night. They do their best to make your pet comfortable and you are welcome to bring beds, special blankets, toys or special diet foods for your pet.I would recommend that you make an appointment as far in advance as possible as they fill up fast especially on weekends of holidays or special events!

I called to get an appointment set up for my babies just to be asked question like they are going to accept and schedule an appointment. Then I’m asked have they been there before I responded no just to be told oh call back next week! I didn’t like that cause we just moved down this way. I’ll be back to another groomer who was acceptable and nice!

I have been using this Place for about a year, now! Well I have always called a day or week in advance. Well they tell me that its gonna be until the end of October before they can just cut his nails and bath him....The Secretary the operator they have answering the phone as NO idea. This groomer is fantastic! I have a yorkie and they know what they're doing, they listen to what you say, they are quick & efficient and have a lovely staff! I recommend them for all dogs!

I like this place and all, but it would be nice if they would join the 21st century in the way they take payment and do scheduling and even answer the phones.Having said that, the animals always come away looking great.
