Ordered the thanksgiving feast 1 week prior to our pickup date (11/24). Drove up at our 10am pickup time. The boxes were sitting on a table in the sun with no one around. No biggie because we were reheating within the next hour or so. Waited almost 15 mins for someone to come out. Got the box and drove 45 mins back to our inlaws. The two turkey breast that we were suppose to reheat was not in bags like they are advertised. They were sliced in a pan. What happens when u slice turkey and then reheat? Dries out. Then there is no way it was two breast sliced up. There was 6 slices on top and the rest that was under it was a shredded consistency. It almost seems like it was left overs from the dinners they served in house thanksgiving day. The Mac and cheese was not even 8 servings as it wasn't even a full pan but it didn't matter because there was no cheese in it, it tasted of butter noodles so it went to trash. The sweet potato casserole was suppose to be topped with pecans and it was not, I figured maybe it was mixed in, nope it was just mashed sweet potatoes. I ended up going and purchasing a spiral ham just so our 8 people would have a protein to eat with the meal. Had to purchase marshmallows for the sweet potatoes because they had no topping and the Mac n cheese went to garbage can because there was no saving it. I have never been more disappointed in a meal that I spent 165.00 on. I had read so many great reviews on this deal and it was a headache and nothing as advertised. I will say the dressing did have a good flavor and the apples did as well. I have already reached out to cracker barrel and if they make this right then I will gladly change my review. I tried to reach them today but when I called and explained that I had a complaint, the phone mysteriously hung up.

Have gone her for breakfast in the past and had a decent experience. Service is always hit or miss at this location, but we have never had to wait too long for our food until this past Monday evening. We waited 20 minutes to even be greeted by a server and have our drink orders and food taken. It took another 20 minutes to actually get our drinks. 45 minutes after our food order was taken, we got the food. The food has never been bad at this location, but the service just seems to be getting worse and worse. This is not a staffing issue, there were as many workers at patrons. I have a decade of experience in food service, it is not that difficult. Greet the customer within 5 minutes of seating them and get the drink order. come back within 5-10 minutes and take the food order, while you are doing this refill drinks. Immediately place the food order and check on your other tables. See if anyone needs refills. Run the food and drop the check at the same time. Come back 10 minutes later and bus the plates, ask if they need dessert. That is four table touches in half an hour. Turn and burn. It's that type of restaurant. That is all anyone expects. We got a drink order and no refill, our waitress did not even run our food. She dropped off the check. That is two table touches in an hour and fifteen minutes. Unacceptable.

An online order was placed and the total was over $60.00. We went to pick up our order and the peach cobbler was not in the bag. We told the young lady and she said it will be a few minutes. They brought it and when we got to the room the pan was cold and the cobbler looked like a bunch of peaches in a pan with broken up wafers on the top. I called to speak with a manager and was hung up on. This needs to be addressed. We are passing through the area and want a refund for this mess. Picture included, look at this mess they call peach cobbler. Explain to me why would you sale a person a family tray like this??

Best meal I've eaten in a long time. Home Cooked flavor at it's best. Biscuits perfectly baked and delicious, Mashed potatoes some of the best I've ever had... And the Chicken Tenders we're the very best I've eaten! The Sweet Corn as always is/was excellent.My meal went down really fast... I'd recommend eating here ...as the food was delicious. I'll be sure to come to Cracker Barrel again soon.The atmosphere in this restaurant provides the perfect meal time setting, cozy and comfortable.American food at its best.

The food quality as a company has declined. I've been disappointed at what they play off as home cooking. I got the vegetable soup 🍲 and was given a small flat spoon 🥄 which made it hard to eat the soup. If you offer soup on your menu, I suggest you have soup spoons. The service was nice but forgetful on our requests. The wrong chicken dinner was brought to us, which resulted in our other plates getting cold as she took them all back to the kitchen window.

I took my parents to eat here today and let me just say....it was delicious! Our waitress name was Olivia. It was pretty busy, but we never had to ask for refills or anything else. She was extremely professional and friendly. She has an outstanding personality and you can tell she enjoys her job. Olivia is such an asset to this company. I hope that Cracker Barrel recognize what an outstanding employee she is. I can honestly say it's been probably a year since I've eaten at a CB, because of a bad experience at another location. This Cracker Barrel has excellent food, and the portions were more than we could eat. I definitely recommend this location, but ask for Olivia. You'll be glad you did! Outstanding personality and service.

Service was great, server never missed a beat. The food was brought to the table incredibly quick. What doesn't make sense is the host sitting us at a dirty table then coming back to clean the table (after we are seated). Please make it make sense! Nobody wants to sit at a dirty then wet table. I understand how the service industry works and separating sections but when it's 7:30pm on a Thursday night and there are multiple other empty and clean tables around, why not sit the customers there? Please do better CB.

Met a friend here at the Oxford Anniston location for breakfast on my way to Atlanta. Labria was our server. I love bacon, and I like it crispy and to look like the picture advertised. I'm not sure why it's so hard to just cook bacon on the grill, but they use these high-powered conventional ovens that cooks it fast. The bacon came out flabby, cooked only on one side, so I gave it back for it to be cooked more, and she returned like 2 minutes later (major side eye, but it was crispy). The grits were half done. It seems the pot got low, and they added more grits, but some were done, and some were not, so I just didn't eat it at all. Lastly, and I'm highly disappointed, lol, but I asked for some apple butter to go with my biscuits, and she stated they charge for that now. $.50 cents per container... but the receipt states extra bread apple butter??? But it wasn't extra. However. I like that you can scan the QR code on your receipt and pay. So this visit was ok.

The food was great as always. I did feel sorry for our poor server. She was friendly, but I don't think she has been trained completely. To start our meal, she took our order and told me there were no specialty coffee due to machine being down. I did not get the feeling she could just add something to hot coffee so I chose to just have water. Then, when our food came out, our appetizers basket did not arrive until we were half finished eating. Near the end if the meal, I noticed the tables around us getting upset about not getting there food at all. I ask for a take home meal. I then had to request the take home meal and a to go box 2 more times over the next 30 mins. When I finally got my to go order, she said she was waiting on it from the kitchen and was unaware that they were stored in the refrigerator. I still did not get the carry out box. I ask a different server for this due to the surrounding tables starting to get vocal about still not receiving there meals. I'm sure this location is shot staffed just like everywhere else these days, but I feel like maybe our server had not been trained well and left to fail.Parking: There is usually plenty of parking even at the busy times.

Waited 30 minutes just for a waitress to come take our drink order. Then when we finally got our food ordered and delivered, waitress disappeared. No napkins, no drink refills, nothing. Then we had to wait 15-20 minutes after we finished eating to flag jer down for a check. I love cracker barrel, but this ine was the worst ive wver been to. We will go in to fort pain from now on.

I love this location but this last time I went I got to go order and the whole order was cold! Not only that but they bagged it wrong which made all food soggy and cold then I asked to redo and a girl getting off grabbed order and sat on counter told guy to call a to go specialist and that took 26 minutes! When we got next round of food it wasn't even the correct items anymore just the correct meat! I'm very disappointed. Do better

While staffing didn't seem to be an issue at this location, they were only at about 25-30% capacity at 7pm on a Tuesday night.Food was good and service was prompt. I had my usual chicken fried chicken and it was awesome.Another overnight spot for us. RV space is limited at this location but with the low volume of customers for dinner we were able to take an end cap without disrupting other customer parking.

Very good food, no wait to be seated, and we went on a Friday at lunch. Waitress was friendly and attentive. She came to our table many times, we never had to ask for refills, she took care of us, before we asked. The food was delicious. I had stopped going to Cracker Barrel because the food was tasting bland, but now, it is back to being delicious!Vegetarian options: Yes, a good place to find vegetarian food options.Dietary restrictions: I think you can find something here with dietary restrictions. They serve egg whites instead of whole egg, and whole grain toast instead of biscuits, if you like.Parking: Lots of parking. They finally have more handicap spaces.Kid-friendliness: Highchairs and kids menuWheelchair accessibility: You can get in the door with a wheelchair, but I don't see how anyone in a wheelchair could get around in the store/waiting area, because it is packed with items for sale. Just walking around, I bumped into shelves, and knocked things off, and saw others do the same. They have TOO MUCH STUFF, CROWDED IN THE AREA!

Cool restaurant. Warm and inviting. Service takes too long. Getting seated was pretty normal, about 15-20 minutes. However, the time to get our appetizer was about 25 mins and our main course just over 45 mins, AFTER we were served the appetizer. As a result food was left sitting under a warming heater for way to long and came out crusted over. This made the dish look unappetizing and it changed the taste and quality a good bit. This is the second time I have been here and both times it was for dinner. Both times same issues. There are better restaurants for dinner all over the area, my suggestion is to try one of those.

The server was attentive and friendly. Most of the food was good. I had to send my mashed potatoes back. They weren't good to me, but the Mac n cheese was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Server paid special attention to my disabled daughter and was patient and understanding of her needs.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or steep inclines to hinder her chair. Doors can be difficult. We need help with them, and the store is not laid out for access for wheelchairs.

Went in at 6:30pm on Sunday night to order take out. The host called the take out girl pretty quick after handing me a menu. With no new customers behind me, 10 minutes later he came back to the check in podium and ask if she had taken my order. No, not yet… he called her again. She came running from the kitchen, passed me by and went to the far register… Upon returning, she yelled at the host that she was overloaded busy. Stopped at the podium and ask for my order… I said, if you’re too mad and busy, I can leave and go elsewhere. She calmed down and took my order. Yelling at the host with me standing there was the same as yelling at me. I noticed the entire crew working were al young and no manager ever appeared. You’re lucky I stayed and ordered. Also bought $75 in merchandise. You probably need to do some training to your younguns…

Showed up and it was a 20 minute wait. I was like ok no problem. So 20 minutes goes by and we finally get a table. We sit there figure out what we want to eat and tell our waitress. Well another 20 minutes goes by and we finally get our drinks. Then another hour goes by before we get our food. When we got our food all of our sides was cold mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, baked potatoes (they was also hard on the inside) so when the waiter finally came back we told her about the cold food and she acted like she had an attitude about our food being cold. She finally came back out with some hot mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, but didn't bring baked potatoes I told her again about the baked potatoes being cold and she said I'm going to go talk to my manager. Finally got out baked potatoes back and it was nice and hot. Usually when the food is screwed up like this get discounts especially when the waitress is rude like that, but not that time. It was a full $60. We constantly had to remind our waitress that we needed refills and also she didn't bring us any silverware another waitress from another table ended up bringing it to us. It's the first time I've ever had a bad experience at cracker barrel, but the only reason I gave it a 2 star review is cause once they actually brought out the food hot and fresh like it should have been in the first place it was delicious.

I really enjoyed my meal. And the cashier was very helpful for finding my information for the points that I had on my Cracker Barrel Rewards. And she gave me a great deal on a blouse I got it for $5.00 off of a $39.99 blouse. And I sure did appreciate it and her help. Thanks Kathy BakerParking: Location and they weren't very busy.
