I really enjoy this Walmart location. Certain departments, such as clothing are stocked to the max. My only complaint, is that alot of items on my staple list are no longer on the shelf, and available through pickup only. So I have to pick and choose what to get when. For instance my laundry detergent, vitamins, and feminine care products are not on the shelf. So I know, if I don't order them in advance and map out picking them up, then I'm not going to be able to run in and grab what I use. Sadly, it's like an extra job, and not a one stop shop anymore. But I have no control over such things.

Shopping here is fine. Good selection of fruits and veggies etc. 4/5 for this.1/5 for their delivery team. The shoppers put each individual item in a plastic bag (wasteful), and they no longer keep items in a frozen area prior to pickup. Previously had better quality control. Have had frozen items noted to be “ambient temp” on the stickers in the last 3 months, or just no sticker and can tell it wasn’t kept frozen.

This store has a great ‘vibe’ since the newer (last few years) gentleman has taken over management!! Great job!! Even my deliveries have been a 5 star lately!*****

keep cutting hours and treating employees like garbage, it’s all gonna catch up to ya if it hasn’t already !team leads taking 3-4 vacations within a 2-3 month period. that same team lead denying everyone’s PTO to make sure vacation time is granted.team leads threatening to give points for using PPTO as well.pitiful excuse for a workplace.

I need Walmart; but I try to avoid it if at all possible. Last two trips; I left my selection on the end cap and left without making the purchase. I couldn’t afford the time it would have taken to get through checkout.

Matthew at self-checkout was horrible today. I went with my parents today to help get them groceries. My father had a case of beer in the cart to buy but whenever he scanned it Matthew asked me for my ID. I asked him why since it was my father buying it. I know I am not old enough to buy beer but you really think my father would send someone under the age to buy beer? How stupid can you be!?!?!?!? Then Matthew goes on to say, "We had someone last week buy beer and gave it to someone under the age". I do not care about what happened last week. I am not buying the beer, my father is. Matthew then says to my upset father "I am sorry sir, its not against you. I don't want to lose my job". Either this kid doesn't know what he is doing, or he needs to be more trained about how to go around it. Why is it that this Walmart is the only one we had a problem with? Other Walmart's never asked me for ID but for only my fathers' when I accompany him to get the things we need at home. I do not want to see him working here at all. Either your supervisor or manager needs to give you a coaching or Matthew needs to stop working here.

Wanted to buy some jewelry. No associate. Asked 5 different associates to get us some help. Took 20 minutes to get someone and then she didn't have the correct key to open case. Had to get someone else with key.

Went to customer service to make a return at 7:15 pm. They told me they were on lunch. Then said they were closed and no one there could help me with a return. Ridiculous.

Took 35 minutes to get help in the fishing area. After i asked 4 people for help and heard 3 pages for help. But ill admit short on staff is a problem many locations. Help did show and i got what i needed...

This is against West pick up and delivery and I have 80,000 followers on Google maps for refusing my order I also called customer service to Walmart and file the complaint against you you will no longer pick up or give out any more orders for your poor behavior

Never enough cashiers and now more self check out. But the Bakery is great. They can create the most interesting cakes. 5 stars for Bakery.

Replacing cashiers with self-checkout, fine. Those employees could be used elsewhere, right? Why is no one ever available in the fishing area? How about Photo center, Electronics, the Outdoor section?I have just started walking to customer service first and asking them to page to the area. It's pointless to walk back and see if there is someone back there first, I know the answer.

Girlfriend left appropriate colored bra at home. Went into purchase a pure white bra. She found a beneficially soft bra. Which she was more than happy with for the price and the comfort. Kept all three of them happy all night long

I changed my review from over two years ago from a 1 star to a 5 star. Finally, shelves are stocked most of the 6 it's easy to find an employee willing to point you in the right direction. Glad they improved bc i hated going there. Good job management

This is the Wal-Mart I always shop at. They have everything I need and I love all the employees. They work hard to keep the store nice and clean making for a better shopping experience. Shout out to our local Hampton Cove Wal-Mart! I highly recommend this location!
