Was able to pre order two items, that were difficult to find. Better yet it was sold at the retail price and not marked up like on other sites. Offered reasonable shipping and came in a timely manner. Will be purchasing from again, for items I haven't seen elsewhere in a long time. Very Happy with this shop!

Best locally owned toy store I've ever been to! The owner and his wife are some of the nicest people you'll meet and you can tell they truly care about the kids. They also have by far the best Pokemon collection in HSV. The prices are extremely reasonable and often cheaper or equivalent to the bigger retailers. We love everything about this store. It's a wonderful place to bring the kids for a small reward too! My son loves coming in for booster packs.

Rocket City Toys is hands down the best toy store in the area. Mr. Clint and the employees run a clean and friendly environment with no high pressure salesman tactics. They have got something new every week, from Legos to Pops to puzzles to all active trading card games, (Pokémon, One piece, sports, and even Magic the Gathering). Best part of all is the loyalty program. Let's be real Christmas is coming up and you got a nerdy nephew on the list, and you got no clue what to get them. Give Mr. Clint a visit here and he will see it sorted. Only place in town from which I'm going to get trading cards; best card shop per foot squared. P.S. They also do card grading through PSA with weekly submissions, and handle packaging and shipping.

Rocket City Toys is the best hobby/toy store in the Huntsville/Madison area! They have a wide variety of Pokemon products and singles, which are always fairly priced! The owner is also super nice and will take his time to answer any questions you have.

Great local toy store to get what you need for your kids or the adult kid in you 😀 My family and I have been in on multiple occasions and hardly want to leave when we're there. You've heard that great things come in small packages? Well, this is a great shop that packs *so much* stuff for collectors into a small space. They have really hard to find Lego sets for me and lots of fun and educational toys for my 4-year-old. We both always leave with something fun. The owner is awesome. He's very personable and always helps you find whatever you are looking for. 10/10 worth visiting.

I highly recommend staying away from these fraudsters for any pre-orders.I have had a pre-order with them since April on sold out products. Now mid-July 1 month prior to the release and launch they cut my order and "change" store policies. Maybe have the foresight to make that change before it became impossible to find them anywhere else? Not only did they cut my order to 1/12 of the initial amount and use my money as a free loan for 3 months. I am still paying the $45 dollars shipping for the same order quantity?They will take your money, use it, and send you on your way with a refund before hiking the prices. I'm sick of these shady LGS practices.Thank you Clintedit: Since their nice reply, they have not honored anything, fully refunded my order. No email replies. Buyers beware

Little known gem of a toy store with competitive pricing in Hampton Cove area. Our go to store for all things Pokémon card and Legos. They have way more than I can even list, so stop by and just check out the interesting selection of toys. Owner has an endless array of knowledge and goes above and beyond for his customers! Need to know what is in that blind bag, the owner has it worked out for you.

Online shoppers be wary. This is yet another store selling preorders then unceremoniously cancelling when they actually receive allocation months later. Don't worry, though, they'll give you "the opportunity" (their actual words) to be upsold on other available products.Of course they can't ship what they don't have in stock, but maybe also don't list and sell what's not in stock? That Seinfeld car rental bit is, what, 30 years old now?This seems like a great place to stumble upon products and find community in person, but the combined poor business practices and out-of-touch communication may leave online shoppers wanting.

A serious gem in the area! My seven year old is obsessed with Pokémon and Legos. Love that they carry all kinds of Pokémon thinks. Legos sets of all kinds can be found. Pricing is very reasonable. Customer service can’t be beat. Clint was patient, engaging, and showed my kiddo all the cool things. Thank you so much for a great first visit. We will be frequent shoppers!

This place is absolutely amazing. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. He chats with everyone, including kids. I heard him talking with this little boy in front of me. The knowledge was insane but the enjoyment on both the little boys face and his was precious. I dont know who was enjoying the conversation more. Them or me. I love seeing interactions like that and respect it because i know how much my kids enjoy it when they receive that type of interaction and what it means in their lives. The shop is a little small but has so much stuff inside. Pokemon, stuffed animals, legos, hot wheels, anime, and more. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the wholesome experience.

This place is fantastic!! The owner was so nice and answered all of my questions about everything in the store with a ton of knowledge. I came in for a lego set I couldn't find anywhere else, got that set, pokemon cards, and I already can't wait to go back for more! The selection of different types of toys was great! The owner is very helpful.If you have kids that like collectibles (Pokémon, etc), check them out. We came in for a birthday present for a toddler and will be coming back for any future gift needs.
