10/10 for this business and their employees! All their staff always answers any questions we have above and beyond. I love taking the kiddos in here because the staff will sit and answer any question(s) they have about their reptiles. MADS is super amazing!! - She is always recommending and helping me find whatever it is I need for whatever pet we have spontaneously acquired. Thank you guys for being awesome!

I've purchased dog food and treats there for several years. I'm in their loyalty rewards program. Last week when I went in to purchase dog food, they showed me that I had reached the 10 purchase goal to receive one bag free. However, they said I had already redeemed my reward on my last visit more than a month before. This was incorrect but apparently the employee that day marked it so. After objecting and not getting anywhere with the employee last week (not his fault), I declined to purchase anything and I walked out. I'm done with them.

Did not have a great experience. Took my dog to be groomed- they rescheduled twice, shaved him down to his skin, so much so that he had razor burn in two places that turned to this. He was not matted, so it shouldn’t have been an issue. People definitely have bad or off days, but just don’t want anyone else to have to deal with this.

Very clean. Organized. Friendly service.My man has already been here once to get our new cat carriers. Today was my first time, since I'm newer to navigating the area.Conveniently, it was a quick and easy trip to get some high quality wet food and some soft treats for the cat, out of necessity, to try and give her some medication.Upon my arrival, I was surprised to see that they are owned by Tractor Supply company. That positive start, led me to see if they had Diamond Naturals dog food, which they do. There must be 4 isles dedicated to dog products.I looked for the cat items. I quickly discovered that they carry my brand of cat food (Fromm, which I get from Hollywood feed), just not in a jumbo sized bag, unfortunately.I got the items that I needed, and browsed for a minute. The store is very clean and organized, and thankfully does not have that overpowering pet-place odor that other places have. Last but not least, The cashier was very friendly.I am glad to know that I have somewhere that I can pop in to grab something that isn't out of my way, and isn't Walmart.

Employees was not knowledgeable at all, once we started asking questions every answer was I'll have to look it up on Google. On top of that didn't even know how to do adoption papers for a turtle said we would have to come back another day after driving an hour there. Don't waste your time by going!

They have no business whatsoever selling fish and reptiles. Multiple chameleons and tortoises in tiny little boxes. They had no clue how to care for them. Worse than petsmart and petco and that says a lot.

Sales associate named Cassandra was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful NOT TO MENTION I walked in at 7:55 and she did not rush me out and stayed open until 8:15 for me to finish my purchase and not once did she make me feel as if I were messing with her plans or making her stay late. If she is not a manager she damn well should be. I highly recommend this pet store...they have competitive prices and a huge selection. I will definitely be returning for all my pets needs.

This Petsense is at a convenient location for me. The staff is always nice and helpful. The store is not as big as some of the bigger chain pet stores, but they usually have the supplies and food I am looking for, for dogs, cats, and reptiles. I would give 5 stars, but I do not believe this store has much for fish/aquarium people.

The staff members are always very pleasant when I walk in.I have my puppy groomed there and Jacqueline does and incredible job. I would highly recommend anyone giving them a chance to take care of your furry family member.

Here from out of town, took my 15 year old toy poodle, had a fabulous experience with groomer Chelsey. She was very caring and loving to my baby, and gave her the best haircut she has ever had. Highly recommended, very caring staff.

Went in for a quick visit because I knew exactly what I needed and what I needed it for and received unsolicited advice. This caused the checkout process to be long and dragged out. It almost felt as if I had to fight the associate to spend money promtting the question, "do you want to make a sale?" Overall the experience was very dissatisfying and quite frankly the nerve of the associate's so-called advise was very irritating. I literally had to ask her three times to sell me the product. She shouldn't have felt the need to pry into business thats not hers. I highly recommend not going to this store. I know I'll never waste my time or money in that store.

They carry our grain free dog food that we use. It is so appreciated that we don't have to go over the mountain like we use to! They also have a large assortment of toys and treats. I needed a dog seat belt and I had a few choices. Very helpful staff.

It’s a alright pet store, nothing special, they’ve got cheaper specialty cat food than the vet so I come here for that and that’s about it so I can’t say much about anything else this store offered but I’m able to get in and out of here with the cat food I need so it’s fine.

Purchased two largest bags of food and litter box. Nobody offered to help me with it. I struggled to lift the bags one by one from the register and the young man just watched me. He was not busy. The groomer was the only one who helped me when she saw me struggling. You have permanently lost a customer.

I went in to check out their fish and aquariums. Saw a few betta fish in the tiny white cups. So I asked an employee if they had aquariums or fish all I got was I'm sorry we dont carry them items. So I was killing time so I walked the store and I found the aquariums they dont have but I guess the betta fish were dogs and cats in disguise. Guess if I ever go back their ( I dont plan too ) I'll be my own store employee and find it.

Very good customer service, a lot of the items my cats love were on sell at 50 percent off, so I stocked up, and the bearded dragon my son got was only 60, everywhere else they are 69 to 99, and the lizard is in great health

Awful grooming service. I have a mini schnauzer that’s been groomed in Korea, Tennessee, and Kentucky with no issues. I took her here to get her shaved and the groomer said she couldn’t handle her because she kept sitting instead of standing. She also made no effort to shave her head resulting in her looking like a bobble head.Go elsewhere!
