My husband always go buy his work things here. We bought our washer and dryer on Black Friday, good deals and discounts. We applied for credit cards abs we got another discount. The upgraded our order for free since our order is not available. The lady help us makes things good.

Largely, a self-service location. From finding the merchandise to checking out, it's help yourself. Employees that are present are not customer oriented--they seem inclined to walk in the opposite direction when they see a customer. Getting any assistance requires persistence and patience. There are employees in the store but they seem to be either overworked or inclined to pursue other interests.

I am giving this 5 star rating to EMMA @ store 2451 . I had ordered a product 02/14/24 , paid by cc & was not delivered @ all , could not get any info. , from anyone regarding this order !Today is 03/21/24 without delivery or any kind of communication from anyone !! I called today , fortunately got Emma & she got it all figured out !! Thank you !!Now , I am a happy customer , again !!

Just left this location disappointed. Went to get a color match done. The gentleman at the paint center named Jim was very helpful but their scanner was having issues. He went and got a lead person. She looked at the issue for all of maybe 30 secs. She then said she needed to get a manager on duty to look at it. Waited 20 minutes only to be told “I guess she’s not interested in helping customers tonight. I’ve tried 4 times to get her up here.” Jim was very apologetic. Disappointed in the way management handled this situation.

This Lowe's is usually well stocked and easy to get to (but with a scenic drive over the mountain). There has always been ample parking and the layout is similar to other Lowe's stores in the area.The store has a great selection of flowers and plants at the appropriate times of the year. There is also a very good selection of top soil, landscaping items, fertilizer, mulch and garden tools. In other words, it is a prime shopping point for the Harry homeowners in Hampton Cove and surrounding areas.On our last landscaping project, which has now extended over three days, I have made four trips to Lowe's. Unfortunately, I had to go to a 2nd Lowe's as the landscaping bricks I was seeking were out of stock at this location.There is a good computer system for checking on availability and the location within the store for finding items. In this instance, there were reportedly 219 of the bricks I wanted in stock. When I got there, there were only two actually available.I checked availability at the Lowe's in SE Huntsville and there were about 1300 reportedly available. So I ended up going to that store for the these items.While spread apart, there are several Lowe's stores in the area.This particular Lowe's, in Owens Crossroads, Alabama was very busy on a Sunday morning with lines at all checkouts and also at the Customer Service desk.Their business model is obviously successful for a reason and they have tapped into a large market for their products and services. They make it relatively easy to find items for a project and in many instances they will arrange for installation of their products.So, the store may be crowded, there are times when popular products will be out of stock but the the selection is good, the open hours are long and getting in and out of the store is easy.

I needed 8 items between plumbing and electrical. They only had 4, so I just left and drove 45 minutes to discount building supply. They actually keep a well stocked inventory.

ONLY self checkout option! NO cashiers to check out customers. You either check yourself out or you don’t buy. They will be taking out the registers that used to be manned by a person.I don’t work, or get paid by Lowe’s, so why do I have to work like an employee to make a purchase?Plus, I’m not trained on the register, so what if I missed something?I don’t get a discount for checking out my own items… Nor do they offer any incentive for self check out.this is some of the reason why people just order online nowadays.

Awesome customer service! My new floors look great and my new stainless steel appliances are wonderful!!! I’m getting ready to do granite counters and a huge farm sink in the next few weeks! Next my kitchen cabinets after holidays. I have various team leads from the different departments giving me white glove treatment! Even the delivery guys rock and go beyond to help me! Lowes is wonderful to work with here on the southeast side of Huntsville!

Stock count is never accurate here. Can never find what I need and always have to go to Home Depot in S Huntsville to get what I was looking for. 13 ground rods in inventory and zero on the floor, associate all shoulders.

Beyond frustration... trying to purchase a sheet of birch that needs cutting - the store's saw has been out of service for WEEKS, and now I'm told the work order has a repair date of 3/28/24, almost 2 weeks away.WHAT A WAY TO RUN A HOME IMPROVEMENT BUSINESS!

We needed three replacement fire extinguishers for our church. I checked online and found a commercial grade extinguisher at 30% off and its location in the store. I drove to our local Lowe's and picked them up. I saved another 5% by using out Lowe's card. Thanks much...Dr. Bill

Good luck trying to get a curbside pickup - waited 50 minutes at 7 pm just to have to cancel because no one could find my simple order that was confirmed and ready to pickup. Try waiting that long with a tired toddler.

Middle of the day on the weekend and there is one cashier open. No self checkout and 2 or 3 employees just looking around. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the guys back by windows actually stopped what they were doing when we were browsing and asked if they could help us find anything.

I have spent over $11,000.00 in the last 4 weeks at this location and Owens Cross Roads. I will not spend another dime in this place due to the poor customer service at the service desk and their delivery people and installers have no idea what is going on. We ordered all our appliances from then in Owen's and they where delivered with parts missing. Ordered all new carpet and was told Oh, no problem we get you installed right away. Four weeks later and we just got it. The installer was 4 hours Late! (Keller) with no call. I had to call four times. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me that there was none available at this time to call back. I will drive to Huntsville before shopping at ether of these Lowes.

Amazing, amazing. I purchased a fridge as I was in urgent need because home depot hung us out to dry. Courtney was great, I called and bought it over the phone and a day and a half later, fridge is in my home looks nice and I had a little issue. 2 guys from this store came to my house to help me with an issue. They turned it around in no time.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. I've purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer, over the range microwave. Delivery and installation is excellent. Lowes knows 😉

This place is ripe for competition. Front end staff are great but management is a complete joke. Rare to find home improvement parts (EMT, electrical, pipes, etc) in comparison to Home Depot across the mountain. Boxed items are often broken & need return.Clearance-labeled sales are regularly not on sale. I bought an item on clearance & after questioning why the item was at regular price on my receipt, I watched the team remove the adhesive-adhered clearance tag & identify that it’s no longer on clearance.
