I think it should be a requirement for anyone that works in the Garden Department to at least be somewhat familiar with gardening (plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, etc). I'm also assuming that is why Lowe's always has an awesome selection of plants on Clearance. I guess it depends if you want to gain gardening knowledge or save money on gardening plants.

I love walking through the garden center and just looking at all the plants. I do wish they had more shade-loving perennials, but it's not a bad selection. You'll pay more, but if you need a larger selection, The Greenery is just down the street.

Lowe's is amazing! I mainly visit their garden area, but it's really a one stop shop. Original gift ideas ( hummingbird feeders, pottery, signs, and welcome mats for the house), basically anything "home". Also easy to talk hubby into "shopping" with me for the day. Bonus: it's large enough that he doesn't have to wait for you outside the dressing room and you don't have to wait for him to checkout one more reel. 5 stars!!!! Good job Lowe's.

McKenna is extremely polite and helpful. The Garden Center is well organized and items are easy to find. The 4 for $10 perennial sale combined with the military discount is a super plus! Enjoy!

Pretty much everything that I need, other than food, beer and clothing can be found here. I like that I can bring my dog here. One of the few places that I can accidentally overspend and walk away with a smile.

Great selection, but always make sure you're not paying 20% more than you have to if the Walmart across the street carries the same product.
