It's nicely stocked and the one taller lady was friendly checking us out. One employee standing at the other register wasn't friendly at all as she made sure to flip the light off and go to break. I doubt i'll be going there again any time soon.

Pretty good store. Would be great if they started selling guns and ammo like the dollar stores did back in the 80's since Walmart is starting to be such a flop.

Love Dollar General but they should train employees on the Western Union process. I went to 3 and none could let me get money sent. So had to go to Walgreens and got it in 3 mins. DG needs training from Walgreens lol just sad

Fast friendly service. Organized store. Aisles not blocked with merchandise. Comfortable temperature inside. The DG I'm rating is off the 84 west bypass between Opp and Andalusia.

Good place to buy Power Aid for a good deal, also a great place to buy essentials like miniature kids toys, I think card too?, and for basic stuff like the 99 cents store only not everything in there is a dollar as the implications of the store are spending a buck or few on the things you need and want.

Clean awesome customer service, Constant change is not a positive thing, attention was brought to the District Manager and her words "I dont care in a snooty attitude did not sit well, I personally called corporate and filed a complaint on the District Manager. I feel bad for the assistant for getting passed over to be replaced by an outsider. But like all new businesses they cant stay five stars for longer then 6 months because they (corporate has to make a stupid decision like this). I spend thousands in months in this store, I will now say that my business will go back to Wal-Mart even if it is 8 more miles away from my house. The Murphy ladies will be happy to have me back buying my stuff from them. All good things come to an end and I feel awful for Libby, Nancy, and Leslie in this change, We in the area do not like change and their corporate office dont care one bit.

This place is like a mini super Walmart,the store is very clean and the prices are as good or better than the competition . These stores are being built new in about every little town in LA Lower Alabama.

It was the best Dollar General I've ever been in in the girl the way down he was sweet and they had that place looks so great I'm going to go back again and it's a little further than the other one that's okay

They do not keep coolers stocked with beer products. Most of the time when I go in to by beer the 8oz bud light they do not have any in the cooler but they will have them pilled up at the register

This is my store lol I all the employees are all nice I'm kind of a regular they all know me and they always ask how I'm doing and my wife.

i don't really care for that dollar store now don't get me i shop D.G. all the time but that store i have never liked since it opened the people aren't as friendly as the other D.G i shop at grant it it is a nice big store but personalty goes a long way.Sorry just saying
