Dr. Bailey is great! Very patient, explains everything she's doing and why she's doing it. She treats our lil dog like she's her own. She saved my son and daughter-in-law's lil dog's life when a stray ripped his little throat open and exposed the jugular vein. Horrific injury but Dr. Bailey sewed him up and he's well on his way to a full recovery. Prices are MUCH lower than other vets we've used which is greatly appreciated as we are on a fixed income.

I have never had a bad experience with Doc Bailey, She is knowledgeable and kind to her patients. She also takes time to explain things to the humans who bring in her patients. The staff is wonderful all the time to all of us humans and patients alike. Compassion friendliness and decent prices.

Dr Bailey and staff are the best. They love what they do and that matters so much when you're dealing with pets and animals. We've been using Countryside Animal Clinic for more than 25 years, and they're a part of the family at this point with so many of our animals having been taken care of by their clinic. Their lobby isn't currently open, but all you have to do is knock or call to let them know you're there and someone will come out to assist you. Be sure to call ahead for an appointment.

They are very welcoming and so helpful. They got our baby girl in right away. They took good care of her, and we were so relieved when all of our issues were addressed. We were also glad to know if we ever needed to board her, they would be there for us.

I have been here twice now and each time has been pleasant. She takes good care of Simone and I notice she doesn’t fear monger and push things like grain free on your animals. Will continue to take my fur babies here!

I had my female cat spayed and she’s 6 months of age . Well they done the surgery and she’s fine but, when I got home to take her out of her carrier and reached down to pick her up I noticed she had poop matted into her fur and it was hard. Which indicates it has been on her for a while and they didn’t clean up 🙄. Cleaning her up and checking on her is part of her visit and her procedure. SMH 🤦‍♀️I will not be back.This is absolutely terrible service.

I called as a potential new client to get information about bringing in some kittens I got into my rescue. I recently relocated and am looking for e vet closer to care for my rescues. The woman that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional & rude. According to her she wasn't able to give me prices nor allow me to speak to anyone that could. She hung up on me three different times. I kept calling back to try to get questions answered and before I was done asking them all she would hang up. If I could give them a lower rating I would!

Went there two different occasions,for my dogs,she double over charged for medications,called some other vets in opp al for pricing and she was really high,if you can keep from taking your pet here try,call around opp first. Tried to call for a sick puppy they refused to see him they said take him to emergency vet completely useless,Please go somewhere else for the sake of your puppies health

I needed to pick up some special dog food and I didn't realize they are open half day on Thursday and the owner was coming around the building and let me in and purchase what I needed. I recommend going to them. They are friendly and have treated us like family.

Refused emergency care. I don’t live in opp but traveled there because they were opened on Saturday. Was turned around at the door and was told that they were about to leave it was between 9:30 and 10. Called another local office that was closed and explained to them what happened and they helped me.
