I had no idea that this store existed until the last couple of years...I went in to get some dog food and was in heaven! Very practical...a little high priced on some items but all in all a good place to go especially for things like chicken feed.

I purchase a lot of feed ( horses, chickens, kitten milk replacement, and assorted gifts , not to mention baby chicks. The service is great and the store is well organized.

Super helpful young men and young women work here. Every employee working on the floor to the cashier Amber. Kudos to these employees for such a great experience and welcoming environment to find the products I needed for my small dog.Every person I came incontact with knew the store and where I could find what I was looking for. This impressed me very much. I will continue to shop at this location when I have to purchase other items TS carries.

Love this location! I drive 20 min more to come here instead of going to the one by my house. The associates are always happy and helpful. Couldn't ask for better and that's saying something coming from me lol. Keep up the great work guys and gals.

Usually love shopping at any TSC. Hard to get help at this location! Never have the brand I need on shelf, but when I ask it's in the back. Either what I buy is super popular or they slack on restocking items! Kind of really upset today, dog food was torn when they loaded it for me and I lost a good amount on ground before I got it in my truck :/

Need some better communication with the outside team. Nice lady at register put in a call so I drove my truck to the hay section…after waiting and waiting and waiting for someone just got annoyed and loaded my bales myself without ever seeing someone.

I’ve been going to tractor supply for years, suddenly not allowed to buy hay after dark. TS is my main store for feed and hay because of the convenience, which is why I overlook the rising prices and deal with the shortage of hay availability every year. But it is More than ridiculous to stop offering the sale of hay because of one isolated occurrence with one of their employees. I would suggest that you rethink making your customers face inconvenience when trying to spend money at your business. Maybe just get better lighting for your employees in areas you have now deemed unsafe for them, based on this single event.

I have. Not once been disappointed going to this Tractor Supply. The worker folk are amazing and fair honest pricing as far as I've ever seen. I recommend trying here and Ace hardware before heading to the bigger hardware stores.

I ordered online. I recieved an email Friday at 2:43 pm that my order was ready for pickup. I had to work Friday and Saturday. I called Friday and explained I was working and would pick it up Sunday morning. I parked and called in the store at 10:05 for curbside. I was still waiting 25 minutes later. I decide to go in the store and the cashier was totally rude. She said to another cashier. We have other things to do we just can't be rushing for her. She suppose to get an email or a call first before she even come up here anyways. I told the manager and he didn't even sound to concern about how I felt

My wife and I really enjoy shopping at TSC. Hardly ever leave empty handed. From barn, to garden, to field they have about anything and everything you need. Friendly service and affordable prices. Now that's what I'm talking about.

I shop at Tractor Supply all the time. I went to this location to pick up a windmill. I drove my truck to the front door and when I got to the lady standing at the windmill she asked me if I needed anything more. Not nice but rudely. I told her that I needed them to help me load it. They did but she was not nice at all. Not what I am use to at Tractor supply.

I have been shopping at this TS for 6 years. My main product purchase is dog food, so i come in about every 3 weeks. For some time now, the customer service has been dropping, but today they reached a new low. As i was trying to purchase my 35 lb of dog food, the cashier, Olivia, was way too wrapped up in a story to a fellow employee that i was basically ignored. She didnt say "hey" or anything. The only way i knew she knew i was there is she picked up the scanner, howvever, never looked at me.As she started to scan my dog food, she must have gotten to a really juicy part in the story, because she didnt even scan...she turned back to her friend and kept chatting. Keep in mind i was holding a 35 lb dog food. After what seemed like forever she finally turned and scanned the food. She never told me a total, just kept talking. When my receipt printed, she just handed to me without even looking. I hope that Tractor Supply will look at the video surveillance and use this as a training video on how NOT to treat customers. Jeez TS, get it together...

Had to argue with employee because she was too lazy to go in back and get antibiotic they don't normally keep on shelf. It always turns into a hassle shopping here, mostly due to employees who don't know what they stock, where it is, when they will get more, or they are to busy socializing to preform a useful function. Store has sucked since the day it opened...

I get my chicken food here, and they're friendly. I took off one star because there's been a couple times where the feed I buy is out of stock (or at least not on the shelves) and the prices increased recently.

Unknowing staff. Can never find help but they are always there to load hay. Have no idea what they sell. But if you know what you need and need no help whatsoever. Good location and they sell supplies that are hard to buy anywhere other than our local SMITH Ts in downtown. So if you need help, go to Smith Ts
