I ordered a huge pickup for a deck build and had a great experience with Lanissa, Bailey, Lavelle, and Dominique. Between picking out everything I needed and loading it all on the trailer they did a great job and were hard workers with great attitudes.

Shelves were empty of products I needed, however the products were in the overhead. Asked a cashier to call assistance. Six guys came to help, all but 1 walked off when I asked for something out of the overhead. Waited for him to get a ladder, and the whole time he struggled... Guess the people here aren't the brightest, nor the friendliest. When I went to check out, the cashier would rather trash talk with another associate instead of ring me up correctly. The stores a whole mess in general... Being a past THD associate, I should've just gotten a ladder and got the product myself, but hey, stock the shelves and this situation wouldn't have happened. :)

Homedepot's friendly and accommodating attitude towards allowing dogs in the store and providing excellent customer service. They not only show kindness to their human customers, but also to our furry four-legged friends. This is a commendable practice that demonstrates their social responsibility and respect for their customers. I hope that more companies can learn from Homedepot's example and provide genuine care and respect for their customers.

I will not ever shop here again, went in for a washer machine and was told what they had on sale on display was not in stock and wouldn’t know when they would get it in so I could not order the washer. The lady then tells just go to Lowe’s and see what they have and if they don’t have what you like come back here and we can see what we can do for you. I also talked to three different workers none them even knew how to even help you if you wanted to buy an appliance.

Incredible staff that’s not only visible because they are actively working but they engage with customers providing assistance. First home depot where I’ve experienced this kind of customer support since the 1990’s. Specifically thank you to Roger, Tyler, Richard & Lacy, y’all are truly the only reason I made purchase’s.

The marked down boards saved us! We were moving something large in the back of my short bed truck and needed a couple of sturdy boards to help support the item. Instead of spending a bunch of money on perfect boards, I was able to buy a couple from the mark down cart for super cheap!

We are done with this place. Do not offer a service to cut wood, if it’s always going to be a problem. First of all, took 15 mins and four employees calling to get someone out there to cut the wood. Then the employee came out with an attitude and slapped three boards on top of each other to cut. It would have been fine, if he had ensured that the board were flush and level, but he didn’t and so there was over 1/8” difference between the boards. When it was brought to his attention, he grumbled and pointed at a sign that said they don’t do “percision” cuts. Obviously, they don’t take the time to spell correctly, so maybe I was expecting too much. Headed to Lowe’s!

2 hours on a simple order of hardwood and carpet. The HD software is trash. Poor CSR had to call multiple ppl. Store Manager at lunch. Associate Manager basically clueless.Home Depot brass knows ppl will put up with this. Terrible experience, outdated online system. The brass see only bottom line.

Horrible store to deal with. I've been calling for 3 plus hours to see if they have something and no one wants to answer the phone. They need better management and people that actually wanna do their job the correct way. Hopefully Cooperate will resolve these issues. Or I'll start using Lowe's Home Improvement.

I own several rental houses in Macon, County in Tuskegee, Alabama. But I live in Georgia. This store "The Home Depot" in Opelika, is my go to store for shopping for supplies and materials. The Staff is Very friendly and helpful.

Last two times I’ve been ar Home Depot about 4-5 large men walked right on by or stood around as my little 135 lbs self lifted heavy concrete in/out of my buggy and into the car. Kindof pathetic for guys whose vests say “professional loader”

recently bought a freezer from the store. The freezer started not working after few days delivery. Being back and force between the Frigidaire company costume service and Home Depot costume service, none of resolve the problem. Technicians come multiple time with different diagnostic result every time, end up with nothing be fixed!! Never want to come back again!

It was hard to find someone willing to help us purchase a dryer. When we finally did get help, the salesperson was not knowledgeable or friendly at all. Went across the street to Lowe's and got helped immediately by an associate that was friendly and knowledgeable.

The customer service is horrible. Rented a pressure with the driveway attachment, but I was not able to use the attachment. I called an hour before rental was due and told them that I couldn't crank it. The handle broke and I got tired of fighting it. I didn't mind paying for the 4 hour rental for the pressure washer even though I had problems with it, but I did not feel it was right to charge me for an attachment I couldn't use.

As I enter the store, the Home Depot theme song resonates in my ears. Oh wait, its playing through my headphones on my spotify. I am wandering through the aisles contemplating starting a billion projects that I don't have time to undertake... but I know that DOERS get more DONE. I attempt to sneak past the garden center but it is too late. I am sucked into the plant section and may never return. Ladies, make sure you are accompanied by a capable significant other who is able to pull you from the plant section once you are trapped. If done in time, you may only leave with a handful of seed packets. Be careful out there.

Today we attended the kid’s workshop and Hayley went above and beyond for us to have a positive experience. She was so sweet to give us a space to paint. Really impressed with her going beyond what the craft was to give our girls a place to continue their project. Cannot thank her enough.
